Ron: I Don’t Want To Get Tan Lines, Do I?!

Following Ronaldo’s pink flower in the hair. plenty of people were ready to take the piss. However, this is possibly the most feminine thing we will ever hear one of our players say.

“I don’t know why people are so interested in what I wear on holiday?” said Ronaldo. “Last year, everyone was talking about my tight trunks. What is wrong with wearing tight pants? They look good and it’s better than having tan lines down you legs. This year it was the pink hat with the flower. I don’t see what is wrong with it. I can see why, if you weren’t comfortable with your sexuality, you might not wear it. But I’m very comfortable so it’s not a problem for me. Men wear pink these days. Ok, not many men wear flowers, but its good to be different.”

Predictably, Ron reckons he’s the best dressed at United, but concedes Rio isn’t far behind.

“Am I the best dresser at Manchester United? Yes, I would like to think I am,” he continued “But most of the boys are pretty sharp dressers, especially Rio Ferdinand. He knows how to dress to impress.”

Scott how about a Ronaldo shirt that reads “What is wrong with wearing tight pants?”

  2. gotta hate tiny tears says:

OP – he didnt Ronaldo did none of those last summer
the problem was he did nothing and said nothing last summer when it came to united
Tevez and heinze have come out saying in short “im bigger than this team who wants to buy me” on wants city one wanted and maybe still wants liverpool
Ronaldo wanted and still wants his boy hood club
if he’s smart he should stay with united
    id say he’ll do this
see how this new madrid works out
if it grows he may jump in 10/11 season
    if it fails he’ll stay
but you know his ego wants him to be the greatest ever footballer
so where he plays next season he’ll play like the worlds best and make sure the team he’s playing for are the worlds best so his star will shine brrighter

  3. Costas says:

Yes AlphaRS. It’s gettong worse by the hour today. That’s why i have been begging for a clarification from the team. Correct me if i am wrong but at no point last year did a Real official claim that they were in negotiations with us. Of course that doesn’t mean that a deal will be made.

  4. Mr Santos says:

England to win 7-0 with Rooney banging in 2, Heskey banging in 2, Gerrard & Lamps both getting one, and Gary Neville scoring a screamer from 30 yards in the 93rd minute. Capello dies of a heart attack, and Neville becomes the new face of Adidas ‘Impossible is Nothing.’

  5. Ulster Red says:

    its simple as this

sign a new contract ronnie or piss off to the sun, i cant take this every summer!!!!

  6. King Eric says:

4 minutes gone and Rooney on score sheet. He is a different class to the rest of those muppets. Got to play that position for United next season. Love the way he is the only one that does not sing that insipid anthem of ours. Also love the way the trumpeter cunts did the tune of “white pele”.

  7. Gudjohnsen says:

Let’s say Ronaldo will leave for 75 mills, what do you want to do with that money? I don’t think A.Valencia is good enough to replace him, I guess only one player in the world could fill Ronaldo’s shoes and that’s Messi…and he will never leave Barca.

If we lose Ronaldo to Real I would like us to sign Ribery but I reckon that will cost us a lot and I’m not sure if Fergie wants to splash 40-50mills on him. Besides Ribery has said he wants to play in Spain. Another option is David Silva, he might be cheaper since Valencia are having money troubles.

    My goodbye list:
    Ronaldo – 75mills
    Tevez – 0mills
    Campbell – 6 mills
    Simpson – 2 mills
    Manucho 2 – mills
    Gibson – 4 mills
    Total: 89 mills.

My buy in list: De Rossi, Ribery/Silva and a striker. The money raised through those possible sales will cover all of those purchases.

  8. Gudjohnsen says:

On another note, are you watching Rooney in the England – Andorra game? We should never place him on the wing again…

  9. AlphaRS says:

    Who cares about England?

After all the Anti Man Utd songs and media vilification of blaming United players for all that goes wrong with England I couldn’t give a fcuk.

  10. Kings says:

Off topic….Rooney scores again. I mute the TV when he scores because I hate them cunt Ingerlund fans chanting his name, when they are the same scum who abuse him whenever he is playing for United. I want to make one thing abundently clear, and that is, I will not watch England if none of our boys are playing. Rooney must play a more central role for United next season.

  11. Costas says:

    @Gudjohsen:

I think we will have to change our formation. I say use that money to buy a midfield enforcer,a defender and a striker and start playing 4-3-1-2.I know many United fans will hate it if we play without wingers but it could be our only solution.Good wingers are hard to come by, so i say play 3 CMs(Carrick,Fletcher and Hargo/Ando/new CM),Berbatov in front of them and Rooney and the new striker up front.Just an idea.I don’t care who comes and goes,Rooney must play in attack.End of story.

  12. ChaosRed says:

I think he should come out the closet personally

  13. Wakey says:

Perez states that Real have yet to approach united to even ask if he is available but will be making contact in the next few days.

From the way Perez has talked about Ribery and Alonso he has however made contact with Bayern and Liverpool.

The other guy from Real imho is just being the Media Whore that seems to be a requirement to be part of Real

  14. JB1973 says:

Sod Madrid lets swop him for inesta or xavi plus cash!
ps he is a top player but he is a big girls blouse, can;t see nobby stiles or norman whiteside in that hat!

  15. miele says:

Maybe it’s an Oriental thing, but men over here (e.g. Bali ) wear sarongs / flowers whenever they want and are still completely MEN. You guys need to lighten up (or get less homophobic). The pink flowers dont seem to hinder CRon’s progress with the ladies now innit?

He’s a footballer, as long as he scores / assists on 56 million goals again next season he can wear a fuchsia pink bikini for all I care.

On Perez, why do we have to talk about Madrid each summer. Ignorance is bliss.

  16. CKM says:

maicon isnt happy at inter….so perhaps we shud sign him as our RB? great player! plus Gattuso for a few years, then Fletcher and Ando will grow up!

  17. CKM says:

plus Etoo, if he is not happy at barca….sell tevez and ronaldo…and give nani a chance…do sign valencia…….

  18. Rite$h says:

sell him and lets get silva or ribery

  19. haha says:

Fuck off to Madrid you greasy cunt

  20. haha says:

80 mil is still a good price for him

  21. Billy Meredith says:

I hope you are happy now Ronaldo. :(

5live just pointed out that we have got £80million for him, while Newcastle United are worth £100million. Hilarious.

  22. Billy Meredith says:

    But I’m not laughing

  23. Xyth says:

Good riddance. £80m is a great price for someone who does not want to be here.

From the very first time he said ‘he was happy at United’, I knew the ungreateful scheming bastard was lying. I hope that he flopps there and Barca win 10 titles in a row.

It would be nice to play them next year in CL and give hm the treatment he really deserves.

  24. Billy Meredith says:

Seriously, 18 days ago that fuck said “this is my home”. The more I think about it the more its beginning to hurt. What a cunt!

  25. TheRedC says:

Well, at last he is gone. The pain and bitterness I have from last year, when he made sure we fans could not celebrate an amazing season and a historic Champions League victory, have re-surfaced with avengance. His attitude since then has been plain for all to see, but we fans have tried to cover up for him and ‘invent’ other circumstances that could account for his pathetic body language and petulance. The way he denounced his ‘true love’ when they were humiliated by Barca gave us false hope. We thought he had finally come out and stated his allegiance to our great Club. Now we know the true nature of this child’s character, a mercenary, a Judas, a primadonna, a flowery twat in a pink hat! Don’t give me all this about his ‘boyhood teram’. Two months ago he had confined Real Madrid to the bin. He could see himself spending most of his career with us. This team was doing special things he wanted to be part of. Manchester was his home now – God it makes me sick to the stomach to realise how this twat has played this club, the fans, his fellow players and Sir Alex. We must make sure that he is never ever spoken of as a United legend. He said himself that he wanted that but he must never be allowed to sit alongside our true heroes. He must be removed from this club as quickly and expensively as possible with the full knowledge that the only way for him now is down!!

  26. Ted Pere Challi says:

King Eric, the test of player’s performance, and commitment to a club, that pays him an exorbitant sum of money, is his constancy in performance, not in his deciding when to perform (so as to remind the world, from time to time, the great player that he is), as in the matches you have quoted (although I would not deny that he was brilliant in patches in those matches) where was he in the other matches when ManU needed him to perform? And only 18 goals? Yes, I am a ManU supporter and yes I love Ronaldo’s talents but as the saying sadly goes “to him who has will more be given; to him who has not the little that he has will be taken away from him”. I leave you to work out the “has” and “has not” bits in the quote. I wish Ronaldo well. May he do well in Real Madrid.
