He truly has been excellent this season but do find he goes missing in the big games. I know he is work in progress and hopefully will get better but we do show his class in europe, remember Milan last season , Arsenal this season and also Liverpool

denton davey- that’s the second tme I’ve had to respond to one of your posts- Cristiano Ronaldo is no doubt the best player in the world right now, the form book makes sure of that. He is terrifying to the opposition, he has been good on the international stage, at club level and at European level, he’s eclipsed all those around him- BUT he has a while to go before you can start calling him better than Pele and Maradona.
He’s amazing he is, one day he may justifiably be called a far greater player than either Pele or Maradona, but that one day hasn’t come yet.

Cristiano Ronaldo is, and always will be, special to united. He is special in his own way, no one is like him. A winger with more tricks than the trick book has written in it, amazing goalscorer and contributed to almost everything in our attacks. When Georgie Best passed away(R.I.P) , Ronaldo really started hitting form. In the last six months of the 2005/2006 season he became a more complete player, and if it hadnt been for Rooney, he would have gotten more praise that season. Our number 7….. our hero…… our Cristiano Ronaldo!
