When Ronaldo expresses his desire to be the best player in the world, win individual awards why is it that everyong gets on his back about being selfish and greedy. Surely all Manchester United fans should want Ronaldo to be on top form because it only means good things for the team. Would you rather he just strived to be average?!

Trophies = personal accolades and individual awards.He has enjoyed the attention this season and wants it again.I never felt he was at United because he loved the club.Let’s just hope that he channels his desire to win trophies in a positive way.

How does this guarantee anything??? He said playing for United guarantees me trophies and that makes me happy, so in that context, if we ever have a barren spell maybe 2 years without winning anything, he’ll be off? because according to him United = trophies= Ronaldo’s happiness, strike out the trophies and there’s no happiness. Its hardly a i love United and would love to keep on playing for them declaration. His love and happiness is subject to something and thats trophies.

I agree with you rooney_thebestest.If real can get 100mil,he should go.CR7 need to ask himself this questions,
1.Why leave the PL and particularly the most lauded team in the world?
2.Why close the door on a dressing room that is free of politics and egos?
3.Why forsake teammates who will fight for you,not against you?
4.Why turn your back on the guidance of a manager who has made you european and world footballer?
