all we need to do is remember that Guillem Balague (website advertising money is my lifeblood) is a Rafa Benitez loving, Madrid-supporting gossip queen and everything else is immaterial…I was trying to think of a way to publically discredit Balague (why do SkySports give him airtime?) but aside from breaking into the world of football journalism and writing an article on him I am short on ideas….

Balague article is based on a lie.

I watched the press conference in Zurich at fifa.com, live.

Ron was ASKED A QUESTION – “There are reports about a deal between your agent and Florentino Perez. Is that true?” So he ANSWERED THE QUESTION -”It is not true.” And that’s all he said on the matter.

He NEVER MENTIONED ANYONE by name. Balague made up the (mis)quoted comment as a ‘proof’ of his ‘exclusive’ and ‘sensational’ story.

You know I dont bother reading the papers anymore .. or if I do it is for amusement!!

I had been doing it for 20 years and soon or later you realise most of the journalism is done to sell papers .. and I start to feel stupid for believing this that and the other!! and worrying if JOE BLOGGS is coming or leaving ALL STARS FC

One papers says he is staying for Life other says he is off in the summer

Come on People .. they SELL Papers due to all the speculation and attract advertisers for the paper .. ALL ABOUT MONEY nothing ELSE .. MONEY and them taking OURS!!

It has even evolved to the level where people like Guillem Balague .. who from my Catalan friends is considered one of the worst journalist why he can only making a living working in the UK!!

As I was saying people like Guillem Balague have a website to make money off all the advertising links .. everytime you click on a link on his site HE MAKES money from the adverstiser!!

So naturally he wants to attract people to his Website so in between you reading the garbage he reports on .. some gullable monkey might click on the betting advertisement on his site .. eh bingo he just got paid!!

What better way to attract people to your website by having exclusives from Ronaldo .. COME ON .. they make it UP so they can get MONEY

I think these comments are the most positive that he has said since the whole debacle started. At least he has now said he intends to stay for years, this is the first bit of proper commitment we have had from Ron.
