He said before that his dream is to play for United for the rest of his career which makes us like him even more! I feel like he's been in the shadow of Ronaldo in the last 2 seasons but now I think that he has a bigger chance to shine. I've always seen him as the "Golden Boy" not Ronaldo. I'll never have enough words to say about Rooney =) I don’t see Wayne Rooney playing anywhere but Man United. When Rooney plays with England, the team looks to him to score the goals, not gerrard or lampard! Whereas with United the last 2 seasons, it has always been Ronaldo that the team looks to to score goals. Now with him gone, the defense and midfielders, whoever they may be, will need someone else up front to step up and take the responsibility to score. That will be Rooney!
