The “Sing a Song for the Unsung” competition closed last week, with RoM having plenty of entries to read through. Some were great, some were… not so great. But we managed to whittle them down to a top four, with chants for Patrice Evra, Manucho and Rio Ferdinand taking up the top spots.
The creator of the chant deemed to be the best will win any t-shirt they like from MancuniaMerchandise.com, with the runners up all receiving a prize for taking part.
So, here’s a video made by RoM for one of the chants that made the top four, but missed out on winning.
To mark the anniversary of United winning the Treble with a team that had academy products at the core, Made in Manchester is available for just £3 for today only. Some of the best football writers take a player each, from Sir Bobby Charlton to Ryan Giggs, George Best to David Beckham, Duncan Edwards to Paul Scholes, and many more, with 30 articles in total. All profit goes to Trafford Macmillan so please support this fantastic cause.
