Six Reds In England Squad

Goalkeepers: Scott Carson (Bursaspor), Joe Hart (Manchester City), Robert Green (West Ham United).

Defenders: Gary Cahill (Chelsea), Ashley Cole (Chelsea), Leighton Baines (Everton), Glen Johnson (Liverpool), Phil Jones (Manchester United), Micah Richards (Manchester City), Chris Smalling (Manchester United), Kyle Walker (Tottenham Hotspur).

Midfielders: Gareth Barry (Manchester City), Tom Cleverley (Manchester United), Stewart Downing (Liverpool), Adam Johnson (Manchester City), Steven Gerrard (Liverpool), James Milner (Manchester City), Scott Parker (Tottenham Hotspur), Ashley Young (Manchester United), Theo Walcott (Arsenal).

Forwards: Darren Bent (Aston Villa), Fraizer Campbell (Sunderland), Daniel Sturridge (Chelsea), Wayne Rooney (Manchester United), Danny Welbeck (Manchester United).

It’s great to see Fraizer, who spent 12 years at United’s academy before joining Sunderland, has been given his first call up. “I think he’s an exciting young talent and I think he’ll thrive,” said Stuart Pearce, who has been put in charge of England until a full time appointment is made in the summer to replace Fabio Capello.

The one United player who should have been selected but hasn’t been is Michael Carrick, who has been consistently fantastic for United this season.

Ben Amos and Will Keane received call ups to the England U-21 squad.

How on earth is Michael Carrick STILL not getting regular call ups?!

  2. Duncan says:

    Agreed^^

  3. romeo says:

I was going to ask the same question. Barry gets picked but not Carrick .. What a joke!!

  4. Lebomanc says:

    Glad they were called up
And yeah this carrick issue is creating a fuss

  5. kanchelskis says:

Stewart Downing – pffft. 0 league goals, 0 league assists.

Seriously, any one of the forwards in that squad (apart from Bent) could do a better job on the wing than Downing. What a waste of a space.

  6. gaz says:

WTF Scott Disasterson is in Turkey hahaha! fcuking cunts better not get any of our players fucking injured guarenteed to happen at that fucking circus with that fucking alco slugging racist cunt pearce fucking Worzel Gummige looking cunt

  7. Spence says:

Just want to praise Stuart Pearce for such a bold call on this squad. No Rio or Frank Lampard… it’s great to see Clevs and Welbz in that squad, same with the likes of Sturridge, Walker and Baines.

Downing is so bad, we’ve got a wide selection of wingers to experiment with… Downing isn’t that winger. Credit to Pearce though; sticking with his U21 roots.

  8. heinnlinn says:

    Barry, Downing IN
    Carrick OUT

Either I don’t understand football, or there is something seriously wrong.

  9. ahjs says:

The only negative re Carrick is when he’s had a few dips in form/confidence, that said he should always be in the squad and right now obviously should be in the team. A few years ago England MIGHT have had a very good midfield containing Scholes, Carrick and Hargreaves. It’s no surprise they never got that together and it’s no surprise they don’t use Carrick.

Remember this: they voted Scotty Parka the play of the year. He runs around a lot and look knackered. We know Carrick does more than Parker, but no-one else seems to.

  10. AntiScouser says:

stuart downing? is he having a laugh? :)

  11. Alom says:

Damn!! I was hoping NO United players get called up..

Really hope Cleverley is fully fit before playing for England..

Not picking Carrick is a JOKE.. but I am glad.. less games more him
will keep him more fresh for United!!

  12. It's in my blood says:

    Spence

Credit to Pearce sticking to his U21 roots?
Mate, that’ll be the U21 squad he had that was probably the most outstanding squad in a generation?
The one he managed to fuck up with clueless tactics and even more clueless team selections.
    Talentless twat.

  13. 90+UntilWeScore says:

Wow Theo Walcott ,Adam Johnson in and Carrick out. Big reputation England way to go

  14. samuel - united WE stand says:

Fucking downing and overrated cunt gerrard make the squad but no carrick? you’re clueless pearce

  15. WillieRedNut says:

Pogba wasn’t on he team bus with the rest of the lads? Looks like he won’t be involved tonight.

  16. united93 says:

carson, downing, barry, but no carrick…
    what a joke!

  17. samuel - united WE stand says:

He’s probably off to juventus as dailyfail keep reminding everyone.

  18. It's in my blood says:

    WRN

    That’s a shame about Pogba.
Maybe he stayed behind as his new contract was being printed off, ready to sign? Haha!
    Sir knows best i suppose.

  19. It's in my blood says:

Pearce could inherit any of the worlds greatest squads, from any era and fuck it up.
But it’s ok cos he’s passionate.
That makes it ok then i suppose.

  20. Costas says:

Who’s the moron that made this selection? How the hell is Drowning in the squad and Carrick not? I don’t even buy the excuse that another winger was needed because Drowning has done fuck all in that area.

On the plus side, this retarded decision means Carrick will be fresh.

One more thing. Wasn’t Rooney supposed to miss the friendly matches leading up to the Euros?

  21. samuel - united WE stand says:

Rather than picking a midfield that can actually pass and control the tempo of a game, pearce will pick players with “Commitment” so the same garbage of milner, gerrard, downing. all can run all day but will never be composed enough with the ball.

  22. zelh says:

shambolic that Carrick has not been called up AGAIN.
clearly the best DM england has atm.

Pogba won’t start tonight. Pitty. That was a good chance to give him a start.

  23. WillieRedNut says:

It’s in my blood – I thought the bench at least for him? Hope he signs that deal asap. Maybe the injury curse has struck again lol.

  24. Costas says:

As for Pouda, I am guessing he wasn’t satisfied with the blowjobs Rio gave him in order to convince him to stay…

  25. samuel - united WE stand says:

How this hopeless fucker gary cahill keeps making the squad i’ll never know. The media tried to influence Fergie to buy him and our manager may have bought a couple of players who haven’t made it (no one is perfect) but he knows a donkey when he sees one. He signs, starts two games and chelsea ship ridiculous amount of goals.

  26. RedHound says:

Does anyone know why Pogba has not been named in the Ajax home game? Fergie hinted he would play a part along with other youngsters but it turns out he wont even be on the bench.

  27. Giggs12Gerrard0 says:

I am selfishly happy that Carrick is not in the squad, let him rest up.

  28. WillieRedNut says:

It’s too early for potty mouth Costas. You’ll scare the younger lads. ;)

  29. samuel - united WE stand says:

Costas – that’s inappropriate, rio is married and doesn’t swing that way. imagine him reading this blog and he think “Well if that’s what fans feel then i can’t be bothered with the pogba” LOL

  30. zelh says:

RedHound – an hour ago or so DailyFail reported that Juve agreed a 4 year deal with Pogba. Make of that what you want.

  31. WillieRedNut says:

RedHound – Fergie was asked when getting on the bus about Pogba, he said, he won’t be starting against the cleaners.(Ajax)

  32. samuel - united WE stand says:

The cynic in me says pogba has left united, could be an injury or maybe He forgot his massive headphones at home.

  33. zelh says:

WillieRedNut – Well he wasn’t even on the team bus which indicates that he’s not even making the bench tonight.

    Samuel – dito.

  34. Costas says:

    @willie, Samuel

Ah, Rio can handle it. He’s got the lips, lol.

In all seriousness, Pogba shouldn’t even need Rio to convince him to stay. But since we’ve gotten this far, I hope he won’t be ignorant enough to ignore Rio’s advice. The money will come ffs. Just focus on breaking into the first team.

  35. samuel - united WE stand says:

I wonder now andy carroll has been left out, he’d actually learn how to play football in his own unique style of “fatty geordie pies and beers” and then play with his rapunzel ponytail.

  36. WillieRedNut says:

If he needs convincing to stay at a club like United…..bye bye. I’ve no interest in a player that doesn’t want to play for our club. Simples.

  37. It's in my blood says:

    zelh

If that’s true, Rio has failed.
    And, if true, fuck Pouda.
I’ve raved about him for so long, put him some way ahead of Tunnicliff in terms of sheer ability but feel if he really has found it such a difficult decision to make then fuck off.
    Drag him to the airport.
Then again…he might just be ill.
Maybe Rio hasn’t been blowing him.
Maybe Roo’s been snogging him and he’s got a sore throat?
    Oh bollocks!
    Wait and see again eh?

  38. Saad says:

Shaqiri rubbing it in. Lets hope we meet them again soon so that we can get some revenge.

    http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story/_/id/1025807/shaqiri:-united-deserved-champions-league-exit?cc=4716

  39. jasmine_MUFC says:

what r ur predictions for today’s game??

  40. samuel - united WE stand says:

Costas hahahaha you’re right. and if pogba has actually hung us all out to dry after the support all united fans gave him then i’m truly disappointed. Don’t want to jump into conclusion and there may well be a logical reason for his absence but we also have to accept the possibility that he could leave. We all thought a player like him would instantly sign up to a new contract but obviously not. Thanks to his greedy agent as wel.

  41. Saad says:

    Maybe he claustrophobic!

  42. WillieRedNut says:

Shakiri rubbing it in? I’d love a pique at that!

  43. AlphaRS says:

    @comeonredmen
England overlook technical players because they don’t understand their importance.
Much the same as they did with Scholes although they are different types of players.
Michael Carrick has been immense recently.
But the box to box midfielder is preferred even though I don’t believe they have a part to play in the modern game anymore other than in the Premiership.
    Stupid England.

  44. ricky says:

if england win nxt week nd convincingly every1s gna be beggin pearce 2 stay, media doin analysis, players tweetn, pundits praisin him sayin pure english.
if he loses then bk 2 arry, fa getn criticisd, ‘inside sources’ sayin players didnt respond, pundits and media sayin its dif frm u21s.

hope psyco stays long term and picks rooney ag holland to stamp his authority over the media

  45. AlphaRS says:

    @Saad
The cnut Shakiri maybe rubbing it in but I have to say we got what we deserved.
The standing in the group stages do not lie…. :S

  46. Saad says:

Willie, are you being a dick? :)

  47. frankie says:

    Spence,
You are absolutely right about Pierce’s awful tactics and team selection at the u-21. He either didn’t pick Cleverly or positioned him as a winger. Meanwhile the central midfileders (Henderson, Muamba) couldn’t string two passes together. There was no fluidity or creativity in the team and, less we forget, we were eliminated by the Swiss.

  48. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

Who The Fuck Gives A SHIT About Ingurand ?
More Carrick for us ! :D

We should be furious for having 6 reds in the team !

Smalling has been frequently picking up knocks.
    Jones has only just returned.
Clevs has not played 2 games in a row yet. How does he deserve a call up after being injured for 4 months.
Welbeck + Rooney will not start together for Ingurand, drop Rooney his attitude stinks

Plus Young is in the same position as Jones,Smalling + Clevs, he’s not ready for this game.

Damn it why the fuck do we have so many Ingurish players? Having 11 in the whole squad is a disaster…..NOOOOOOO.

    I hope England field this team in euro’s;

    Carson
    Johnson Terry Cahill Cole
    Barry Gerrard Milner
    Theo Bent Downing

The United lads don’t deserve the shame.

  49. WillieRedNut says:

Only thing Downing has hit this season, is his girlfriend.

  50. zelh says:

    Pierce is shit.
He was shit with the U21 – who deluded fucker puts Mancienne in DM?! – and he will be shit with the 3Lions

  51. NBI Red Onion says:

@ RedHound – where did you see Pogba was not in the squad – I thought his name had been put in.

  52. Marq says:

Why are so many people up in arms over Carrick not being called up? I for one am glad, the last thing we want is the first midfielder on our team sheet to get injured playing for that over-rated England team

  53. Saad says:

I don’t think it’s a question of money with Pogba, although it very well may be. I think he believes he won’t be a starter for at least three more years and he thinks he can go to another club and be a starter right now.

  54. zelh says:

NBI Red Onion – He’s on the player’s list that are allowed to play in EL, but he wasn’t with the team. So he won’t play tonight.

  55. Saad says:

So not only do they have racists in their club, they also have woman-beaters??

Oh wait, I got it now! :P

  56. WillieRedNut says:

Saad – Hey? Mr dick to you! :P

  57. zelh says:

I can understand that we got rid of Ravel, but Pogba is different. No off-field problems, great attitude in training and bags of talent.
If he think he doesn’t have a chance to become a starter in 1-2 years or a regular player that’s our fault.

  58. zelh says:

SAF’s raving about him, but not playing him in games like that.
    I don’t get it.

  59. Brigadier19 says:

Clint – Well said thats 6 too fucking many in my mind also. Cant stand Ingerlund myself, pile of shite. Theres only one football team and that is Manchester United, Man United and United, not fucking Man U. For I hate it when people come out with that, especially from the so called fans. PS hate them scummy Yorkshire cunts also know as Leeds.

  60. MG says:

England should have made Tevez English

  61. Saad says:

Giggsy has more starts than Stevie Me has total club appearances.

    Giggsy>>>>>>>>>>>>Gerrard

  62. passe says:

    Zelh
    He’s as good as gone.

  63. MG says:

England should have a rule that whichever foreign player plays for an English club he should be automatically be given a lot of money and should be allowed to play for England especially every World Cup etc

  64. Dazbomber says:

I thought the team bus arrives at about 6 o clock , has the squad bin named I thought that was later to ?

  65. WillieRedNut says:

    http://lockerz.com/s/186212553

    Oh Europa!

Dazbomber – They go to the hotel first mate?

  66. Dazbomber says:

In the press conference yesterday he said Pogba might be in he team but there are a lot of first team players that need a game.

  67. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

    Thanks Brigadier19

I find Ingurand too funny not to mock, they’ve been a joke since 66′. Nobody thinks they are good, only themselves.

When you have shit like Terrry,Johnson,Barry,Gerrard,Lumpard,Milner,Theodore,Downing….how the fuck do you expect to beat Estonia let alone, Holland reserves.

  68. Dazbomber says:

    WillieRedNut – Still don’t you think it’s early ?

  69. WillieRedNut says:

Dazbomber – Just passing on what I heard on Twitter. A lad who follows the first team and the reserves, tweeted it. Pogba won’t be involved, according to Fergie.

  70. Dazbomber says:

WillieRedNut- It’s looking grim then .

  71. xol says:

In fairness to bitter Barry, he’s looked stronger this season after evidently taking part in City’s illegal performance enhancing drugs program and to lump him in the same bracket as Downing is a tad harsh. Yes, Downing really is that bad.

  72. Owen says:

Gerrard overated!! Don’t think so , he’s the best central midfielder ever in the premiership.

  73. WillieRedNut says:

    http://www.sos1878.co.uk/everton-news/gibson-faces-4-weeks-out/?

Look at this Costas? We’ve cursed Everton! :)

  74. stevo says:

Carrick is currently the best holding English player in Premership.Pearces record as a clueless manager is 35% with City and 30% with forrest. He could well be in charge at the Euros. Will he pick Gerrard as captain ,remember South Africa ,England were clueless, rudderless, leaderless etc etc Gerrard was captain in all the games.

  75. xol says:

According to GHTT, Pearce rang Carrick to say he’s a definite for the Euros but wants to see others.

  76. Bobby Charlton's combover says:

    “Giggs12Gerrard0 says:
I am selfishly happy that Carrick is not in the squad, let him rest up”

Best way you can look at it.
If he was ever going to get a call-up it was this game and he’s been overlooked again,
    No Scholes either.

  77. dannysoya says:

INTERESTING FACT ABOUT REAL MADRID THAT MIGHT BLOW YOUR MIND.
In the year 1958, Real Madrid C.F. were crowned champions of Europe. But Madrid won a lot more that year, something which is precious and yet invaluable – dey won”Respect”frm da whole world. Madrid poured out goodwill like nonecould imagine in today’s mad and self-centered world. Real asked for the trophy in 1958 to be awarded to Manchester United after the Munich disaster. This however, was understandably refused by the Old Trafford club. Madrid dedicated the trophy to Manchester United and more to the Busby Babes. Madrid thenoffered holidays in Spain to all the players in a bid to help them recover from the mental trauma. To help United tide over their financial woes, Bernabeu even agreed to play friendlies with them, at half their rate. Real fielded strong sides, so as to attract maximum crowds, and alsohelped United in developing by playing against strong European opposition. The Blancos were at their philanthropic best, as they even offered United the legendary Puskas, but United couldn’t sign him due to some absurd FA ruling against non-English speaking players. Di Stefano was also offered for a season- long loan (probably) but United had to turn down the gesture, as they weren’t in a position to affordhis wages. The level of respect was enormous between the two clubs. It’s seemingly hard to fathom such deep rooted sense of responsibility for a rival club in the present day scenario, and it’s surreal.

SURELY one has to respect them for their show of immense kindness and thoughtfulness.

  78. Unitedfanatic says:

    Ferdinand?

  79. The team that wouldn't die says:

Walcott, Downing and Johnson. Sums up the situation at right wing.
Cahill and Baines over Rio? sigh…
Barry, Milner and Gerrard over Carrick sigh…

  80. The team that wouldn't die says:

    @dannysoya
The times they are a changing.
Thanks for sharing the story. Yes, it’s not like in 2006-2008 when they were all over Ronaldo. What happened? Maby people generally had more respect for each other in the 50-ties?

  81. red puma says:

so the most notoriously underrated sideways and backward passer in the whole of EPL is left out of the squad in favour of Gerrard, parker, milner and barry…………… will definately jog england to the euro cup………..

  82. Lebomanc says:

    Dannysoya
Great story, dis united ever repay them with anything?

  83. Lebomanc says:

    Did*

  84. Champ19n says:

Bloody hell. Downing will find it hard to get into the Villa match-day squad let alone England. What a signing for the dippers, top man that King kenny, got an eye for talent.

  85. King Eric says:

Barry and Carson. Downing too. Says it all.

    Who gives a fuck?

    United > Ingerlund.

“We all agree…………………..United are better than England”. Ha . Little Ingerlunders like Durham incensed by the squad. No Dyer or Grant Holt he says. Fuck me .

  86. King Eric says:

samuel – Spot on as usual mate. All about the grafters in the middle of park. Like you say the media kept saying “why doesn’t Fergie buy Cahill to replace the injured Vidic”? Err because he is fucking gash thats why.

I love Pogba BUT if Rio IS having to persuade him then fucking do one son.

  87. King Eric says:

dannysoya – Hhmm interesting about Madrid BUT lets not forget Di Stefano was supposed to go to Barca but Franco blocked the move and ensured he went to Madrid. Still a nice gesture nonetheless.

  88. gazzer says:

Dansoya – that does blow my mind. Are you sure it’s true? I never heard anything about it before.
Considering the way they have behaved in recent years (and SAF’s calling them the virus), it’s hard to square. I’d call that something worth commemorating.

  89. Ironbrand says:

@Dannysoya… A very nice read. Thanks for posting that.

  90. 3Generations says:

Just about to set off for OT
    GGMU!!!

  91. Zombie Cucumber says:

    Ashley Cole? Seriously?

  92. dannysoya says:

For the real madrid thing, it did blow my mind when i read it for the first time. Never in my wildest dreams would I ever believe that REAL MADRID of all clubs could do such a thing for us. Full respect to them for that.

  93. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

Has anyone seen Ingurands new kits? Masturbatory worthy !

  94. theboogeyman says:

King Eric- Hey mate. Hope all is well with the kid? Just wanted you to know, I got some app on the iPad that allows me to listen to Talksport, and bloody hell do they talk some utter shit.

  95. Lebomanc says:

    Any rumors of who’s playing?
    Heard ando was back training!

  96. Mutusamy says:

Eriksen to score against us and another club signs him up instead of SAF

  97. Stenis says:

England’s biggest mistake has always been to select the big name players in front of those important players who will make a team work.

  98. Jeet says:

When is the fucking match? Isnt it like NOW? Or is it a late kickoff? Got nicely buzzed and seems like I got to stay awake in that state for another 2 hrs till the action starts? While Stoke stampede around like unevolved gorillas (Fred could leave the blog because of that comment, by the way) on vaigra? Come to think of it, I read somewhere that they have really small peckers. Gorillas I mean, not Stoke. What would a absinthe-viagra combo do to jon terry? Where was I? Why did I write that? When’s the fucking match?

  99. Jeet says:

Yeah. the Madrid story is true. They can be cunts, but they are a big club. Bet they wouldnt do it for barca or athletico though. jon terry would lend his best mate’s mum as consolation, and then send a cheque for professional services rendered.

  100. Jeet says:

    *sent…fuck this

  101. Mikekelly12 says:

Evening all. Stuart Pearce, what a cunt! Carson??? Seriously?! Downing and Walcott??? Has he been watching the Prem? Campbell?? He said he didn’t pick Oxo cube cos he hadn’t played enough games so picks Fraser Campbell. The fewer United players selected for England the better in my opinion!!
Right, just waiting for my lift then off to OT. Wee James has been in Platts since 6, he’ll be on his back when I get there!!!

  102. Jeet says:

    No, it IS send.

  103. kanchelskis says:

    @Costas

    Thank the medical team ;-)

  104. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

  114. Costas says:

Too early for Ando to start, Scholes, Carrick and Giggs rested, so only one choice left. Hope Park plays better as a CM in this 4-4-2 than he did in previous occasions.

    Time for some Berbagasms!

  115. Costas says:

Subs: Amos, Evra, Evans, Carrick, Giggs, Scholes, Welbeck

    No Pouda.

  116. Jeet says:

9/11 prediction score. Berba – yeah fucking yeah
    @Clint: steamroller is good
@boogeyman: slightly stoned. making a fucking fool of myself, but feel like clowning a bit, you know?

  117. zelh says:

    Jones future united captain?
    What future?!

    HE’S FUCKING CAPTAIN TONIGHT! :)

  118. zelh says:

btw. rumours saying that Fergie is pissed of with Pogba and Fryers and told them they won’t play for United first-team again unless they sign a new deal.

they wanted to play hardball on their contract, they get hardball.

  119. Costas says:

First time Smalling and Jones have played together in defence for us! This is also a new back 4 for us and one we may see a lot of over the next 10 years.

  120. Jeet says:

Seriously, who IS captain? Park I guess?
@Costas: Didnt he play with Clevs at Goodison early on this season? Far as I remember, did a decent job too.

  121. zelh says:

    Jones is captain!

  122. Jeet says:

    fucking kidding me?

  123. Jeet says:

Comment from our friend John Tring on Mail site:

Painful but true, Shaqiri is right. Utd blew it big time. SAF and his stupid charges just fell flat. Europa League? Wow.. Now the grand old man is trying to pull a fast one.. All Manc final? To be officially crowned 33rd best team in Europe?? Guess he’s given up on the title then. Then again, after the hiding at OT by City and B’Burn and humiliation at Newcastle, what else can he do? Bad purchses and worse tactics coupled with dumb players like Evans, Park, Ferdinand, Da Silva twins and you get the recipe for total disaster. Take notice, Utd suits. If you don’t act now, you will follow Liverpool and Arsenal into oblivion.

    CUNT.

  127. Owen says:

Interesting , sell morrison and pogba now , two of the best youngsters utd have, now the fans say we don’t want them , let them go , how funny!!!

  128. The WitchKing of Angmar says:

Jonesy is captain. His first season at United. Awesome achievement for the lad.

  129. xol says:

It’s a relatively small team we’re putting out so It’ll be interesting to see how we play. No lack of height at the back where Smalling has been getting his head onto everything that comes near the box. Ajax I’m told, like to keep it on the ground and play(?) so I’m hoping for a proper game.

  130. WillieRedNut says:

John Tring you fucking cock sucker!

  131. King Eric says:

theboogeyman – Hello my friend. Yes he is a bit better thanks now mate. Hope you are keeping well. Ha. I told you didn’t I. They actually get well paid for it too!

  132. King Eric says:

zehl – Hello pal. No offence but you have posted rumour upon rumour on here over various months and none of them have been true!! Only messing. Fuck Pogba if he doesn’t want to stay. Was good to see Tunni turn out for the stiffs on Monday.

  133. King Eric says:

Willie – We knew what that cunt Tring was all about mate.

  134. xol says:

haha John Tring? I don’t like him already. These types going on about the City, Newcastle and Blackburn games – if those games would have been won, they’d be going on about last ear’s Champion’s League final. Fuck John tring and that paper.

  135. WillieRedNut says:

Jeet hasn’t posted in 10 minutes? Must have the munchies.

  136. slouchie1472 says:

Just seen this photo of cif…..sorry ajax fans outside Old Trafford

Also hearin rumours of some of em riotin around manchester with petrol bombs

Wankers….as graceless as the club they appear to pledge support for over here

  137. xol says:

I noticed in the first leg, they put Channel 5 low down, right in the corner. Half expected the presenters to get off their chairs to let the teams pass on their way to the pitch.

  138. Jeet says:

@30-something-jagger: chaser, actually. Have some office emails to write, still dont think it safe to attempt. practicing here.

  139. zelh says:

King Eric – that’s why I’m saying it’s rumours. never said anything of that is true.

  140. King Eric says:

xol – That Tring character has masqueraded on here as a United fan before,.

  141. theboogeyman says:

Jeet- No mate, you’re definitely not ready to send the office emails yet!

King Eric- I’m good mate, thanks. Talksport is horrible, can’t listen to it for a long stretch.

  142. JC says:

Athletic won, good, I’d much rather we travel to Athletic than Locomotiv in the next round

  143. Costas says:

    John Tring, lol.

    @Jeet

Park played on the wing at Everton. I think he’s played at CM in a 4-4-2 in a few League cup games and against Blackburn.

  144. Jeet says:

@Costas: Thanks, half guessed must have een wrong. Trust you to get the details right, pal!

  145. Jeet says:

Is it safe to witch on the tv? Dont think I can tolerate a moment of non-united anymore. COME ON YOU REDS!!!

  146. Owen says:

I’d rather b in champions league than playing in a second rate European competition , maybe if fergie had picked the sides that played in Ajax and tonight we wouldn’t b in the mess were in, with the loss of money generated from the champions league we will be buying second rate players again in the summer!!

  147. T. says:

I am glad there was only 6 utd-players this time. Better they stay at carrington licking old wounds and plan for the 20!
Barry , Downing, G. Cahill, Stevie G and Milner! Lol, England will be a walk in the park for Sweden as usual.
