So Utd being loaded with injuries makes us sort of more likeable. I have still not read one single article praising our performance against Wolfsburg. if someone said would I rather choose the success of the team and having all this debt, or a little less success and being debt free I would choose the second option all day long.

if we were still a PLC I dont think the success would have changed, no way do they deserve any credit. like I said the takeover should have been blocked by a rule, if its not in the best interest of the fans then the takeover cannot go through isnt that one of the main rules in takeovers.

in 1998 was that takeover such a horrible deal for the fans and club not when you compare it to this disgusting glazer takeover it seemed a great takeover now.

Don’t apologise about that. It’s what i think about this whole situation too. I was just looking at both sides of the coin. A large part of what makes United who they are, is their success on the field. However, when it comes down to it, i would much rather have United still be a PLC and free of any debts, even if it meant we didn’t enjoy as much success on the pitch. Unfortunately, i don’t see a way out of this anymore.

– 5 years ago if any fan said come 2009 we were gonna be in that much debt no fan would be for it no matter what the success is. it is like me saying would I sell my soul for a succesful career then the answer would be no because its long term not short term where I think.

– no person can care for any club or buisness if that owner or owners were willing to go into that much debt they cant care at all, their plan is to saddle the club with tons of debt fleece the fans steal the profits, and when the time is right make a profit and they bugger off back to america that is what their aim is.

– sorry anyone I hate to be a negative twat but when someone brought up the glazers there is nothing positive about them. I will be negative when it comes to uniteds debt and the glazers because that is what I feel about them.
