Manchester United beat Fulham 3-0 this afternoon thanks to goals from Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial. These are two players who were marginalised by former manager Jose Mourinho but have gone from strength to strength under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Only five goals have scored more goals than Pogba in the league this season and only four have more assists. He was named Man of the Match again in our win over Fulham as we now climb in to the top four.

What is interesting about this result though, aside from it being yet another win, is that Solskjaer has now won more games in the league this season than Mourinho did. The Portuguese manager was in charge for 17 games and won seven of them, losing five. Solskjaer has overseen nine league games and has won eight of them, drawing the other.

February sees a whole host of big games for Solskjaer to get through but the difference in United under our new manager compared to our last couldn’t be more stark.
