Sore Loser Mourinho Has Been A Naughty Boy

It has been alleged that Jose Mourinho punched a Manchester United fan last night outside Old Trafford, following our 2-0 win over Inter Milan in the Champions League.

After taunting TNSSO with “chin up Mourinho!” and “you’re not special anymore!”, it appears as though the piss-taking he received outside the ground was too much for him to take. Either that, or Fergie got him sloshed on his bottle of red!

“You’re going home, you’re going home!” the United fans supposedly said, which lead Mourinho to give him a smack in the face. The fan then went on to report the incident at Stretford Police station, who have now requested CCTV footage from the club.

Lets not point fingers just yet Scott……..its only been alleged

  2. costas says:

That’s unfortunate if it has happened.I would love to see the video though. How Mr Cool Mourinho lost his patience.

  3. Scott the Red says:

GingerPrince – which is why I used the word “alleged” in the first sentence.

I can’t stand Mourinho, but in all fairness to the guy, some fans are just complete arseholes. It was obvious during the game that he was being heckled mercilessly, and to chase the guy up outside the ground to continue the practice is just typical of some people. They think the ticket entitles them to act in the kind of boorish manner they wouldn’t think to try in their normal day to day lives, for obvious reasons. It’s kind of old fashioned, but my attitude is that if someone wants to get that abusive they deserve a good smack in the mouth if the person feels like unloading on them – if you want to act like a jerk, you get treated like one. It says even more about the sniveling little coward that he apparently ran off to mommy (the police) to squeal the moment Mourinho allegedly gave him a shot. Again, typical of the breed.

Personally, I’d like to see fans made a lot more accountable for their behavior at grounds, because it’s just gotten out of hand. Nothing sickens me more than hearing City fans taunting United with sick chants about the Munich disaster, particularly at Old Trafford when the likes of Bobby Charlton, who lost team mates and friends on the day, can hear it. It’s just a fricking game, not WWIII.

Oh please let there be CCTV footage, and please let it be leaked.

This could be the cherry on last nights cake. Ha!

  6. Oooodz says:

    Agreed Timbo

  7. Man cpt says:

I totally agree with you timbo. If any person as so much taunt me about something that is sensitive and does so continually without having remorse I shall definitely kick his fucking teeth down his throat. Yes mourinho is a big prick but I actually think that the team especially Ronny shoved his words down his not so special throat. Alleged or not that fuckin fan should be arrested.

  8. Billy Meredith says:

easy there timbo, until we know the full story there’s no need gettin ur soapbox out. i agree with the second half of your statement but do not see how you can compare the two.

if I had seen jose exit the stadium, i doubt i would have been able to stop myself shoutin’ ‘LOOOSER’ or something equally stupid. so what!

If I saw FSW in the street and started singing “he’s cracking up…”
Does that warrant a punch?!? NO!!

  9. TinManUnited says:

What would be hilarious if the muppets on the I’m on Setanta Sports did a remake. LOL

  10. Stephen says:

That really should show anyone who believes that Mourinho is the right man for the job at OT.
The simple fact that he has punched a fan simply makes it imposible for him to manage our club, but the real issue is that as a manager of United he will get abused every week, and he simply hasn’t got the bottle to stomach such taunts.
At United you have to rise above it, like Fergie, Beckham and Ronaldo, I am afraid for TNSSO the United job is too big for him.

  11. Marq says:

Its not a fact that Mourinho punched someone yet, so Stephen please do not jump into conclusions. But my opinion, Scott, we know you do not like the guy, but the title’s abit harsh isnt it? Mourinho was all words of praise for us, and said we were deserved winners, so cant say he is a sore loser. Lets give credit where credit is due, and show that we are proper & well mannered fans

  12. john ferry says:

Maureen is arrogant enough to punch anyone who bruises his inflated ego. If he did punch a fan, its going to be kept quiet or not fully investigated.

  13. Stephen says:

Marq, I appreciate what you are trying to say but Mourinho has a very long history of being a very poor loser, one moment of grace does not make up for the history of classless rants which have come out of his mouth everytime he looses a game or things haven’t gone the way he wanted, ask Anders Frisk.

  14. Drew Vader says:

When I first saw the headlines I hoped it was the other way around, with Jose mouthing off and some fan chinning him. Oh well. I can still dream I guess…

  15. Marq says:

Well, we should look forward rather than back shouldnt we? Only the dippers look back. Our Keanes & Cantonas didnt have such a glorious history in terms of behaviour did they? Mourinho praised us, so lets savour it, cuz it does not happen often! haha
I fully back timbo as well. For me, I would not fault Mourinho for a punch, if there really was any, I blame the stupid “fans”. Banter is one thing, insult is another. Same thing I do not see any blame attached to Cantona for his kungfu kick, because some “fans” deserve it. If you really are good support, you sing for your players, not put down opponents with insults. I am sure our players would want it this way as well

  16. ty says:

Timbo is totally right, a lot of people are scumbags, this sums it up:

    http://www.thespoof.com/news/spoof.cfm?headline=s6i49354

@stephen, he’s been very flattering about english football and he has no history of violence. Why are the police leaking this, probably for a nice backhander from the press and no charges will be laid. Wonder if the mouthbreather will get done for wasting police time?

The Jose haters will be happy though, because it’s not going to encourage him to want to come to us.

  17. manci_yanky says:

im 50-50 on this one. i think the fact the mourinho hit someone is hilarious and makes the win that much more better. but at the same time, who ever he hit is a little wimp. if jose mourinho ever hit me, id throw one right back at him gladly. the fact that this man ran to the police and ‘told on mourinho’ is just a cowardly thing.
and all of you saying these insults need to stop, i completely agree, insults need to stop but chanting “your going home” is hardly an insult. it just shows how much this game got to TNSSO!!!!

  18. Giles Oakley says:

Well said Timbo and Marq. I may also be old fashioned but I believe defeated opponents should be treated honourably.

  19. costas says:

The fact is that even the most experienced managers can lash out after they have had too much pressure piled on them.SAF has done it in the past. His reaction after United’s second goal at Reading last year comes to mind.Lol

  20. Duncan says:

    Haha, nice 1 Mourinho

  21. RN says:

That should be Fergies red wine am afraid. But as a man he went up a few notches in my estimate- didnt think he had it in him to be honest. Funny as hell nonethe less. And lastly…Somewhere in the stands of old trafford there sits one wussy fan. I salute you my friend.

  22. RN says:

A footnote to the comment: wussy equals a wuss + a pussy.

  23. wazza says:

jose is fortunately not havin a muscular body to have caused much damage 2 that poor guy.i wonder if that guy had hit jose back, then wat wud have been a big controversy

  24. red4life90 says:

im sorry but if any of you think that someone chanting “you’re going home, You’re going home” is warrant for a smack in the mouth then you a living on a different planet. marq that aint abuse! its fucking football and i think that portugese wanker needs to grow up. i would expect a 14 year old boy to punch someone not a grown man who is always in the eye of the media.

what about if it was a women chanting it or a child? does TNSSO still have the right to give them a smack??

  25. Marq says:

If you think people reacted to such simple chants, you are under illusion as well. I can bet my last dollar there was more than that.

  26. pittm says:

more than that…hmm, like for example maybe he had lost a champions league game just before the incident?
