   Tevez, like all, has his failings. One of his biggest current failings right now, however, is his price tag. With that being said, I think that we should move mountains to sign him permanently. Rooney and Tevez offer us a committed and class front pair that can work together for a number of years. Neither will prostitute themselves to teams in Spain and both can take criticism on the chin. I will be wholly dissappointed to see him leave.

   I think Tev has to show a sign of good will here.He has to undestand that in this age of economic crisis everyone makes sacrifices.All over the world people are losing their jobs or taking pay cuts.Why can’t footballers do the same?This 26 million pound fee was agreed before the economy took a hit.What does Joorabchian expect to do?He won’t find other clubs offering 26 million either.

    I am not too sure about real either.They already have Raul,Ruud,Higuaine and Huntelaar.Would they pay 26 for someone who might not be first choice?The sad thing is that i do see Joorabchian making a deal with other clubs for less than 26mil

    I’ll keep saying it, yes its not my money, but he’s in no way worth anything above £20m. I’m not really into all this nonsense about him proclaiming his love to United cuz thats what seems to endear United fans to him, he hasn’t shown anything this season to prove he’s worth the money. And before anyone comes out with that he hasn’t played much this season crap, he probably has the most appearances after Vidic and Ronaldo. And RM don’t need Tevez, they have a better player imo(and just what we need) in Huntelaar.

    He wants to stay and that will play a role in the cost but he won’t be cheap. He is such a talent and such a great symbol of work ethic this club needs with players like Ronaldo in the lineup. He never quits like Park but has more skill on and off the ball. He works well with Rooney and he is such a mentally tough guy. We need to pay what he is worth and in my mind he is worth a lot.
