The Stone Roses and the Charlatans were fantastic, bands with character and a freshness about them. Now were stuck with twats like the Kaiser chiefs a bunch of grad students desperate to be liked and knocking out shit songs for the common twats like theres no tomorrow. Manchester the home of music, Joy Division, The Smiths, Stone Roses, Oasis and the Charlatans. Gota love it when they play a bit of "this is the one" before United walk out.
