  12. STAMpede says:

Then again, if we go out of the champions league and FA Cup we might get an easier ride in the league….

  13. Zelh says:

Chico could make the bench if not any other striker goes out with injury.

Can’t believe how many reds are scared because of the draw.
We are fucking manchester united. I’m not scared of anyone!

  14. divadalliaa says:

  17. andromeda says:

Am still holding the resentment of that horrible defeat, its time to wake up, from Wednesday to the end of the season…….we must make sure that we are up to the task, come on you lads….

  18. samuel - united WE stand says:

If this fa draw isn’t fixed then i don’t know what is. knew united would get city, will be one bastorming game which will go either away, hope united do well.

  19. fat mick says:

looks like you wont be playing to many games this season then

  20. Aadescholes says:

    Bring it on…Salvation and Redemption

  21. Ash says:

This is great for us. Lets beat those fucking money eaters

  22. KC says:

Bet Mansour will be happy, only time that joke of a stadium is ever full.

  23. WillieRedNut says:

No second string teams, for either side, me thinks. Fancy United to do the job. I believe Fergie will relish the opportunity, to even the score. Come on Reds!

  24. jayunited says:

very dificult draw but a chance not to only revenge but progress

  25. NotoriousRedDevil says:

Last time we played cit-eh at their ground in the FA Cup we won. Cantona penalty and Sharpe with the winner. Happy memory that. Hopefully same outcome Rooney penalty and Jonesy with the winner.

  26. dannysoya says:

LET’S FUCKING GET IT!!!!! Hopefully Cleverley and Welbeck are back for that. REVENGE.

  27. Ash says:

    fat mick
Don’t get overexcited you idiot. Your City could easily crumble. You have a tough fixtures coming up. Lets see how you guys perform

  28. NYDUDE says:

What a draw????? You couldn’t write a better script!!!!! Fcuk em’!

  29. MUFC-STRONG says:

    Typical

  30. STAMpede says:

I am in no doubt that our lads needed a draw like this to really get going because every game leading up to the City game should be seen as preparation and inspiration for that game.
Will be seen as underdogs or not?
Depends on the form of both sides leading up to the game. Could be a draw and a replay as well….

  31. Redlife says:

Looking forward to it. I’d prefer it at OT but either way we need this game. I’m hoping Fergie signs a player before we play, so we can add an extra dimension.

  32. Redslevin says:

Redemption? Nope not going to say that again after Barca

  33. xol says:

Ah well, would like to have drawn one of the big clubs. City it is then.

  34. pablo says:

    two words…FUCKING REVENGE!!

  35. stevo says:

Utd will win nothing this year, a series of poor buys over the last number of years and a dour coaching set-up will condem Utd to also rans over next few years.Major changes need to be put in place now so we can proceed in the future. The loss of Blanc to the French nation team has hit Fergies long term plan so if Ollie is going to be appointed in the future ,get him in now with Fergie so we can have a smooth transition.I have followed Utd since 1965 and have seen some very bad times and then the wonderful last 15 years but things are not right at the club at the moment .Blind faith is blind.

  36. STAMpede says:

City fans might be entitled to think they will win this if you look at this season but I am surprised a club with their eternal bad luck still have fans that are more or less certain they will win the league.
I bet most of them expect City to beat us comfortably again. I thought we were gonna play City home and away in the Carling Cup but it might be that we play them twice in the bigger of the two cup competitions.

  37. fat mick says:

cant really see us scoring 6 again but i wouldnt be surprised if we did, anyway a walk in the park me thinks

  38. xol says:

It’ll be interesting to see how many league games pass by before the match commentator doesn’t mention the derby defeat. Yesterday’s espn commentators weren’t that bad but they did mention it. My guess is 17 games. We should have a competition.

  39. NotoriousRedDevil says:

Ignore my post complete bollocks that. Have no idea why i thought we played them at their ground.

Rather a juicy FA Cup. I want blood this time.

  40. WillieRedNut says:

Only see positives with this draw. We don’t play city in the league, until April. This is a Golden chance, to right a wrong. It could impact city, if we go there and knock them spark out. might also, put some doubt in their heads. Brilliant draw for United.

  41. NotoriousRedDevil says:

leads, vermin bitter cunts 3 years on the trot in the 3rd round. Put money on us getting chelski away in 2013.

  42. dannysoya says:

I like the position we are in going into this tie. Very few expect us to win there. On twitter some have already written off any trophy hopes we have for this season. No problem. We LOVE when we are underestimated. See you at Wastelands on the 7th/8th.

  43. xol says:

    Stevo

    Blind pessimism is blind.

  44. Ash says:

We will see many bill knobs like cunt in this blog.

  45. jayunited says:

i guess we should get use to seeing jones in midfield especialy in the big games.a trio of clev, jones and flech/carick fills me with confidence even against the 2 spanish giant..bring on city

  46. STAMpede says:

Historically United have been at their best when up against it and involved in big games in more than one competition. I bet Sir Alex is relishing this one but maybe this seasons league title will be decided by who has to play the most games and so going out early on might be a blessing in disguise?

  47. wayne says:

It’s fucking mind boggling to me Utd have lost one game all year, stevo never read so much bollocks in one comment for quite a while, pretty well ever word is total dribble

  48. Collyhurst Red says:

League Champions against FA cup holders……….

Just like the Community Shield and how did that turn out @fat twat?

    :-)

  49. Balaji Sivaraman says:

    God wants vengeance!

Absolutely agree with City. As long as our players are up for it and we’re relatively injure-free, I can certainly see us knocking them out of the competition. Nothing is guaranteed but I definitely fancy us on this tie. And as Willie says, it could work as a double advantage for us if we do beat City.

    Come on United!

  50. jayunited says:

    where are u king eric?

  51. WillieRedNut says:

fat mick – And you call us arrogant? Lol. Come back near the time. You’re manager won’t be as confident as you.

  52. Balaji Sivaraman says:

*Absolutely agree with Willie* – That’s what happens when you have multiple thoughts in your mind.

  53. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

When is the date for this motherfucking stunner of a fixture?

  54. Giggs12Gerrard0 says:

    Fat Mick

Sounds like you have never had a walk in the park mate never mind playing united.

  55. Balaji Sivaraman says:

fat mick’s mentality highlights City player’s mentality and it is going to ultimately be their downfall. Letting the fame go to their “massive” heads. No wonder they are a “massive” lot.

  56. CedarsDevil says:

    NRD

Perhaps Millwall away next time? yummy

  57. jayunited says:

@stevo who cares if you’ve bin folowing united since 1800,keep your terrible opinion to yourself.

  58. STAMpede says:

Talk about our demise is quite funny when we have 5 points more at this stage of the season than we had a year ago. We were on 28 points after 14 played then and now we’re on 33 with 14 played.
Had this been anywhere a normal season we would probably had been in top spot by a few points. What City have done is remarkable and they have done it cause they had no big injuries and played sides that have been very poor.
I think the league this season is very poor and that the gap is bigger than ever between the top sides and the lower sides. No-one can win the league without the help of other clubs and I expect the sides that have done badly so far to get going now as they have to avoid relegation.

  59. MG says:

Do not pour oil on the burning flame – or in this case pure fat content named thick whoops mick

Let it be known they have won nothing yet – you don’t win nothing in December – long time to go

    Watch this:

    19

  60. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ Cedars would love to get Millwall away. That would be awesome would definitely be blood in that and not the metaphoric type either.

  61. smartalex says:

City have 34 days left with a cup.

  62. Balaji Sivaraman says:

@smartalex, It wouldn’t surprise me if they’ve probably duplicated the solitary F.A. Cup and sent it to a billion different locations for safekeeping.

  63. CedarsDevil says:

    NRD

Love how you know where I come from pal

  64. MG says:

You know i hate city but love Bobby Manc

just seen him on tv wear a blue santa fleece hat talking about Socrates – class act – shame about the team

  65. xol says:

    1 FFP
    2 Drug cheats
    3 Bernstein

What they have achieved is pretty shit when you consider the above.

  66. RED_MANCUNIAN689908 says:

the amount of ‘fans’ that are worried because we got citeh in the 3rd round, its a joke! i would of preferd them in the final, would of been a much better game, but hey-ho citeh need to fill there ground every now and then! hopefully the little pea will be back, and united should be on the form that we usually have from the christmas period! im not sure we will do anything in january beacuse that isnt SAF’s style. but it wont be an easy win, but it will be a win!

    IN YOUR BITTER BLUE WORLD…..

  67. CedarsDevil says:

I posted this on the other thread and those who have been to away grounds will know exactly where I am coming from….

Leeds v Millwall yesterday………… Scum festival of the year

  68. CedarsDevil says:

    xol

You never fail to put a smile on my face my friend

  69. samuel - united WE stand says:

We will be written off for this tie and you just never know to be honest, arrogant city will come into the game expecting another huge score line.

We have to keep 11 men on the pitch, two defeats against have come with a man down, secondly hit them on the counter attack, can’t go there playing a 2 man midfield though, has gotta be 3.

  70. smartalex says:

Balaji -Balotelli has probably pawned it for bling.

  71. FletchTHEMAN says:

Great draw. Clearly fixed. Can’t complain about our fixture list leading up to the game for once.
Hope we have a full strength defense and crush em at wastelands.

Need to make sure the 13th man Bernstein is not able to sway the result.

    Brining on the FACup!

  72. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

I like Mankini too, classy fella, doubt he’ll have a job next summer with them finishing 2nd.

  73. CedarsDevil says:

    MG

Bit way over the top there with your emotions me thinks my good friend, admire may be, but love?

  74. ricky says:

utd 2-1, balotelli scores pen, berba equalise and ravel injury time.

  75. RED_MANCUNIAN689908 says:

what are peoples theories to the ‘fixed’ draw??? united nd the bitters balls being bigger than the others. easier to notice???

    please comment!

  76. CedarsDevil says:

    Papii

    Trophy less as well?

  77. xol says:

I can understand having a little respect for the way he acted after the most recent derby, though. Or maybe he knows if he milked it, it would come back at him in the form of youtube hits because we’re Manchester United. See alan Hansen :-)

  78. CedarsDevil says:

    smartalex

Not sure how many picked up on your 34 days to go post my good friend! Genius

  79. MG says:

    Cedars

Everyone missed it – today I love Bobby Manc because he had a blue Santa hat on which made him look like a class act compared to this time last year when bling bling balotelli had that tea pot cover of a hat on

Don’t do man crushes like some of us do ahem R cough V achew! P cough cough cough

    ;)

  80. NotoriousRedDevil says:

Don’t cit-eh get a trophy for bragging rights or is that wwe only?

  81. Yesred says:

Redemption day is nigh. The bitters I work with didn’t want this fixture. Running scared already.

  82. MG says:

Clink on MG link for proof of no man crush

  83. WillieRedNut says:

MG – You tell him mate!

  84. CedarsDevil says:

    MG

    hahahahaha

  85. smartalex says:

Hargreaves might be in city’s cup side. That’s one of their substitutions wasted.
Bet he shines for 3 minutes, then does himself jogging into position.

  86. xol says:

Cedars, cheers. How are you coping with your new-found fame?

  87. NotoriousRedDevil says:

    Whats a Hargreaves?

  88. CedarsDevil says:

Clink? My virus is fast spreading here! hahaha

Willie – Piss off, you stirrer of pots as it were! :-)

  89. smartalex says:

It’s written in the stars CedarsDevil.

They can console themselves by voting another couple of stars onto their crest.

  90. CedarsDevil says:

    xol

Its all gotten to my head pal! hahaha

  91. TonyBee says:

Manchester City have drawn Manchester United in round 3 of the FA cup.

Six-and-the-city, the revenge – as it’s also known as.

  92. Kevin Barnes says:

City are delighted as its the only time they can fill their ground – when the mighty reds turn up!

  93. smartalex says:

A hargreaves is similar to a stroller, you may have seen some old biddy shuffling around with a frame for support? That’s it!

  94. xol says:

haha clicked the MG link and various windows opened, I’m chatting to a charming Russian girl on cam. she must be very cold, or maybe she’s in a hot climate. Nobody seems to want to talk about united in her chatroom ??

  95. sachu says:

would be an amazing start to the year lets fuck them
hope vida teaches hargraeves a lesson

  96. Costas says:

What’s Fat Prick doing here? Blue Moon’s server is not working again? ;)

As for the draw, I smell a rat. About the place of the tie anyway. One thing’s for sure. After the last game I didn’t want to wait 6 months for revenge. Go get them lads.

Any other occasions where the FA cup holder has gotten eliminated in the first round they’ve competed in?

  97. parryheid says:

    Stick on certainty replay.

  98. xol says:

Sorry love, my credit card is currently out of use.

    oops, wrong window

  99. MG says:

    Willie

    Cedars ;)

    xol

MG Disclaimer: MG not responsible for the opening of further content – MG just has a crush on Hayley McQueen – simple as that

  100. FletchTHEMAN says:

Lets place bets on Cittay NOT filling the Wastelands.

    Off topic:
    RIP Socrates http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/dec/04/brazil-socrates-dies-hospital-57
Septic shock. Nasty stuff. Peace to his family. Legend of a player for Brazil.

  101. CedarsDevil says:

    xol

Ha fucking ha you nutter…….pissed my self

  102. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@smartalex Thanks for that they are called zimmer frames here. Seems that piece of equipment has many names.

I want to start my own production of zimmer frames/strollers/walkers and call them Hargreaves free with a curly scouse wig.

  103. CedarsDevil says:

    FletchTHEMAN

Really up to date pal are you not? hahaha Sorry, just cannot help but being cheeky from time to time…. We’ve been paying tributes to Socrates (RIP) all day

  104. Costas says:

Can’t see Hargreaves playing. Mancini will prefer to use him in the Liverpool game and that effectively rules him out of our game.

    @parry

Thought about that too. Again, we can redeem ourselves on our turf quicker than I expected us too. Hopefully the injury crisis will have eased up by then.

  105. smartalex says:

Might have to include a welding kit and some duct tape with that, Notorious.
    Running repairs required daily.

  106. WillieRedNut says:

Hargreaves has picked another injury, when he heard the draw.

MG – Take it easy on him mate. He’s feeling the pace, these days. ;)

  107. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ Cedars The argie troll will definitely start though. He’s blue through and through and really gets what that club is all about.

  108. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ smaralex Not sure if I can do that but will include a 3 year warranty which will have the equipment shipped abroad and sent back within that time frame virtually in the same condition as sent.

  109. Fred says:

 You have to laugh. What a fix. I didn’t see it but apparently it was the third game to be drawn, which meant that after City’s ball was picked, there was a 1 in 65 chance that we would be the next team out of the bag. 1 team in 65 and it just so happened to be the other Manchester team. A Manchester derby and the number 1 and 2 teams in the country right now. Just like we got Liverpool last year, what were the odds of that? The FA likes to have a big match to kick off the 3rd round.

Anyway, could be a good game. I hope wee Thomas is back for that one. :)

  110. WillieRedNut says:

Balaji – I agree with you, agreeing with me.

  111. MG says:

    Willie

    You have my word

  112. smartalex says:

Link the warranty to the mileage.

  113. parryheid says:

    Costas

Expect a Liverpool type team and performance.I do.

  114. united.george says:

Great stuff, cant wait for January then! Actually I cant wait for wednesday either!

  115. CedarsDevil says:

Pissing off for a quick nap……. Will be back after you Willie! hahaha

    Laters

  116. xol says:

One of these days a brave person will put their hand in to draw the first ball and say, “ouch! Why is one of these balls hot and all the others are cold?”

  117. WillieRedNut says:

United are not the number 2 side in England. Apparently, the way Spurs are playing football, means they have overtaken United, as city’s main challengers. ;) I feel an MG interview with Arthur Daley, will be along shortly. :D

  118. WillieRedNut says:

    Cedars –

  119. Mark says:

@macha @dannysoya I’d hope Wellbeck is fit for January, he played 15 minutes last night against Villa, so I can’t see why he wouldn’t be.

  120. sachu says:

    we will whack city 4-1

  121. Fred says:

    xol –

  122. MG says:

    Jeff
    Ello Arthur.

    Arthur
    Ello

    Jeff
    This is Jeff

    Arthur
    okay Jeff

    Jeff
Are you the number two team in the country?

    Arthur
    No

    Jeff
Number three then since Arry is challenging city for number 2

    Arthur
    No

    Jeff
What then what number are you Arthur?

    Arthur
Well Jeff I mean we’re number one champions and all.

    Jeff
Well said lovely fellow you are

    Arthur
Thanks Jeff. Can I ask you a question?

    Jeff
    Of course

    Arthur
    Have you seen Terry?

    Jeff
    John Terry?

    Arthur
    No the real Terry

    Jeff
    Sorry Arthur

    Arthur
Oh Gawd Terry, where are you when I need you Terry?

  123. King Eric says:

Great draw. As samuel said fixed to fuck. What’s the chances of Bernstein imposing a ban on Rooney for fuck all prior to the match. Or vida? Time to knock these cunts down a peg.

Stevo. Ha yeah nice one. Poor buys last few years. Yeah like Ronnie, Vida, Evra, carrick, nani, jones, smalling, hernandez etc. Shocking buys. Yeah awful period too. Only four leagues out of five and three european cup finals in four years. Its just not good enough. Fergie and Renee out!! Fuck me.

  124. WillieRedNut says:

    MG –

  125. keano99 says:

Y are u guy so happy have u seen us play lately? Have u seen them play? Did u c the last derby? I love ur confidence lads wish I had it

  126. Fred says:

keano99 – “fuck off and die ya blue cunt”

  127. King Eric says:

Like Mancini? No not for me. I can’t stand the suave arrogant Richard Madely cunt. “Plaaay-ers“. His fucking voice irritates me. His fucking constant playing with his hair annoys me. His face annoys me. As for showing class after the hammering, well anyone can do that when your side has just won six one. No imo he is an arrogant bastard.

  128. Rotegzy says:

The key to victory is to stay injury-free. Revenge should not be the motivation here or else we’ll be putting ourselves under extreme pressure. We need to relax and try and play with class and maturity.

  129. Balaji Sivaraman says:

@Rotegzy, Why do people think the voice of the fans is the voice of the club?

We – the fans – want fucking revenge!

I know Sir Alex, the management team and the senior players like Giggs, Vidic, and Rio will not be thinking along the same lines. They will want to do everything to get a victory and they won’t be fueled by emotions. If anything, it will be the City players and fans who will let the occasion go to their heads and be amped. Anyone remember the 4-2 against Arsenal from 2004? That is what United are all about.

I can safely say anything I want because I know the management team is going to approach this in the best way possible and I am relieved because of that.

  130. Ricardo says:

Think u turkeys should check the odds utd 3/1 to win this game and 10/1 to win the FA cup

Time to wash your mouths out and wake up for your cornflakes ladies, this is just the beginning

  131. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

Dan the Man wil rescue us from Chichi’s horror injury :D

2nd season’s been a toughie for Chica, Injuries, lack of form, inexperience, dribbling + crossing all have got the better of him….Burn Out? Hope not, Fantastic boy, will be like a new signing when he returns in about 2 months hopefully.

Welbeck, the boy from Manchester will Lead his local club to the top for Christmas. Danny Boy !

  132. TonyBee says:

‘I’m gonna kick those fucking front doors in every day and destroy every black bastard behind them!’

Bloody hell, that’s the last time I buy John Terry an advent calendar.

  133. Fred says:

Balaji – we can’t erase the 6-1 defeat from the record books. The best we could do is beat them 6-1 at the Etihad. This is unlikely to happen though, not any time soon and possibly not in any of our lifetimes. Those kind of results come along once in a blue m… erm… not very often.

However, their freak 6-1 win is ancient history now. Like Eckhart Tolle, I live in the now. Any kind of win over them in the FA Cup tie will constitute satisfactory revenge, as far as I’m concerned.

  134. Mikekelly12 says:

Fucking get in!!! We will beat them, no doubt about it and in their own back yard. Our chance has come sooner than we thought and I for one am chuffed to fuck. Need to get my ticket!!!! Kind of glad Palace knocked us out now!!

  135. MG says:

    Willie that was:

    Especially for you……….

  136. WillieRedNut says:

How bad are Everton? Beat 1 0 by stoke. They played in Europe through the week as well.

  137. slim says:

Whats up ROMers. Cynical bastard in the house. Wonderful 3 points at Villa Park yesterday. Nothing fancy. Playing my cynicism card i think the Roo needs a little time on the bench. His forms been gash. Then again with the injuries racking up, no chance. Great goal from jones

  138. Fred says:

Counter-attack goal by Sunderland just then reminiscent of us in our 2006-2009 vintage. Cracking finish by K-Rich, who whips off his shirt to reveal a Kaka-style “I belong to Jesus” vest.

  139. Fred says:

Willie – Everton are dog shit and have been for years. Anyone who wants David Moyes to be the next United manager needs their head examined.

  140. Balaji Sivaraman says:

@Fred, My idea of revenge is to knock them off the F.A. Cup. As simple as that. Any victory will do, even a scrappy 1-0. For me, the 6-1 loss will be scrapped when we win our 201th in May 2012. Before this weekend that was all I wanted and now that the tie has been announced, I want us to knock them out of the F.A. Cup as an added bonus. But their victory will mean for squat when United end up as Champions.

I was merely replying to Rotegzy that as fans, we will always have a thirst for vengeance, but I guess you already knew that knowing how my mind works. :)

  141. Rotegzy says:

    @ Balaji
We both want the same thing. You can’t imagine the torture that defeat was to me. It was and is still horrifying the things the press and opposing fans have said since the defeat. Notably also is the seething hatred these people seem to have against us, buddy, you don’t want to read comments on yahoo eurosport. I only want us to seize this moment and handle it with the caution it deserves. No matter what we say, they are a good team, the depth in their squad is frightening, and they will definitely not want to lose either. The difference on the day will be who wants it more, who can handle the emotion better and has got the maturity to fight galantly in an epic as this.

  142. Costas says:

If Rich belongs to Jesus, I can see why he could never cut it as a Red Devil. ;)

  143. Balaji Sivaraman says:

@Rotegzy, Oh yeah buddy, I definitely agree that we both want the same thing. After all, we are die-hard United fans. :)

I was merely responding to your comment to take this tie seriously by saying that fans can say whatever we want with the knowledge that Sir Alex will treat this tie with the exact amount of seriousness it should be treated.

  144. Fred says:

Balaji, I will never understand how your mind works.

Costas, I guess we can rule out that January move for Kaka then. ;)

  145. MG says:

My idea of revenge is beating Barca is in the CL hands down

And knocking them lot out of the FA Cup from last year not for the 6-1 that can wait third game before the end to win the premiership

    19

  146. Balaji Sivaraman says:

@Fred, LOL! Sometimes I wonder the same thing.

  147. Mikekelly12 says:

If we keep 11 players on the pitch we’ll beat them. Let us not forget we were the better team on that day before Evans walked. If Vidic is fit we will win without conceding too!! Let’s see what Bernstein can do to get Vidic banned ?! Off topic, fuck me, Roma had 3 players sent off today?!

  148. mufcmyreligion says:

    To sum up that draw..
    … Football, BLOODY HELL!!

  149. Fred says:

Barca? We’ll never beat those supercharged steroidhead freaks.

  150. Costas says:

    @Fred

Yep! It’s a Brazilian thing and a bit hypocritical one at that. Rivaldo used to do the same all the time. And then he would play act in the World Cup. I guess cheaters belong to Jesus. ;)

  151. WillieRedNut says:

Always thought Richardson was a shirt lifter. ;)

  152. Mikekelly12 says:

    Willie
Evening pal. My missus had a brief fling with him at school. Bit of a nob she says but no shirt lifter?

  153. Mikekelly12 says:

Although I do realise you meant in the physical sense….

  154. Fred says:

Mike – fucking hell. Italian football still as clean as ever then.

  155. MG says:

    Fred

Courses in The Force and meditation are available from MG

  156. Fred says:

    No, he’s a shirt-lifter in a spiritual sense. ;)

  157. Mikekelly12 says:

    Fred
Dodgy fuckin league that Serie A..

  158. Fred says:

    Sunderland still shit. O’Neil out!

  159. Mikekelly12 says:

And on the 6th day, he doth lifteth the shirt!!

  160. JC says:

For an at best mid table championship team Wolves are actually looking pretty good here after the missed Larsson pen and Brown with 2 terrible plays on defense.

  161. Fred says:

Special mention for Sunderland’s defence: Bardsley, Brown, O’Shea, Richardson.

  162. WillieRedNut says:

Everton fans on talksport crying the blues!

    Mikey – joking pal. :)

  163. James21 says:

When you stood there watching a shit striker like Dzeco scor that was torture. The Posnan retards are full of it atm. COME ON REDS. Not the best draw but come on they’ll be Reds in their droves and I’ll try for a ticket and we’ll sing the shit into the ground. Utd away. :D
    Diouf with the winner. :D

  164. WillieRedNut says:

    Wolves tearing Dunderland apart!

    No typo, either.

  165. James21 says:

*Score that 6th* Bloody beer and keyboard. :/

  166. James21 says:

No Heskey with the winner. Signed in Jan. :D

  167. JC says:

So 3rd round of the FA cup will we still play a youth + reserves team with shitty playing their strongest 11 or are we going to actually field a team with the ability to win?

  168. Fred says:

This lad who has just come on for Sunderland  Looks like that Little Lord Fauntleroy kid, the antiques expert from Wogan.

  169. Fred says:

Who’s their next sub? David Icke in a purple shellsuit?

  170. Mikekelly12 says:

    James
We will destroy them on the pitch and on the terrace! Don’t even joke about Diouf, let’s have a cleverley winner instead.

  171. Fred says:

JC – how are we going to do that? Do we have some signings lined up for January? :( ;)

  172. JC says:

Well played Fred well played indeed…

  173. Fred says:

JC – Thank you my friend. :)

  174. Fred says:

Mike – you said that in October pal. :(

  175. James21 says:

Hope you’re right Mr K. :D Its not really a draw I’d want atm but I’m pretty sure Mankini won’t be too pleased. Attack the fuckers and we’ll win. COME ON REDS!

  176. MG says:

    Fred:

    O Neil out

    Willie

    Dunderland

Lord thank you for blessing me fellow Reds

  177. LUHG says:

    it’s payback time !!!!!!

  178. James21 says:

Les Arse V the Sheepshaggers. Come on Van Persie stick 6 in.

  179. Fred says:

Never mind the sheep-botherers. Arsenal are going to do us a big favour at the Etihad Arena next week. 8)

  180. Fred says:

Oh, the week after next!

  181. WillieRedNut says:

David Icke? heard he’s throwing dick to dyke, now.

  182. Fred says:

It’s the MIGHTY Blues led by Captain Lionheart who are doing us the big favour next weekend. 8)

  183. MG says:

    Breaking News:

Sunderland are assessing Martin O Neils position at the club after a disastrous start to his reign

Rafa Benitez waiting in the wings, Steve Bruce being reconsidered

SAF: It’s a shocking decision no doubt about that.

  184. CedarsDevil says:

Cedars give us a wave, Cedars Cedars give us a wave….

Kooky is in the house baby

  185. Fred says:

…and let me tell you lads, that after the next two rounds of games we will be top of the league, a point clear of City. 8)

  186. WillieRedNut says:

Wolves will pack it in next week! Park De Bong, will smoke them out!

  187. CedarsDevil says:

    James21

The mere sight of RVP makes me drool as I am sure you know, the sight of him scoring against them sheep shaggers will give me a hands free orgasm! hahahahahaha

  188. parryheid says:

There’s a better than average chance City are at best getting two points from their next two games as I think Mancini will revert to the Italian don’t get beat style ie Ultra defensive.

  189. WillieRedNut says:

See that kooky fella waving like Stevie Wonder? Him in the RVP shirt? ;)

  190. Mikekelly12 says:

    Fred
The October prediction was based on 11 v 11 pal.

  191. Booch says:

‘Give us a wave’ The banner may make it to Wastelands you never know. UTD UTD UTD.

  193. CedarsDevil says:

Read something by a poster earlier saying that this was just a match we need to be composed and relaxed in and its not about revenge! Oh do piss off, we want our bragging rights back

  194. MG says:

Why is Cedars giving himself a wave?

Here Cedars have a wave

MG waving – wave wave wave

  195. WillieRedNut says:

City have a hectic Christmas and January fixture pile up, to look forward to? Got two games against the dippers, then us in the FA cup. That will test, even their squad of mulldoons!

  196. CedarsDevil says:

    Willie

Just booching along here, do you agree or disagree?

who the fuck is Cedars! hahahaha

  197. CedarsDevil says:

    MG

My good friend, did you not hear? Our pal James actually made a banner that said that and it was at Villa Park…… Cedars is the new mystery celebrity at away grounds from now on :-)

Get stuck in James! will forever be grateful for that gesture my friend

  198. James21 says:

And read by Anders Lindegard and Rene Meulensteen.

  199. Mikekelly12 says:

Cedars Cedars, who the fuck is Cedars!!!

  200. Booch says:

    Who the fuck is Cedars!!!!

  201. WillieRedNut says:

    Cedars – Agree!

  202. MG says:

    Get in Cedars

  203. James21 says:

Cedars? Who the Fuck is Cedars?
The mere sight of Philip Anthony Jones is having the same effect on me ATM. :D

  204. CedarsDevil says:

I am sure that Socrates is now in good company along side the likes of the Babes, Best and co….Bet they are having a 5 aside as we speak RIP You legend

  205. united.george says:

  207. WillieRedNut says:

    I’m fine Boochy baby. :)

  208. CedarsDevil says:

Turns out the Booch is a babe eh? Agree or disagree? :-)

  209. King Eric says:

Fred. Ha. Little Lord Fauntelroy off Wogan! Ha. Isn’t that blonde curly haired little freak a she man now? He was one weird cunt. Yeah said the same about Sunderlands goal. Great counter attack. If that was Barca they would be wanking over it. Top move. What a ludicrous dive by Larson. That will teach him.

Talking of Barca I am actually really looking forward to el classico next sat. Hate Franco`s fascists but hope they turn those performance enhancing drug cheat freaks over and am pretty confident they will. As well as the football I am sure there will be the customary bitch slaps and handbags. Hope someone slots Busquets. Little fag. One thing is for sure it won’t be five nil next saturday. Huge game.

As I think Xol said bit gutted about drawer as I wanted to face a big club.

Any way good to see the Rentboys get their customary easy HOME fixture. Have they even played a top side in the FA cup or an away tie the last three seasons?

Fred. Forgot to ask how true did those Kaka loan stories sound? Like bullshit? Would take him in a heartbeat. He absolutely owned us three or four seasons back. Mind you the keystone cops defending by us was shambolic. Heinze and Wes colliding like idiots. Top player still. Just not getting gametime at Madrid.

  210. CedarsDevil says:

    King Eric

For fucks sake, stop posting and go give the Mrs a much needed foot massage! hahaha

    Friggin love you pal

  211. T. says:

I´m already preparing my battle station for this game. Guess I need to build a steel net in front of the tv to minimize the damage a flying remote will do to the screen. Cover the sofa in something that tastes reaaly bad so I don´t bite it and choke on the padding. I have to buy beer in plastic cans and glue every throwable device to the table. I guess I even have to put a helmet and hockey gear on my son, a united fan 3 weeks old. Can we just cancel december and get this done already?

Fuck I hate that asshole of Manchester and all that Wastelands stands for. I guess I even hate it more than I hate Anfield!

  212. Sandeep1878 says:

Good evening Red Devils around the world,

    Bring on the blue cunts,

already so much looking forward to this bloody game…

This time, there will be no regrets…

  213. Fred says:

Booooooooch! You guys better watch yourself, she’s got a mean left-hook. ;)

Parryheid – I concur with your analysis. Let me add this though: his pragmatism will cost him, and Chelsea and Arsenal will pounce.

This is a massive week for the massive club. On Wednesday night they are in for another beating.

Oh yes, they love to chant “Munich! Munich!” but after Wednesday night they won’t want to hear the word again! Make no mistake about it, Bayern hate City with a passion, and will delight in kicking their oil-rich arses out of the Champions League, a competition the Moss Side club have no business being involved in.

City know they have to win, so they will go for the jugular. Bayern will gleefully pick them off on the counter attack, just as Napoli did. My prediction? 3-1 Bayern – maybe even 4-1! :D Ahhhh, how sweet it will be. You see, City can beat Bayern 10-0 and it won’t matter, because Napoli – who are in a rich vein of form, notching another 4 goals yesterday – will sink the “yellow submarine” of Villarreal with ease.

Meanwhile, we’ll do a professional job in Basel and casually waltz into the last 16. Then we can all have a good laugh at City. Revenge for October, if you like. :)

  214. WillieRedNut says:

I wondered were, you where going there, Cedars? ;)

  215. Fred says:

King Eric – agreed about the Larsson dive. Pathetic, but I believe Rooney tried something very similar yesterday.

The Kaka loan story was posted by Wayne yesterday. It was on some unheard-of website and there were no quotes and no evidence whatsoever, so I wouldn’t put too much stock in it. Like you, I’d love to see him at the club though.

  216. CedarsDevil says:

So the snails of the Royal Mail have given themselves a few years off, it makes sense by their slow definition…. You see by their terms a few years equals about 15 minutes in human terms… This is dedicated to one certain poster! hahahaha

  217. NBI Red Onion says:

The key to victory is Rio and Vida at the heart of defence fit and ready. The defence is key.

Lets also remember we were down to 10 mn and missing the captain when we conceded most of those goals. Also we were too gung ho with 10. Vidic wont let that happen, he will handle the City attck. But our defence is key and we need a fit Rio-Vida-Evra and my choice at RB would be Smalling maybe replaced late on by Rafael.

Mancini is actually a very smart manager and I cannot see this being easy. However, fit defence, everyone else on form we could clinch it, they have game changers in Da Silva so we need Rooney and Nani to shine. I think a draw is most likely result. Cant see them not scoring or us. Defence will be disciplined this time.

  218. Mikekelly12 says:

Ha ha!! I wonder whether it has actually reached Lebanon or is still yet to leave the shores of blighty. Should gave used DHL!!!

  219. Fred says:

NBI – yeah, as long as we don’t play that defence of Fletcher-Smalling-Rio-Evra we should be okay!

  220. Fred says:

By the way, I believe it was Heinze and Evra who collided for that Kaka goal!

  221. CedarsDevil says:

Not to worry, I am sure it will get here eventually….. I am sure the RM are a lot more reliable than the FA! hahahah

Willie – You have been booched as it were….. An RoM love affair hotting up I can sense

  222. Mikekelly12 says:

    The Mighty Booch!

  223. WillieRedNut says:

My spider sense is tingling! No wait? It’s gas.

  224. WillieRedNut says:

Mikey – Don’t listen to the kooky one mate. He sent me a hefty cheque last year…….still waiting.

  225. catotraa says:

We lose this one, and I swear to god i will bury my head in the sand and never come out.

On a more positive note. Glad we drew City! It’s all or nothing as far as I’m concerned, we have to show the world who’s city this really is.

  226. CedarsDevil says:

    Willie has indeed been booched

  227. Costas says:

The difference between the clubs isn’t obviously 6-1, but NBI makes a good point about Mancini being a smart manager. He’s grown accustomed to derby games (which we dominated in his first couple of seasons) and now it’s Fergie that has to change his approach. I won’t be surprised if United adopt a compact approach in the derby games to come.

  228. WillieRedNut says:

    Fedex? Aye, right!

  229. James21 says:

(Tune. Smokey. Living next door to Alice)

You’d better beware cos the Devil will be delighted.
On ROM Theres a Goat Lover called Cedars.

  230. Fred says:

Costas – are you saying Sir Fergie can learn a thing or two from Bob Mankini?

  231. Fred says:

    LOL James21. Bravo!

  232. WillieRedNut says:

Bobby Manc may be smart, but has ever juggled 4 competitions at once? He might have funny looking hair, but ain’t a clown!

Cedars. You are welcome. All the entertainment I get from reading your posts far outweighs a tribute song and banner , that really is nothing. Thought it might be fun to write my 1st song. can I get copy right :D

  237. MG says:

    Bobby Manc

He’s too sexy for his light blue Santa hat

  238. Costas says:

    @Fred

Only thing Fergie could learn from Mancini is how to get rid of his nose hair. :P

Nah, he just has to take a page from his own book really.Mancini has been figuring out our tactics in derby games, so he’s content on sitting back and hitting us when we don’t expect it. Benithez did the same after we beat him 5-6 times and just like then, Fergie has to adapt.

  239. Sandeep1878 says:

    James 21..

    Incredible..

now the Lebanese King owes us yet another party after he bunked thw first on in regards Sir Giles

  249. James21 says:

Could you imagine the pre match team talks?

  257. King Eric says:

Fred. Yeah it was heinze and pat. Although I am sure there was another defender thrown in too. Three of them fucking up? Maybe not. That season and that two legged tie Kaka was top class.

  258. CedarsDevil says:

    MG

With you I can only dream my great friend

  259. MG says:

    Cedars

One day – got to believe – the whole club is built on it ;)

    19

  260. Giggs12Gerrard0 says:

Are we even honestly talking about to beat city fuck me all we need to do is turn up. Last game we were shit and got spanked in a one off. Does no one remember the charity shield

  261. Giggs12Gerrard0 says:

Were becoming far to obsessed with city. Fuck them and their mercenaries yes a great set of players they are but invincible they are not.

  262. James21 says:

Giggs Hear fuckin Hear. I don’t give a shit about em. UTD UTD UTD

  263. redbilly says:

United have a an advantage as many expect them to lose, on another note , the reason eastlands is often left with empty seats is their are insuficcent fans in manchester to fill it. As the club as of yet lacks a substantialnational international fanbase (unlike united the scouse chelski and l’arse). Its harldy a surprise. The club does not -as of yet-t have that kind of pulling power.

  264. T. says:

To all ABU-fans out there. Finally we got a decent side ina cup. To bad it is the least decent side of them all.

I for one hate it more when we underachieve against sides like Scunthorpe, Palace and such. This one, no red can play at 50 %. Let Cleverly make Yaya look like the giant freak that he is.

  265. United4ever says:

    @fred
Loooooooool. Seriously though, are we linked to any good players in jan?

  266. planetx6 says:

YESSSSS! can’t wait to give ‘em a reality check. man $hitty ha

  267. Fred says:

Kaka good enough for you? Some chump called Rasmus Elm and that’s about it.

  268. Notey90 says:

It is payback time. Knocking them out of the F.A.cup and watching phil jones, ashley young, A.L, DdG and all of ‘em lads raising number 20 above their head is what will banish the pain of dat 6 – 1………..We are UTD……..we can achieve this…….I Believe!

Some top comments coming from you ROMers………keep the Red flag flying high.

  269. Utd4life says:

As much as we want revenge, a win will do nicely. Knocking them out of the FA cup is good enough for me. But it won’t be easy and like some here have pointed out, Mancini has got used to the derby games and he will know how to approach this game. Hopefully, by this game comes up, we will back to our swashbuckling best, with everyone fit and rearing to go.

  270. mara says:

I would wait for Citeh game more happy if we would be in better form. We scoreing like italian clubs…

  271. aimanunited says:

Mixed feelings with the draw, with current our form, to win is very difficult unless city turn out with shitty display. I’m not saying that they’re are invincible but if they’re on top form and we still played like last few games or just like previous city match then you know what result is going to be.

i know it will be a good game, fergie’s facial expressions never lie and the one he made during the villa game only suggests that he struck the golden chord and found the solution to all of our current woes. i feel bad for all the shitty ‘fans’ who jumped ship recently, cuz they will be jumping back soontimes.

First thing to do for SAF is to prepare the whole squad mentally and physically, and of course have a plan B in case the bitters score first again, and not play like we did the last time and get thrashed. With the FA Cup eluding us for some time now, I believe this is the right moment to dent shitty’s ambitions and march on to claim this one

Time to ruin their tacky WWE opening at the etihad stadium. Flares and smoke bombs out in force please. Praying for a ticket for this one.

    Manchester is RED!

…there really is a God and he watches everything!

Knocking them out the FA Cup and reclaiming our Crown is more than enough revenge for losing 3 points. The players are fortunate to have this chance of redemption. Don’t fuck it up lads!

  279. Phill Hayes says:

STAMPede – lot of sense spoken there mate. City have had a remarkable season and look the goods so far. However, it is a marathon and not a sprint, and anything can happen along the way. Back us to beat anyone on our day, but this one will be too close to call. Think it will be a very tight and edgy game, with nowhere near as many goals as the league game. Good to see the two manchester sides being the ones to beat in all comps this year. City have really come up on the blindside, but I doubt the boys will give in to some young upstarts so easily!!

  280. @WeSpeakFootball says:

Knocking them out in the 3rd round is gonna be d best revenge we cud get. Not just knocking them out, doing it convincingly. But United has to be ready psycologically cos city are gonna be booming in confidence. We just can’t allow them get one over us again. I believe SAF would be ready for this challenge and we’ll go through
