Man Utd News 24/7

Some giant killings on the offing again…..we seem to the get hardest draws of the big teams
Another easy draw for the rent boys
Do Chelsea EVER get a hard draw in the FA Cup?
that daniel sturridge is an ugly fucking twat. fucking hate that fucking bug eyed cunt. what kind of a wanker does a fucking gay dance like that? you can tell he is a cock taking wanker. that fucking dance was the biggest fag thing ive seen, he did it against us this season aswell fucking gimp faced cock smoker. ya great you scored against fucking mansfield annoying fucker
@Gaz hehe I failed to read the name to your post but at the middle of the post I thought to myself this post has the hallmarks of Gaz. You are just funny.
Hmm, so potentially 2 meetings against Berba’s Fulham in 6 days. Nice
@kk there a fucking pub team pal and even at that the fucking twat has missed 2 easy chances i hope vida leaves one on him next week or the uruguaying cunt ill take either. look at him hes a fucking dildo head!
@Gaz hehe,I am looking forward to us playing them. We had most of the tough fixtures away from home so we have an advantage. Our team has character and it will help us remain positive when time is running out. All this change of formations will help us too in coming up with plan B,C etc when we hit a wall.
gaz is being generous in his description of a cesspool player. for that, gaz ought to be banned. we here at RoM expect more. gaz should either crank it up a notch or begone from here!
Gaz spot on
You have me breaking my ribs with the choice of words
@Saad,a notch higher? That will be so hilarious.
Yeah we have West Ham to play first.
@Gaz. Hope Vida does Suarez first, he is a world class Cunt where as Sturridge is still developing as a Cunt. Would expect Sturridge to reach the heights of being a world class Cunt and the move to Liverpool should guarantee it, he has the chance to learn at the feet of some of the biggest Cunts in the game such as Gerrard, Sewrez and Shelvey.
Anyone know when the replay will be played?
Sturridge is a cnut of the highest order……..
Macclesfild son!!!!
Hopefully we can focus a little for the FA Cup
I would like to see us go the distance this year with the treble
Both chelski and the scum always fucking breeze thro the f.a cup draws but all we get are fucking prem teams. Ahwel! Bring them on.
@Gaz, funny though your rants may be, and yes Sturridge is a cunt, but please keep it classy and lose the homophobia. We are not Liverpool.
Suarez is not fit to be even be described as a human being!!
When will be the replay game against West Ham?
I’m a local Mansfield fan, and Suarez is the biggest cunt in world football, biting, spitting, diving, cheating to beat a non-league side and racism, how has this player not been banned permanently. Disgrace to the game.
So, L’shite have to cheat yet again to defeat a non-league team and the racist has to cheat yet again to score a goal which obviously should have been disallowed.
What a surprise NOT.
And that fat ugly tosser Jan Molby thinks Suarez oozes class when he is actually the most disreputable and loathsome scum bag dragging the game even lower than the tainted club he ‘plays/cheats’ for.
Cheating is in the L’shite DNA as everyone else who follows football knows.
Oh, and how upsetting to discover those nasty Mansfield fans don’t like the lovable, fair-minded jovial jesters – as L’shite arselickers like Alan Green and other L’shite media luvvies like to maintain.
FACT is as I work all round the country if you mention L’shite you always get the same reaction – utter loathing and contempt.
Let’s hope we annihilate them next weekend.
IF we beat West Ham. That’s the key to this entire discussion. Last second late equalizers don’t create the most inspiring backdrop, but then, it will be at home and the true fans have been priced right out of it….. right. Well good luck to the lads …. really.
Sorry just a bit miffed at 6th new shirt in 6 years.
Wonder if it was part of the negotiations for renewal with Nike?
Pathetic from the club.
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/new-manchester-united-shirt-by-legend-1520947
Can I also endorse Jippers comment about Gaz. I dont want to read such obscene homophobic comments on this site. I’m all for humour and having a go at the Scousers but this is just plain offensive.
What Jippers said. Being a homophobe is totally gay; please don’t be one.
@Peter: 16th Jan, do you bother to check first before asking?
Agree totally FletchTHEMAN.
Unfortunately the club knows how to play on the loyalty of the fans. The same goes for the bordering on ‘criminal’ automatic cup scheme which, if you have the audacity not to be able to attend every home cup game or want to for that matter (who wants to watch Utd reserves against a lower league side and pay £40 + travel costs for the privilege?), precludes you from applying for away games or puts you at the bottom of the list when it comes to dishing out cup final tickets.
Listen I know what I’m saying up for at the start of the season. It still doesn’t make it easy to accept, especially when following Utd is one of the few pleasure in life these days!
I wasn’t so bothered when I first got my season ticket but as the years have gone on the issue has pissed me off more and more. Cup draws for me are more about hoping we get an away tie. If I’m lucky I’m paying less than a 1K a season all in.
Speaking of which, any one know whether the club will be relieving me of £70+ for two F.A Cup replay tickets or whether replays are exempt? I can’t remember thre last time we went to replay at home.
I don’t usually like a rant on here but the Liverpool apologists on the radio and the fact I’m working tonight have put me in a bad mood! Cheers!
@ fletch i didnt get the kit this season for those exact reasons. Its an utter disgrace. Maybe just paranoid but id say the glazerz have wanted this. Just another way 2 milk the supporters out of more cash! Its totally out of order..
I know one thing, that RM s form is funny. We should play them as soon as possible
Lads- the. Kit from the mirror has to be incorrect. The reason for the change is due to the sponsor changing- AON will now be Chevrolet
Nydude they have changed the last 3 kits for the last 3 seasons..
i hpe he doesn’t let the fulham fans have a feel of even the slightest o berbagasms.
And Chevrolet aren’t sponsoring us until the 2014 season, so the new kit change is a blatant money making exercise, although to be fair I stopped wearing football kits except when i’m playing myself when I was about 16 so I wouldn’t be buying one anyway (the DHL training top is much better in my opinion).
Brooka yeah the training tops r the business. Or i get mine form tshirtsunited. Loads of good 1s on that.
RE: New KIt
All the clubs are changing shirts every season so its not a United only thing. The fault is not with the clubs but the Sportswear firms as its them who decide the frequency of the changes. With the fees of these deals going up they are looking to recoup as much as they can hence the increased frequency across the board.
It should also be noted that the club doesn’t really benefit that much. They only really make money from the ones sold through the club shop where they get the retailers cut. Most of the money goes to Nike with the club just getting a small licencing fee.
I stopped buying united shirts a long time ago
No Chelsea get an easy tie every fucking year.
How very cringeworthy seeing that greedy cunt Sturridge doing that gay dance against a pub side today.
Gaza. Ha Ha. Just read your post on Sturridge gay dance. What a cunt.
Oh chill out regarding Gaz. Love his posts.
RedRich. Alright pal. Take it you had 5 live on? I popped out in car and heard Molby the fat cunt sweep the hand ball under the carpet. Blatant dippers bias today. 5 live with Molby. Talksport with fan Alvin Martin and ESPN with Keegan and that fat arrogant cunt Barnes.
With Wakey actually. Most teams change their kits every season. Don’t buy it. Not for me anyway replica shirts.
fuck me i just cant get over that goal by RVP. amooshin it was…….u no u can knock this team for some of there performances this season but one thing u cant say is they arnt winners….they just dont give up do they…also seeing fergies reaction to the goal tells u he wants the fa cup although i think he showed that anyway putting out a strong team…whats important is we have 2 home fa cup ties obviously if we beat west ham that is….lookin forward to playin the dirty fucks at the weekend…an rvp hatrick and a clean sheet would be a very merry day indeed
This has nothign to do with us, but look what Mansfields manager has said after the game
Paul Cox (Mansfield manager): “Just because it’s Suárez, a bigger deal is being made. 99 out of 100 player would do the same.” Cox: “I’ll give Suarez the benefit of a doubt – He’s a goalscorer and that’s just instinct. Wouldn’t call him a cheat.” Paul Cox “Its FA cup football. If it went in at our end we’d take it.”
WOW
buy a shirt ,don’t buy a shirt the choice is yours !
WE PLAY THE FA CUP REPLY – BETWEEN LIVERPOOL AND SPURS – that doesn’t scare us, we got used to playing sunday-wednesday-saturday… bring on the dippers
come on UNITED
Manchester United are Nike’s flagship kit sponsor. International players out side of Europe like Hernandez, Valencia, and Kagawa sell millions upon millions of United shirts in South America and East Asia. The rumour is United want a £1 Billion shirt sponsorship deal with Nike. This should clear the debt at United in no time if this is what The Glazers decide to do with the sponsorship money they will raise. Then hopefully profits will be put back in to club. Although this is not guaranteed.
As much as it sucks from a fan’s perspective, I understand why a new kit is released every year. It’s what most European clubs do anyway. The problem is that Nike seem to have run out of any creative ideas. It’s one mediocre design after the next. Can’t remember the last time our home kit actually looked better than our away kit.
Ha Costas I know mate. The home shirts are shit. The only one I liked in recent times is 06/07. They do a better job for Arsenal. Can’t beat the Adidas and Umbro kits. @
Regarding kits Adidas should come and take over apart from Real Madrid they don’t really have a big team they sponsor in terms of shirt sales yes they sponsor Spain and Germany but they do not have a club team that can garner the revenue that Manchester United can. The Nike kits have been atrocious, I’m sure Adidas will be monitoring developments.
@King Eric
Hi mate. The 09-10 V kit was also quite good. I wish we kept that one around for a second season. If we go further back, I also liked the one from 96-98 (I believe that was Umbro’s). It was too baggy for today’s standards though.
Personally I like the Nike kits, Adidas kit’s fall apart and feel poor. The 11/12 kit was nice and so were the 06/07 ones.
can’ believe we are letting this kid go
He seems so complete, and I also liked him when he played against Newcastle, saw some pace and skills and good close-control.
here he is in the championships, tearing Blackpool 2011, so he was even younger back then.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=li-nN6-f0uY
I hope we have a buyback clause, cause he would strenghten us up, and would be a skillfull winger with pace and power. Like Valencia just with more skills.
I wonder. Maybe SAF sees something we don’t?
So appaza Modric is unsettled at Los Blancos, and I reckon with the relationship we have with Morinhou we could get him for 15 mil… 27 years old, top quality, out of favour in a star studded midfield a la van der vaart and arjen robben. Could be worth a punt especially cause Scholes is probably leaving this year and carrick ain’t gonna get any younger?
I know he’s flirted with Chelski in the past, but in all honesty is he any worse than sneijder? I’d bite Real’s hands off if we could get him for 12 mil. Thoughts?
Utd have to get past W.Ham to face either team, and its been a long time since Utd lifted the FA Cup, so I hope the lads go up for this one as well as the EPL title to restore some prestige, as last season we did no win anything
another thread please scott.
@WeAreUnited:
dont worry we just loan him to Hull.
WeAreUnited and TheCantona,
Think WeAreUnited has it right mate.
I originally heard that the loan was extended. Now it is looking like United have accepted a £2m bid from Hull City for Robbie Brady. Best of luck to Robbie! As said above, hope we have right of first refusal.
http://www.thisishullandeastriding.co.uk/story-17781543-detail/story.html
Also heard we were bring back Amos, cutting his loan short. Bit surprised as the lad has been given 17odd games by Steve Bruce, which you couldn’t buy for the money. I’ve asked it before but no reply. What is the evidence that Lindegaard is fully fit? Thought it VERY odd that he was on the bench v West Ham. Agree DeGea should be #1, but also feel a strong #2 should have all the cup ties. Any thoughts?
I’d really like us to win the FA cup this year. Been a long time between drinks in that particular competition. Of course, I’d rather win the PL and the CL, but the CL is a total fucking lottery (even more so than any other knockout comp). A domestic double would do me nicely.
Stateside. I’m with you mate. Not won it since 03-04.
Players in the current squad who have won it: Giggs(4), Scholes(3), Rooney(1) Fletcher(1). Right, and Robin van Persie!
Shocking to think we havn’t even made the final since 2007.
Rio, Vidic, Nani, Carrick among senior players who have never won it.
Pity Lampard isn’t a Defensive midfielder could have been a Larsonn moment for United.
Flrtchtheman
Thing is, there’s rumours all over the media thhat United are in for a proven goalkeeper after recennt cock ups by both De Gea and Lindegaard. I think that explains why Amos is being brought back. as much as everyone is sayind DDG is our No 1, don’t be surprised he’s sold. But God forbid! we are being associated with Reina. How I detest that guy!
The loss against Portsmouth in 08 was so fucking bad. That should have been a second treble but we somehow forgot how to score in that game.
Recent cock ups by De Gea? Do you believe everything you read?
Impressive read suggests Robin van Persie is a dead certainty for POTY
RvP earned Manchester United 26pts in the EPL by contributing goals from losing or drawing positions. Next player only contributed 14. Wow!
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2258352/Robin-van-Persie-valuable-player-Premier-League–team.html
@Fletch:
never heard before but mate of mine told me we’ll sell him this january. Best of luck to Robbie, shame we didnt get a chance to see another homegrown winger gaining spot on our flanks.
Rooney never won fa cup mate, the last time we won it, Rooney was still a blues…
Cock up by DdG my ass! More like our defenders couldnt do their job properly.
DdG is a long term project, SAF knew this from the day we bought him.
Update on 11:35. It’s a typo.
Rooney has never won the FA Cup. Meant to add (as a joke) that Ronney (Ronaldo) had won it once, but fingers got all muddled.
So only 4 current players have won it.
Replay set for Wednesday 16 January 2013
Third Round Replay: (KO 20:00 GMT) Manchester United vs West Ham United
http://www.thefa.com/TheFACup/Fixtures
TheCantona – exactly. I’ve been reading pathetic rumours about keepers getting linked with united and i can’t but laugh. De gea is a fantastic prospect and is gradually coming to grips with english football. He is improving and if we have the patience, he could one of the world’s very best. United’s defensive frailties have not been entirely down to him, we need to improve defensively as a team but this witch-hunt of de gea highlights the incompetent nature of english journalism, they build players and then crush them or in de gea’s case, spot the fact he’s still adapting to the league (which would take patience) and claim he’s not good enough by constantly highlighting errors. De gea at this stage is no where near complete, he’s an investment united are nurturing, he was always going to take time, i wish those pop corn eating incompetent bufoons in the media realised the bigger picture but hey, let them bang on by all fucking means, united will support de gea.

The only decent thing in this comment is your words on reina. Try to analyse games with your own eyes, try avoid seeing games through the bollocks of the SUN or other useless newspapers.
Its been a long time since we won the oldest cup in the world. Our team has change so much. No more Ruud, Keano, Ronaldo & *ehm*,, Djemba2x.
We’ve gone through hard & bitter transition period in 03-06 and now we found ourselves in another transition period.
I believed we couldve won the FA Cup in 07/08, but that cunt Atkinson (suprise, eh?) ruined us that day.
And now As the biggest collector of the FA Cup trophy i would really love it if we win the fa cup this season.
But yes we must defeat WHU first while hoping the FA wont give us another hard draw this time…
What do people think the odds are of having Rooney, Anderson, Nani and Jones back for the West Ham replay?
I suppose with his recent family tragedy and the compassionate leave he’s rightly been given, Rooney is unlikely, but hoping to see the other three get some game time.
Powell would be great to see some of too
@ Samuel Unitedwe stand, TheCantona
De Gea is great for his years, maybe the best in the Europe. I agree that journalist writig bullshit. He need to settle in our league, but he is great for now. I would address manny goals on our defence address…he is more than good..and will be better
What is this rubbish about us replacing De Gea. This boy is just 22 years old FFS. He’s got at least 15 years in him. He will improve all his lacking areas with time. It’s not his fault we are conceding so many goals it is the fault of our sleepy defence that has played poorly for the most part this year. He has done as best as he could to try and stop as many as he could reach. Casillas wasn’t automatically the best GK in world when he first broke into the madrid team at 18. it took TIME. Fuck Reina and Begovic. DE GEA is our keeper and this is how it will remain hopefully.
I personally don’t think there is any chance that DeGea is going anywhere. Personally think that project David is progressing apace. Difference is we have to watch De Gea bulk up to EPL standard 14 stone which keepers normally do in quiet backwaters off on loan and come out at 25 to 28 yo.
Think we will all be happy have him in 3-4 years and most of us (myself included) are right pleased with the lad right now. Most of the problems in defense are with the back 6 anyway. De Gea could get more vocal as well.
So what to make of Amos coming back
1. Amos could be coming back because of concerns about Lindegaard (lets have a look at the bench v pool)
2. Amos could be coming back ahead of another loan, or he might have a picked up a knock.
And what to make of rumors of us searching for a new keeper.
3. Might be concerns about Lindegaard but I even doubt that (passing strange he didn’t play v West Ham in my view)
4. Cock and Bull (most likely). We are looking increasingly likely to sign no senior players in this window and thus do exactly what Fergie said he would do. Wouldn’t bat an eye if we brought in some cover if a good deal was afoot, but doubt all the named rumors. No chance on Wee Wes or Modric in my view.
Happy with the squad.
As to the future, I hope we sort out Vidic, Nani, Kagawa, Smalling, Lindegaard and Valencia. All seem well off their games for obvious reasons.
That said, I still feel we are odds on to put a hurt on Liverpool this weekend
De Gea is great for his years, maybe the best in the Europe.
We just have to remember this and stop reading what the pundits say about our keeper.
the lad has kept us alive in many games and doesn’t rush when he’s 1on1, one of the bests in the world I can say without being red or bias, I though this when he played for Atletico, and WILL say it NOW, when he plays for us.
we’ll be happy to keep the lad for 10years here, if Barcelona don’t come and conquer him.
peace.
Sir Alex loves to give the fans heart attacks! WHOKNEW?! HA
SAF “At the end of the day, the finish to these games sends everybody home absolutely over the moon. They’ll be ..telling each other, ‘What a game, absolutely fantastic”
http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2013/Jan/sir-alex-revels-in-uniteds-ability-to-never-surrender-until-the-final-whistle.aspx
This is brilliant! Ha!
United fan not having it when wife tells him to sit after RvP goal!
http://www.offthepost.info/blog/2013/01/manchester-united-fan-annoys-his-wife-with-goal-celebration/
Fletch
that’s funny!!
I think we should get this lad Iker Muniain, he’s DDG best friend and could temp him here!!! one of the brightest future stars. He would shine with the likes of Rooney, RVP, Chicha Clevs, Ando, Nani and Kagawa!
http://www.offthepost.info/blog/2012/07/dont-fall-asleep-in-front-of-manchester-united-goalkeeper-david-de-gea/
I cant wait until this match against the scum already!! Even tho they are just a mid table small club nowadays
still nothing more sweeter than to beat the scum! keep them in their place! Haha.
Fletch lmao. Have to feel sorry for the bloke in pub. My gf says the words “its only a game!” Thats irks me! Haha.
1) I care about the FA Cup. It’s been a while since we’ve won it. That said, I want #20 more.
2) DDG must stay. No other keeper has as much potential over the next 10-15 years. He just needs to add protein shakes to his diet and spend about 2 hours in the gym every morning.
3) I’m sick of the argument “Where would you be if you didn’t have RVP?…” Nonsense scenario – the fact is that RVP *is* in a Man United jersey and he *is* delivering on all promises.
4) I think Cristiano Ronaldo should win the Ballon d’Or. He carried Real Madrid to the title, breaking the Barca lock on La Liga. Messi is great, don’t get me wrong, but CR7 actually won something this award year.
samuel – united WE stand – the whole story of DDG being replaced makes no sense, with the ones mentioned. He has been playing every week, his shot saving ratio is the best out thee, and in 2 yeas he will be spain’s number 1. We have got a potential gold mine here, and the boss is going to give up Spain’s future number 1, because of what? leaking goals, which are not his fault.
Can someone tell me please about these “recent cock ups by De Gea” Infact in his United career he has made fuck all cock ups yet the media perpetuate a myth. Charity Shield yes against Dzeko and West Brom away start of last season, thats about it.
Rooney hasn’t won the FA Cup.
Fletch – Ha sorry mate I have since seen you corrected your statement that Rooney won FA Cup!!
Had to laugh at Merson who last week said “United should sign Shay Given as the OT faithful are getting on De Gea’s back” Err no they aren’t Paul you cokehead cry baby cunt. Fucking Given? The man who never comes off his line and can’t even get in the poorest Villa side in years?
Media has never liked De gea. Hart was average at best in his 21 and 22 yet no one blamed him. They all know de gea is something special and thast why its best to unsettle him. I don’t want any clarificatION for this but I hope Sir alex comes and say that De gea is our number 1 for years to come. End this bullshit talk.
Reina! He is a fucking joke of a keeper yet he hardly gets any stick. Lindegaard has better skills than Reina. Joke of reporting. I urge all our fans to support de gea. Keepers develope late and he is just 21-22. Patience is the key.
Off topic- Bit disappointed that we have sold Brady (Reports say that). I thought lad has talent and could have been number 2 to Ash young. We should have given him some chance atleast. Even in pre seasons he wasn’t that bad. Could have done reasonably well here. When we can give gibson a chance its no harm giving brady a season. He was a left footed and tahst a position we are not filled with. Honestly a bit disappointed.

Hi mate. Nice to see you here. Paul Merson is a dick. He is the same man who recently said Man city have the best squad in the league. My foot. They have just 2 or 3 quality players thats it. Guys like milner and barry are shit. Big time shit. If any one wants to know why england doesn’t win anything the reason is they don’t recognize true talent. How could anyone not make Scholes their star player is beyond me. Even our rival fans accept that Scholes is the best midfielder. Fucking English football.
And now same way they are not selecting Carrick. Ohh my god. Fucking joke. Barry was the same player who didn’t bother to tackle Ozil in the world cup. Bloody Joke.
I hope they treat Cleverly properly. He is another talented guy.
I wish we had scousers at home, to kick them out once and for all!
Ash – Hello my friend, how are you? Thanks alot. City better squad my arse like you say. I keep hearing that shit but it is just not true. They have a load of very average but very expensive players.
Regards De Gea he is definitely number one. I think most expected Anders to start in FA Cup but I reckon Fergie put De Gea in there to see how he dealt with Sam’s long ball tactics.
