United are always hypocritically accused of creating lots of problems while releasing players for international duty, but no one points a finger at other clubs. Just look at Everton and Andy Johnson – he played this weekend just fine, and now they’re conveniently sending him off for surgery just before England’s qualifiers. No one’s saying anything about this.
