  3. redromulus says:

Berba is pure class! lets see what happens when he actually gets cheered!!!

dunno y u mancs r so touchy about the penalty! it obviously was a penalty, that is not even up for debate. gomes touched the before takin out carrick…. fact! if it wasn’t given, every1 would be sayin ‘great save’ and ‘right decision ref’. i genuinely like man u, i like their attacking style so have no personal problems wit them, i look forward to this fixture, its normally a good game of football. however, i do find this defeat a difficult pill to swallow. anyone who actually plays football at a competitive level knows that Wen a bad decision is given against you, its so difficult to re focus and not feel sorry for yourself. they might be professional footballers but they are human beings, it was a real sucker punch. that’s not to excuse the way we folded after that, or not to say utd weren’t the better team… Coz they were but, that penalty decision changed the face of the game, that too is a fact. again, im not sayin that utd wouldn’t have comeback anyway but that completely changed the mental attitude of both sets of players. if you don’t understand that then im sorry but u ain’t got a clue anyway and are probably some degenerate armchair football know it all. im merely stating facts. as a spurs fan, i am quite disappointed that redknapp didn’t take off corluka for hutton as i feel he was at fault for at least 2 of the goals today, class player but bad day at the office. disappointed in keane not rallyin the troops to get stuck in, blood sweat and tears, to protect our lead. disappointed that huddlestone didn’t come on earlier to keep hold of the ball. sounds pretty logical to me, but hey, that’s y im a train driver and not a football manager! anyway, i don’t mind losin to man u Coz if im honest, i don’t expect much from the game but the manner that it keeps happenin is frustrating. mendes, the tevez in 9 millionth minute injury time and now this! its a shame but i am almost startin to expect controversies and that’s not good.

    Pretty difficult Genre.I am Greek.

So what? dont come on here and mouth off about “your team” when you cant even be bothered to go to games.
It takes 4 hours maximum to fly from Greece to Manchester so why would you use that as an excuse to never watch your “beloved team” play?
It takes me 5 hours to drive to Wythenshawe and then 5 more back. But I’ve not missed any games at your place in more than 18 years.
Answer honestly, have you ever seen Manchester United play live at Old Trafford?

  6. costas says:

Who are you to tell me if i have the right to come in here and mouth off?In case you don’t understand, this is a Manchester United blog,so if someone is out of place that would be you.But to answer to you,no i have never seen United live. And you are comparinf driving to flying to a place and then going back?Genius.

  7. AH says:

Well said Costas, your blood is red and your heart is United through and through so tell this Arsewipe to fuck off back to the Emirates where he belongs. See you Wednesday Arsewipe for a serious arse kicking!

  8. costas says:

It’s the usual idiotic philosophy that a lot of people have.”You are not a real fan because you live in another country and you have never gone to Old Trafford”. Well everything has a story behind it.No one can know why a non-British person supports an English club and why he has never been to their ground. That shouldn’t question their loyalty though.Geez.

  9. AH says:

Totally agree, the guy is a dick. Enjoy the game on Wednesday.

  10. costas says:

    You too.

  11. KING says:

    uniteddddddddd!!!!!!!!
    berbatov,rooney,tevez,ronaldo in one team
it worked and oh how well it worked!!!!!!!!!

  12. 020luke190 says:

Jesus, i watched that match in a liverpool supporters bar with about a dozen united fans in there. As soon as Rooney equalized it was amazing – just all the scousers laughing and taunting united were quickly silenced. Watched liverpool-arsenal in there too and this match was something else compared to that.

  13. Dazjoe says:

United, STOP DOING THIS!! I’m in my 30’s, overweight, and drink FAR too much, any more games like that it’s a heart attack for me! Serious though, that was just class, I missed the game as I was pissed and fell asleep trying to stay awake ( I’m in Melbourne, and been up for 24 hours straight after flying back from NZ in the early hours), so hurridly stuck the BBC on when I awoke, and thank god I did fall asleep. With the scum winning earlier I would have been shitting it at half time.
Seen the highlights over here since though, and God, just how good is Rooney? See there’s talk of a new deal for him, get it sorted Fergie, just give him what he wants. Also big talk of a deal for Kaka, how awesome would that be? Not just signing a player of that quality, but a player who just 4 months ago told Shitty where to stick it as he’d never leave Milan for a club like that?! This just 4 months after Berbatov wouldn’t even speak to them when they bid for him! Take your place at the back of the line blue boys, your a silly little shitty club who’s found a few quid and thinks they can buy a few more friends.
Bring on Arsenal, I’m well confident now if we can keep that energy up, it should be no bother ( even if it does mean another 4.30 wake up!)

  14. Orsya says:

damn! i missed the match too! sh****t

  15. wazza says:

genre just fuck off.obsessed with United & RoM

  16. red4lyf says:

I believe united shoould always play that way. Playing at a high tempo. in the first half we played too slow. I also think the second half team is our best team when rooney ronaldo berba and tevez all play together. So for the Arsenal game our team should be

    vds
    brown, rio, vidic, evra
    anderson, fletcher
    ronaldo, tevez, rooney
    berbatov

now that team is friggin class!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  17. the Count says:

All the Berbatov haters should now STFU – his passing in midfield was the initial spark in 2 of the goals and he claimed one for himself! Brilliant!

  18. 10-Wazza-UTD says:

I was there and glad am I that I was. Worth every penny. Second half was pure insanity. I knew at half time that we would do it. The fantastic 4 really are fantastic. Rooney the best player on earth. Ronny gettin back to his best also. He loves our club. FACT. Tevez turned the game on it’s head with his energy levels. Berba was class, composed, his passes started the moves for 2 goals and got 1 himself. Play all 4 at all times because it is deadly. The aim of the game is to out score and with them that is always gonna happen.

Some mugs behind me booed at half time but apart from that the second half the atmosphere was rockin. The 3 quick goals made it even louder. Best 20 minutes in football for years. In my opinion anyway.

  19. cantona7 says:

to have a liverpool fan coming here and making a fuss over the penalty decision when their own team had Skrtel acting with so blatant obvious is a laugh for me.

  20. TUNNELBOY says:

Hey HWEBB, you seem to have deliberately forgotten that your mob should have been down to 10 men before you even scored. Palacios should have been off for that disgusting challenge. The real HWebbb seems to have done you a real favour there, didn’t he???

  21. ChaosRed says:

people were talking about berba admiring hi good passes and not getting into the box, his goal just shows, he was immense, one of the best penetrating passers iv’e seen with the ball.

  22. ROYTHERED says:

    berbatov,rooney,tevez,ronaldo

got to be same line up for Wednesdays game. Absolutley pure class.

  23. Doesn't matter says:

Guys it matters immensely where you come from and why you support a team. That is the sole reason why any club a still around to enjoy any degree of success or failure because of the bums on seats that went week in and week out irrespective of it’s recent glories. It did not exist to be in this position to take advantage of global support and huge tv revenues without those. People who live their lives this way can’t help to think how better the foreign supporters home leagues would be if they invested their passion and monies there instead of helping and IMO fasely revelling in the success of a prem league team

  24. Kings says:

Genre Kelly – This is not an Arsenal related topic, so what business do you have being on this site? Fuck off you Gooner cunt.

  25. devonshirespur says:
