Good finisher that Diouf.
Could have had a hat trick last night but for the Everton keeper having the game of his life. Really excited by Diouf as I keep saying.
Total class act that Lad. Keep up the good work. Yer gonna be a fookin star*
The Diouf is on fire. We don’t need no Argie let the m***.. burn.
more important than the goals was the fact that they were set up by great runs from both Anderson and Obertan…that is a good sign as we move forward!
That Boy Diouf makes the scousers cry
Diouf’s doing well but the Everton reserve defense was quite poor, it won’t be as easy in the premiership where defenders don’t offer strikers so much space and time to control and shoot.
The future is bright.
I think we should loan Obertan out. He looks great whenever he plays in the reserves but when he plays with the first team, he doesn’t seem very confident and he is clearly lightweight. The only problem is that we could be left short of left wingers as it’s not possible for Giggs, Nani and Park to occupy that area for the remainder of the season. I just feel Obertan needs to play regularly to bulk up and get used to the football played here; and he hardly is featuring in the league, so a bit of experience elsewhere would be good for him.
Problem for Obertan is we are heading into the ‘business end’ of the season as Fergie likes to call it – every game from here on in counts and cant see OB getting too many starts. A loan deal sounds like a good option – as soon as Giggsy gets back!
