Man Utd News 24/7

Glad that Ando got off the mark.
Thought Foster had a good game.
Fletcher a fucking menace all game – have a feeling Hargreaves when fit will slot into right back if Fletcher is fit.
good performance, good win. get in!
Screamed at the monitor when Ando scored , such a good day !
It’s ON!!
great performance… i felt alot of players brought their a-game today… i wish paul scholes was 5 years younger i thought he was immense right up until his sending off.. darren fletcher as usual covered every blade of grass and good to see ando getting off the mark.. thought his performance was one full of hunger and desire and the goal capped off a great performance from him.. most pleasing thing out of the game was the hunger shown by all the players.. they are rising to the challenge especially after being stung by public’s opinion that they where second best against arsenal!
Look at Scholes hugging Anderson. Looks like he’s thinking, ‘Finally, now I can think about hanging it up.’
was going nuts watching this game. great free kick from giggsy
does fletcher get credited an assist for that awesome ball upfield for rooney’s goal? i certainly hope so, it was reidiculously brilliant.
Gave Arsenal their 1st defeat, gave Spurs their 1st defeat. Shitty’s turn next.
loved it.i thought this was the football we played this season so far. absolute champions stuff.
guys i was very happy for ando(i know every united fan is) i was happy for the goal he scored but i was more happy to see how ando played after he scored that goal. he wanted to score more.
berba should have scored but he played beautifully.rooney and fletcher as usual are playing classic football.fletcher will be a great player at the end of the season.
so anyone complaining now abt ref.oh we were lucky that spurs player didnt get a red card otherwise u know wat would have happened.another complaining session.
off topic- (sry scott) guys i am excited for the derby next week. for the first time i had a glance at citehs game and i was a bit impressed.
u have to agree whether u like city or not they have improved.
but again we are united we will end the winning streak of our immatured rivals.
i damn near broke my laptop wen ando scored…giggs jus keeps rollin bacc tha years…Rooney well rooney is always gonna b rooney…brilliant perfromance..sad to c tha ginger prince sent off…i realli believe it was bcus of his rep n im not sayin cus tha gr88 1 said it also…3 pts in tha bag….as tha reds go marchin on on on on…
sry . i thought this was the best football we played this season.(forgot to write best)
MAN UTD FOREVER
great game, but berba was missing in action again, in fact we played better with 10 men when he was off – not sure he is going to cut it, he drifts round in midfield and then is to slow to get into the box for a cross – way too slow – no goal for him again, Flethcher was amazing, best i have sen him play, we looked good, rooney enjoying being the man
That was a very harsh second yellow card for Scholes.
But what a performance ! We truly showed the rest of the EPL clubs the champions mentality. We went down on the 1st minute, but we worked our way to the lead before half time. We went one man down, but we were still very much in control.
Ronney was just unbelievable .. so was Foster I say .. good game
@RedDevilChampions: Berbatov was great. He slot in the hole between the midfield and defenders of Tottenham. No one can handle him. He holds the ball there very well. I thought he play very well. It takes the tie off Tottenham and gain us more possession and dominance of the match.
RedDevilChampions,
I don’t know whether you saw the game or not. His ball distribution was superb. He was placed in the slot between the defender and midfield, which seemed to work well (which leads to the 1st goal). If we didn’t go one man down, we would have scored more.
Brilliant free kick from sir ryan
Ando, Fletch, Vida, Giggs, Scholes, Evra, Rio, Rooney, Berbatov and Foster deserve all the plaudits they can get. Berbatov linked with Rooney so well, and the midfield was so tight that it was like watching ballet!
Bring on Man Shitty!
Sing it with me:
Who’s the cunt from Argentina? Who’s that money grabbing whore? Carlos Tevez is his name and he hasn’t got a brain; and he’s not gona win trophies anymore! Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh……..
Best performance of the season, very impressive
Berbatov played an outstanding game, with the play flowing through him all the time. Although Tottenham scored in the 1st minute, but we took control of the match after that all the way. Quite a few defining moments in the match. Foster’s save against Jenas, Vidic last ditch block to prevent Keane scoring at the start of the 2nd half, and we rave about Fletcher, how about Evra! He was outstanding! Even late in the match, a men down, he was bombing down the flank at will, and even had a good shot off target, best left back in the world, period!
Good game lads, and if I’m honest I think it was a defeat we needed. People down our way were starting to experience head swelling of gargantuan proportions and hopefully this result leads to us receiving a wake-up call that actually benefits us in the long run. I’ve heard alot of talk from fellow Spurs fans about how the loss of Modric caused us to lose, but if any one players absence was really felt it was that of our hapless number one. Gomes was fantastic in the 0-0 at the Lane last season (lets not mention the game at OT) and I like to think he’d have saved Giggsy’s free kick (remember he saved a very similar effort in the dying minutes of last years corresponding fixture) if not Anderson’s effort as well.
With any luck we can both have good weekends next weekend with you lot stuffing the “big club” from across your city, and us stuffing the “big club” from across ours.
I hope for Spurs sake that by there next match, Twatty eyebrows will be out of Evra’s pocket.
@Spur-In-Peace
Absolutely mate. Its about time these ‘big clubs’ got taken down a notch or two. Our first bubble bursting act of the season, unfortunately for you lot, was done at the Lane. Next up Man City…
Good to see you’re taking it on the chin. Like you say it was a good game and I don’t think Spurs were particularly bad. Hit the woodwork, had chances and if not for Foster’s fingers on another day maybe…? Its just the case that, especially when we had Scholesy sent off, United were simply better. I don’t think Spurs will suddenly go into tailspin. There aren’t many teams in the world better than Man Utd after all. Can’t see Spurs dropping too many points this season.
