jake and dave mack
if ye are around, i thought berba played well today and certainly showed moments of class… in the 2nd half especially…. strenght and desire also…
good efficient perfoemance from the lads… another one chalked off…
we shall not be moved
one small step for united, one giant blow to the dippers
Well that was easy. Way easier than I expected. But boro are going down. Boring boro to No balls boro
Great goals both of them.Fantastic week for Ryan Giggs. What a legend.
see the arsenal lineup? bet saf is not too pissed about lunchtime kick off now..
The lunchtime kick off could have bit us in the ass if we had a more serious opponent. But don’t go too far.Look at our program in 2 weeks.City on Sunday,Wigan on Wednesday and Arsenal on Saturday with a lunchtime kickoff. Wenger is resting Almunia,Toure,Fabregas,Gibbs,Nasri,Diaby and Adebayor.7 players. As many as we rested.
By the way guys, does anyone know the name of that song that Boro have before their kick off?I am going to miss it next season.
Giggsy-What a Week its been for him
Park-New Contract-F**K oh-yeh-confident finish that was
Tipped Park to score today and he didn’t dissapoint…
Professional Performance
Shearer -Shearer-Shearer !!!!!Put Owen on !!What an Ironie that would be …if Owen denies the scousers
where are you suhayl ?
Im a relieved human being after my usual pre match feeling as sick as a parrott nerves. A big potential bogey side, banana skin overcome. i dont expect the dippers to drop any points…i do expect them to thump the geordies into oblivion tmrw.
However as long as we do our job…thats all that matters. Can enjoy my saturday now….enjoy the good weather…until the nerves kick back in tmrw night for the tuesday game. Right i can eat now also….whilst i fix my tv on teletext with the prem lge table on hold. 6 points clear does make us feel good for today atleast
lol ‘teletext with the prem lge table on hold’
Wazza…you must have sensed me…just got out of my dark cupboard, where i was shaking like a leaf…:-)
Lads did a great job.
Typical arseholes….SAF was right..wenger and pat rice may have as well played. I know teams have to look after their own priorities….but to field such a weakened team…shows mighty disrespect to fellow relegation teams.
Cowards
Costas – the next couple of weeks are really tight, and I expect a lot of drama – the city and wigan games are key for me, even more than the arsenal game…hopefully we can do the job there…all in all I still think we could really do with ‘pool dropping points…
yep little miss…:-)
i think there is a problem with the comments section on the site…..comments arent uploading for some reason…hence cannot read what guys have said.
Oh well will have to read them later on in the day
Take care guys for now
mahesh you’re right…we have got some tricky games
Manchester Derby is noooooooo gimme…and wigan away..then 2 days after ANOTHER PREM FIX UP…SAT MORNING V ARSEHOLES. So nowt all over…nothings done…twists and turns…a spanner in the works await.
In an ideal world….dippers dropping points would be a god send. However doubt that s going to happen with their easy run in + resting up 10 days in between games.
So we’ll just have to do OUR JOB…..and do it the hard way
Tak care suhayl and look to relax.Mahesh these are the two key games for me.If Liverpool are ever going to drop points, it’s in the next 2 games.Newcastle will be fighting for their lives and West Ham are tough at home and they are after a Uefa cup spot.If they drop point in either on of these games, the lague will be wrapped up against Wigan. If they drop in both games, the ;eague will be wrapped against Shity.
And if they don’t costas (which is highly likely)? How do expect things to go then? I honestly see us dropping points in the City-Wigan-Arsenal period – Its too tough a fixture list, especially against tricky opponents. Its still up for grabs, but hopefully the experience of winning counts – I wouldn’t put ‘pool cracking under pressure beyond the realms of possibility. Like you said it is the next couple of games for them (and tottenham on the last day of the season of course – but we’ve all seen how willing tottenham are to lie down and take it up the arse!)
and city seem to be scoring for fun today!
Great support at the Riverside from start to finish, great result, lovely goals, time to relax and enjoy the sun. Only one mild criticism, I could have done without the ‘Fergie, Fergie, give us a wave’ chant about 20 mins from the end. A touch too complacent as it coincided with one of those inevitable dips in performance from the players, with a couple of passes going astray. Still, no damage done.
Suddenly I feel a surge of ‘lifelong’ support for the Toons coming on, like falling in love again. I suspect it may subside fairly rapidly but for now the emotion is almost uncontrollable. We can walk hand in hand to the sunset on the Tyne tomorrow, but only if you come away from Anfield with 3 points, or maybe even if it’s only one. Newcastle, I’m yours, take me now! (Offer closes Sunday)
Easy wins for arse….and chelski..not tested at all.
Newcastle take note..you gutless wonders
I wonder if the joke of a PK decision given for Arsenal today will get even a mention… I doubt it
hehe ))
Berba lazy as always. And Carlos efficient as always.
Good game, some kind of strange.
y won’t tevez shoot??? had a clear sight at goal messed about wit it, he definitly doesn’t score enough, 3 in 25 prem games
he did get a shot. in the defender’s leg.
A win is a win and we should not complain. Lads won the match without having to get out of the second gear. Middlesborough deserve to go down. United warm up before the match was tougher than what Boro had to offer.
Our away support is second to none!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Giggs is legend. If the dippers drop any points i’m going streaking.
