I’m not actually bothered whether we talk about players who used to play for United or not. The point I was making was that there are people on this blog why get very upset when an ex player like Pogba is mentioned but it’s alright to talk about Berbatov, or Ronaldo. Sounds like hypocrisy if you ask me.

That’s because most of the ball winners you’ve seen are the hard tackling ball winners. Who do you think breaks up opposition play in the middle? You think that’s some magician? That’s Michael Carrick man.

” Funny, I was just looking at the comment policy and nowhere does it say “You are forbidden from speaking about ex United players”. I think this might help folks better grasp the concept of how ROM works:

    - This does NOT apply in the forum.

AlphaRS – that’s a fair comment. Hypocrisy is exactly what that sounds like. Personally, I have no problem with Pogba or Morrison achieving great heights. I hope they do really well. I’m not actually interested in their careers, though I always keep an eye on news of our ex-players, especially youth products.

Of course, Berbatov holds far more interest than Pogba, because Dimi played a far bigger role here, and because he clearly put United first. Can’t say the same about Pogba, Hargreaves, Morrison, etcetera.

You can talk about anyone you like. (Fuck the gagging orders, and fuck the hypocrisy)
