In the week where he was named Swedish player of the year, Victor Lindelof has scored Sweden’s opening goal in the 2-0 win over Russia. Sweden finished top of their Nations League group as a result.
This was the first goal he has scored since in 2016 during qualification for the World Cup.
After the game, Lindelof tweeted: “Watch out Zlatan.”
