I love the Macheda pass out to the edge of the 6 yd box for the ball to come back and him to score.

Reminds me of that time when Cole and Yorke did something slightly similar to get a 3-2 win in Turin against Juventus.

Macheda and Owen could be a great partnership for United, Easy goals but great to see Michael hitting the back of the net again, He only ever needed the supply which he lacked at NUFC.

Real;ly like the way owen reacts to the space and literally is running there before the ball has even defelcted off the defender…amazing reading of the play. I am really excited to have such a natural goal scorer in the team again.
I was totally against him. TOTALLY!!
now I am excited.

i love to watch the build-up to the second goal, where Owen tells Tosic to go to the left while keeping his guard for the def who was trying to steal his ball. Then he opened up the ball to the left, for Tosic to cross in. I mean, you can see his influence on the team..

anyway good to get the lads confidence up before the season starts but these games dont mean anything other than getting the players match fit and selling some shirts in other countries.

Looking forward to the new season though,Macheda is a class act.
