Following City’s victory over Sunderland in the League Cup final, Manuel Pellegrini was asked how he felt.

He replied: “Very happy, very happy. I love pressure so I have to manage a big team like Manchester United.”

    After all of his rubbish about city being the biggest team he really put his foot in it there.

    I think the problem is that you can’t say ‘big team’ and ‘city’ in the same sentence unless there is a not in there somewhere.

    Just to rub salt in the wound, all the headlines appear to be about United, the day after the league cup final! Journos just can’t get enough of United it would seem.

    This is great news.

    Let’s all stand around it and hold hands.

    Do we really need to go this low? Really? I don’t fu*king care what they say… They are now better then United and only focus should be if United is going back to the top.

    In the end he holds League Cup. United not. Period.

    Let’s not sink to the level where all United oposition was for many years.
