Cracker by Rafael
that first goal was pure brazil
15 POINTS CLEAR
Cafu is making
I may be biased but Vidic is probably the best defender out there. No-nonsense defending, he’s always commanding the area very well, his reading of the game is absolutely fantastic. He’s a warrior and is very agile for a defender of his age. I really wish that Evans, Smailing and Jones don’t take their places for granted and really learn from him.
This afternoon Zamora couldn’t even do anything and he was then replaced. I’m fancy him back against Madrid and will partner Ferdinand at the back, giving a boost for Carrick and whoever partners him to explore the field a bit further ahead.
@TheRadLegion
If only vidic was fit we wont lose the league title last season.
Super strike from Rafael….and that’s why I think Welbz is a great striker!!
Rafa is evolving into the best right back.incredible power and enthusiasm.
Rafaels has to be up there for goal of season. Belter! And its good to hear R.v.ps injury is just a Wee knock.. thank fuck!
Yet someone said that was poor defensively did you see the acres of he left hehind him.
Oops, it was Nani who made the assist of Giggsy’s goal and not Welbz!!
Some facts
– Rafael and Ryan Giggs both scored with their only shots of the game
– Nemanja Vidic made more than double the amount of clearances of any other player (17). Nobody else managed more than 7 in the game. Additionally, Vidic also led his side with 6 interceptions
– Ashley Young put in a game-high 7 crosses
– Both sides had 14 total shots, but Manchester United were accurate with twice as many of theirs (6 vs 3)
– Adel Taarabt had more shots than any other player (5), yet failed to hit the target with any of them
Pure class, pure bullet..
