He needs to pass more, he has such good ability to pass, pick a cross and shoot but when he gets the ball, more times than not he goes for glory. Which is fine, on occassions and when a game is sealed but when you are away in Europe and you have an average of 4 options to pass to who have better chances of scoring, trying to get a pretty goal is not the priority!
