Robin van Persie returned to his boyhood club, Feyenoord, in January, and scored his first goal just minutes after coming on the pitch this week.
He scored 22 goals in 78 appearances for the club before signing for Arsenal in 2004. He made his second debut last month and had a total of just 24 minutes playing time in his opening three games. He came off the bench on Thursday night and scored 50 seconds later.
