4 goals against another premiership team means ALOT!!
A team can only afford one player who doesnt backtrack to defend and in out team thats ronaldo. So lazy Berbatov is really competing against ronaldo for his spot. Tevez and Rooney won it all last year lets not forget and ronaldo got the cherry because of their incredible industry.
Tevez is better than lazy berbie. 2 goals in 11 starts?? F*ck that!!! Tevez would have more than that.
berbatov is slow and destroys our team play.
Giggs and scholes to old to cold. Legends they may be but its time for Anderson and Nani to be given a chance.

WHERE ARE YO CARLITOS DOUBTERS NOW. As i ve always said he neds game time, chances, a full game etc. Look what he did last season when playng game in game out. how can any player have confidence or build his game form and fitness if he gets 5 mins here and there. He never deserved to be dropped….and it would be a travesty if he was on saturday. Bet he will though. the golas he scored were class..header, pen, empty net and a pearler..along with the pass to set up nani. Carlitos…i;ll always back you lad. Its good to see Tevez discovering his form again. He promised Utd fans last season they will see him perform to his best this season. 4 goals is a way of showing that.
Since Tevez performed well, he should get selected for the Sunderland game or else Fergie is a sentimental asshole. U have to select performers so playing Tevez up front with Berbatov and Rooney on the left of midfield shouldnt be a problem. Rooney is a player who can adapt to any position so i feel playing him on the left wont be a problem and everybody is happy

Although Nani scored a great goal every other area of his play seemed to come up short . Can see the writing on the wall for him .

Anytime a striker scores 4 goals against an EPL team, it means something. Fact, Tevez is a talented striker-the boy just needed a boost of confidence. Also, by your rational Tevez isn’t playing that well in training. How would you know that ?

A lot of people don’t understand that Fergie watches Tevez atleast 10 hours a week in training, he, therefore, knows Tevez a lot better than us and will pick him depending on how well he does in training. I know it’s not easy to understand but the fact that he scored 4 goals in the League Cup doesn’t mean all that much.

Beautiful exhibition, though Anderson was definitely offside for Carlito’s third goal. Who cares though, it was a beautiful move, and very very unselfish of Anderson under the circumstances, given that he’s yet to open his account for United from open play.

As someone else has already pointed out, Anderson’s best position is behind the strikers in the kind of role Scholes used to revel in years ago. Every time I’ve seen the Brazilian boy given his head in that role he’s excelled. Play him in a 4-5-1 or 4-3-3 set up as a roaming attacking midfielder and he’d light the football world up.

3 really really classy goals far too good for the league cup and probably won’t be seen by the neutrals . Tevez should deffo start against sunlund on saturday after that. If he doesn’t then Carlitos will say adios in January and who would blame him. Has to be Tevez and Rooney upfront come 5:30 Saturday.
