What a bunch of nasty cunts they are around RvN. The sad thing is the Arsenal fans fucking love that. I’d be ashamed of players behaving like that.

RvN got the last laugh though…..

  2. corea says:

Not a good picture at the end of the video )
yes, but our players did nothing to avenge him.. even Keano looked quiet.
maybe it was the matter of not scoring the pen ?
painful to see this kind of episodes.

  3. corea says:

    ps
are you still here ? ;)

  4. andre_k says:

love the keane/viera rivalry!!! And the glare Neville gave him when he shook hands is quality

  5. gotta hate tiny tears says:

  6. costas says:

The good times!Everytime i see that video of the thugs around Ruud it pisses me off.But as SCott said, he had the last laugh. And the great thing about the tunnel spat is that that’s what won us the match. It must have been Roy’s last true leader like performance.

  7. BazRio#5 says:

Like Scott said earlier… This is all bringing back my hatred towards these Arsenal Pricks….. And I like it!!!! Its almost Kick off time and I’m a nervous wreck..

  8. Tom F says:

hahaha @ Scott gettin’ in the mood for the game!

  9. corea says:

    costas

mate, how are you ? wish i have been with all of you right now (((((((
this kind of feelings are a few times a year. this things make life worth leaving.

  10. corea says:

    * living

  11. Drew Vader says:

If you watch, Ronaldo was the only one who stepped in there for Ruud. I loved him for that. Keano is standing right there but for some reason he didn’t go mental, I guess it was because he was pissed at Ruud for missing…

But still, big ups to Ronaldo!!

  12. Drew Vader says:

For tonight, allow me to quote the movie Beerfest…

    LETS FUCKING BRAIN EM

  13. Tom F says:

Corea – Don’t leave your life just yet…. only if we lose!

    Fight Fight Fight >>>

  14. costas says:

Hey Corea.Everything is great.Ch.League Semifinals are always special occasions. They bring out the best or worst feelings.I will be on the lookout for the first XI now.

  15. cherry says:

Watchinh this video just renewed my hatred for these bastards. Hope we give them a beating tonite

  16. Tom F says:

    Starting XI:

    EDVS
    OSHEA RIO VIDA EVRA

    FLECTHER CARRICK ANDERSON RONALDO

    TEVEZ ROONEY

    :)

  17. costas says:

    VDS-O’Shea,Rio,Vida,Evra-Fletcher,Carrick,Ando,Ronaldo-Rooney,Tevez

  18. costas says:

Just beat me Tom F! I have to kill you for that! Seriously, good line up.

  19. costas says:

Oh, maybe Rooney will be on the left and he will backtrack to help out with Walcott.Or maybe Ando will do that.

  20. keanesmagichat says:

what about keane sticking it to viera in the tunnel. one of the best moments in premiership history, viera shat the course. then he came out after and said he respected keane! what a cunt he was. arsenal had a real faggoty french influence running through them maybe not so much anymore but back then, right sneaky french cunts.
see keown on match of the day? what an ugly boring toff, pure aresnal. the guy is a bender apparently, got caught rogering some dude behind his wifes back.. i jest you not… wenger is treated with disdain nowadys he is not a big player anymore.. however his team on their day are pretty special, it wont be a walk in the park tonight, but i fancy the lads to do it 3-1

  21. keanesmagichat says:

costas my lad, any stats for us?

  22. costas says:

Just the Wenger-Fergie battles at the moment keanesmagichat :

37 games: 13 United wins 10 draws 14 Arsenal wins

    Lets make it even tonight!

  23. costas says:

No Brown or Nani on the bench btw.

  24. costas says:

Hey! Someone has told the truth:

    http://www.setanta.com//uk/Articles/Football/2009/04/29/Prem-King-on-United-game/gnid-50830/

Did he say crumble? I thought Webb “crumbled”.

  25. gotta hate tiny tears says:

    whats the story with nani

did he walk out on united

  26. costas says:

They say that he left at halftime on Saturday GHTT. But after that both he and the manager made statements that he will be here next year. I think that he doesn’t fit on the bench for this game.

  27. Drew Vader says:

    ARGENTINA!!!! ARGENTINA!!!!

Come on Carlos lad, win your permanent deal tonight.

  28. gotta hate tiny tears says:

as much as he isnt a rooney in my eyes he did the job against them last season

  29. suhayl says:

Going to be atough tough tough game…..not predicting a big score at all. Cos it could be very close…..just hope we dont concdede…..would take a 1-0 right now. Without any hesitation….

Scared and nervy as hell….been to the toilet 25 times in the last hour…..shaking.

C’mon lads….a scrappy win will do us.

And Evra and esp Wazza…no yellows please….hope the refs doesnt get fussy.

    nerves….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  30. Drew Vader says:

Its a high energy line up, I like that. Lets get at them.

  31. costas says:

ITo be fair, i don’t see Wazza and Evra avoiding yellow cards in both games. So maybe get them today so they can play in the final? It’s a big dillema.Apart from Fletch, this is the same team that lined up against Liverpool last month. Some redemption is on the way.

  32. costas says:

    Come on United!

  33. gotta hate tiny tears says:

beer poured emily asleep 2 gooners 3 united fans and a dipper(the joys) and im set

what does the lad just do
    happy birthday for tomorrow jonny

  35. redmojo says:

haha. that’s why you just gotta love oshea. hope they keep em coming…

  36. five says:

    O’Shea! fuck the haters

    Great game from Almunia tho

  37. costas says:

O’Shea scoring against Arsenal and not bothering to celebrate:always a classic! It should have been 2-0 or even 3-0 though. As the game will wear on,the clean sheet should become our top priority.

  38. gotta hate tiny tears says:

5 in the second half again please

  39. redmojo says:

i have to go to class in 20 minutes…how awful. hoping they score in the first 15 of the second half so i can feel confident about it.

  40. costas says:

The game the game is going, 2-0 will be a dream scenario. We have created a lot of chances but we can’t seem to put them away.Lets just score a second early, shut up shop and look to counter.

  41. suhayl says:

Frustrating…..really is. we should be 3 to 4 up. not put the leg to bed…but the whole tie. Flamin hek…Ron header so close..rooney so close…..anderson 2 yards ONSIDE!!!!..WHAT THE FUCK

Flamin lucky lucky arse…they ‘ll only get better from the luck they had first half.

    C’mon lads.

Even SAF has just said…we ve dominated the first half…..we need a 2nd goal. We should have been 3 up. Their keepers kept em in it.

Arsenal trying to do a chelsea to barca from last night

  42. suhayl says:

c’mon lads…we deserve to win with such a performance and crowd on song.

  43. suhayl says:

hope the domination and chances dont come back to haunt us….if those twats get a flamin lucky breakaway away goal.

    C’mon lads

  44. gotta hate tiny tears says:

    sir 800

  45. Rollins says:

We should have really put d tie to bed. They only had 1 or 2 attempts on target, i’m still very confident we’ll go through though.

  46. costas says:

It should have been 3-0.Now we will be holding on with our lives.Hopefully Rio didn’t suffer a recurrence of his injury. In the end he was very pissed that he was substituted so i guess that means that he was ok.

  47. Mahesh says:

We should have finished off the tie – no bout. But based on this performance I am confident we can win at the Emirates as well – just hope rio’s okay…I could say I’m disappointed, and a part of me is, that we didn’t finish it off…but at the start of the day I would have taken 0-0 forget 1-0…

  48. costas says:

Just how good is Wayne Rooney at this period?

  49. Mahesh says:

Rooney was immense, but what especially impressed me today was the midfield – excellent shape, very few passes astray, good tempo…fletcher, carrick and ando, all superb…cesc was in 3 back pockets tonight – I would go in with exactly the same team and formation in a weeks time…

  50. Macheda is GOD says:

Fuck me!! i thought ronaldo was gonna hit me!…hit the bar :( Still won 1-0 though!

  51. costas says:

Carrick’s best game in months. All 3 midfielders were fantastic.

  52. BrisbaneRed says:

1-0 to UTD. The score was close but in terms of ability UTD were miles ahead. Arsenal NEVER looked like scoring. A goal for UTD next week means that Arsenal would have to score 3. And they won’t do that.

  53. keanesmagichat says:

it was a very good performance, could have done with a 2nd. but at least we kept a clean sheet… well played boys… thought fletcher played well as did carrick.. the 3 boys up top again next week… any word on rio? fingers crossed

  54. costas says:

keanesmagichat no word on Rio yet but in the end i noticed that he was pissed that he was taken off.I think he got the wind knocked out of him.He is very unlucky.Getting hit on the same spot within seconds.

  55. glory_911 says:

Fletcher are far better than fabregas, but almunia and silvestre are fuckin brilliant… and here I am waiting for him to play like when he with United… maybe because the French connection in ARSEnal eh?

  56. costas says:

Great tracking back by Berbatov as well.

  57. BrisbaneRed says:

Don’t think we’ll be pestered by the Arse fans now. Their performance was nothing to shout about. I’ve been reading in the London press recently that this Arsenal team is heading for big things. Not this season though, and I can’t see it in the future – too many journeymen in the team. And is that right that Barca want Fabregas for 20m? Grossly over-priced may I say. He looks good against the weaker teams but against a bit of quality he looks lost and out of his depth.

  58. Mahesh says:

Rio looks okay to me, just by his reaction to being told that he had been substituted…On tonight’s performance, I think we need to go to the Emirates and play the exact same way…put them on the back foot straight off…they can’t seem to handle that…

  59. costas says:

In fairness to Arsenal, they were toothless in attack.Van Persie could have helped out. Will he be fit for the Emirates clash?

  60. costas says:

Yes Mahesh.Just like the game at the Emirates in October when we were playing them at their own half. That’s what we have to do again. This time one chance will be converted and then it will be game over.

  61. Mahesh says:

@costas – I think RVP will be fit for next week, at least from what I know from what was being said last week. Regardless of that it seems putting 3 in midfield is a very sensible thing to do against arsenal. Shut the midfield down and they seem clueless – just hoofing balls up to ade…

  62. costas says:

That’s where RVP will offer something different to their play. The 3 midfielders should offer great cover.Didn’t like Tevez shaking his head though.

  63. Mahesh says:

Yep that Tevez shake pissed me off, frankly…I’m not one of those that doesn’t expect him to be unhappy with lack of game time, but not on the pitch, and not on Champions League Semi Final night, and definitely not when you’ve been trusted to start the game and played 60 mins…

  64. Drew Vader says:

Terrific performance from all the lads, but especially the 3 in the middle. Fletch, Anderson and Carrick ran the game, they were outstanding.

And well done to SAF, picking the perfect lineup.

  65. costas says:

Tev played well, but at the Ch.League semi it’s all about tactical changes. It was obvious that Fergie was seeking Berba’s ball retention. He really needs to leave these reactionc of the pitch.Mahesh notice that our fitness is reaching high levels again? That’s a huge lift for me.It was the one thing that had been a concern to me.

  66. Drew Vader says:

I dont know about you guys, but I don’t want my players being happy about being substituted. Carlos is an f’ing winner and he wanted to be out there so he could keep helping the team. Who cares about the head shake?

  67. costas says:

Drew tomorrow you will see how much the media ABUs care.No reason to give them more amunition. Fergie also wants the players disappointed when they are substituted. But there is a time and a place.

  68. suhayl says:

    NEGATIVES.

    1. Rooney header could be 1 -0
    2. Tevez shot should be 2-0
    3. Ron header should be 3-0
    4. Anderson ONSIDE should be 4-0
    5. Giggsy ONSIDE should be 5 -0
    6. Ron hits bar should be 6-0
    7. Silly clears from Berba 7-0

Will we live to regret the missed opps and chances..after battering this so called fancy beautiful young aesthetic bag of wank arseholes into submission???

  69. Mahesh says:

@costas – absolutely agree – I think all of us knew that there had to be a second wind (third wind in our case) to take us past the line – the only concern was whether it would be too late…good to see this, and I think fitness wise we should be good for the rest of the season…and that’s the main reason I’m happy with 1-0 today – much better than 1-0 lacking conviction.

@drew – In most case I would agree with you – say for instance if rooney got subbed today and shook his head I would get it. It’s the tevez context which changes things – he’s said stuff over the past week or so which puts words in his mouth, and which like costas said is out there for ABUs to exploit – and we could do without uncertainty in the camp…the nani this is already out there, we don’t need that with carlos at this stage of the season…

  70. ROME_09 says:

    Cracked rib for Rio apparently

  71. costas says:

Suhayl if we play with 2 defensive zones like today, then there is little chance that they will preach our defence.Even with RVP.But first it’s Boro.Fergie must not tinker too much.

  72. suhayl says:

    POSITIVES.

    1. Lads were awesome
    2. VDS didnt have a save to make
    3. People thought our midfiled 3 would be use to negate arsenals midfield. Infact it was us that overrode them time and time again. 3 v 2.
    4. Tactical genius by SAF
    5. Wenger who?
    6. Was walcott and fabre ARSE playing?
    7. Adebayor..you having a laugh.
    8. Fletch AWESOME
    9. Wazza awesome
    10. Absolutely played them off the park…in every single aspect domination.

  73. costas says:

ROME_09 is that official or your assumption?

  74. Drew Vader says:

I thought the call on Giggs was actually correct. But Anderson was a good yard onside. So thats frustrating.

  75. Drew Vader says:

VdS had to make one good save from a decent shot from Fab. And he got lucky that Bendtner headed wide when VdS flapped at the late free kick. And Rio took the worst of it!!

  76. ROME_09 says:

Fergie Interview, just said that Rio is on the way to the hospital, that it could be a craked rib but hopefully nothing is broken

  77. Mahesh says:

I might be a little presumptuous here, but Wazza better watch himself next week – stay well clear of a yellow, please!

  78. costas says:

ROME_09 thanx for the update.Hopefully nothing broken.I remember Beckhame having a broken rib and missing 6 weeks of action.Let’s hope that the worse that can happen is him missing the Riverside trip.

  79. Mahesh says:

I think Fergie is being cautious for now, I personally think Rio should be okay..maybe that just me and my wishful thinking…

  80. costas says:

Mahesh, maybe that’s why he is keeping him on the wing!He is less likely to get in trouble there.Him and Evra are walking a tight rope.

  81. suhayl says:

Would have taken a 1-0 nil before the game..ofcourse any european team would. Plus NOT conceded which is a big big plus. And if a utd fan didnt watch the game and saw the result…theyd say top top result.

However when you see the utter annihilation….ALA OUR 2005 FA cup DESTRUCTION OF THE BASTARDS. Then you start regretting and rueing the missed chances to put the tie to bed…let alone the leg.

SAF ” we should have won by 4…yes tinged with a little of what if….but before the game i would have taken a 1-0 and not conceding..it was a great performance from the lads..great tempo..great passing. I may change it for next week…but we know we can always score…and we always acore”

WENGER ( beeming with a huge smile ). We didnt play..didnt create…they closed us down, played great and could have scored 2 or 3…so we are really happy..its only 1. So its 50 50 and we will do it at home…that will make the difference…we will do it down there…we are happy”

SAYS IT FUCKIN ALL MR WENGER….

  82. Mahesh says:

@costas – even worse than rio missing for the riverside trip – if Arsenal needed something to really pick them up, that would be news of rio being out for their home tie…

  83. suhayl says:

fuckin no gooners on here??????? no bloody surprises…they were made to look like a conference side. They re counting their lucky stars they’re still in the tie.

  84. costas says:

Yes it is Mahesh. That’s why i am hoping that a rest for the weekend will declare him fit for next Tuesday. How unlucky is he this year?

  85. ROME_09 says:

Have no idea why Wenger was looking so smug, considering they didnt get an away goal and now have to beat us by 2 goals…. really dont see it happening. BRING ON BARCELONA

  86. suhayl says:

Rio was taken straight to hossy…boro being 2 days away..mean he’s out. SAF did say it was a precautionary…HOWEVER did also say it may be or could be a cracked rib…which could mean 3 weeks.

  87. suhayl says:

Fuckin arsenal my arse. Bloody beat a 8th placed italian team on oens…then beat a 6th placed spanish team. And they think theyre world beaters.

If today was a boxing match…the ref would have ended it….to save them from dying

  88. keanesmagichat says:

    costas

cheers for the reply mate. a cracked rib lads? any doctors amongst us tonight? whats the prognosis?
proud of the lads tonight, i think everyone played well, subs included… couldnt fault anyone, 100% effort and thats all we can ask…
confident for the second leg boys? same effort again and i think we will be ok.. any thoughts??

  89. costas says:

He said a crack on the rib which could mean a hit on the rib.Nonetheless,we can’t afford to lose him for 1 week let alone 3.It has become a tradition. After every major Ch>league game we spend the next day sweating about Rio,Vida or Rooney.

  90. Drew Vader says:

Yes we dominated, but to be fair, we had a full strength squad (with the exception only of Brown at RB, and possibly Hargo somewhere) and they were missing 3 or 4 of their starters…

So, in the great words of Winston Wolf, lets not start sucking each others D’s just yet…

  91. keanesmagichat says:

the gooners are quiet, they didnt have the stomach for it tonight.. it was men against boys for sometime tonight… wenger is a smug french cunt, he is always arrogant for no apparent reason… how many years without a trophy? tick tock

  92. Mahesh says:

Rome_09 – Wenger’s smug because he know they’re lucky not to be out of the Champions League. I wouldn’t attach any significance to that though, lets just be concerned about ourselves..

  93. suhayl says:

Im so happy we won…im happy for JOS….im over the moon the lads played so awesome. However we deserved soooooooooooo much more.

Hoddle on sky ” Arsenal will be the happier…how theyre still in it is beyond me”

Gullit on sky ” Utd should be in the final…should have won 4 -0″

Souness on sky ” Arsenal got away big time today..utd should have put this to bed in the first 30 and been concentrating on the final…..now arsenal will be so elated”

    erghhhhhhhhhhh bastards.

Sometimes youd rather play shit and do a smash and grab and daylight robbery like the dippers…

right im off….c you guys tmrw

  94. ROME_09 says:

Setanta Sports – If it is a cracked rib then that means 3 weeks out

  95. keanesmagichat says:

    drew vader

good point, but i cant see us being as wimpish and impotent as thet were tonight, i always fancy us to score at least once. and with the concentration that a cl 2nd leg will bring i can see us keeping a clean sheet too

  96. corea says:

Guys, i don’t know what to make of it.
We scored on 17th and then what ? We gave the ball away, but Arse didn’t do anything special with the ball. But how the hell we didn’t make the difference bigger ? You can call SAF tactical genius if we go to the finals.
I doubt Arse will cause us any problems anyway but i wished we would have closed this all out today. It’s not that incredible to beat this Arsenal side.
They can consider themselves lucky and i’m afraid it’s another year without a trophy.

  97. costas says:

I tried to make sense of what SAF said.He said that Rio got a crack on the rib, possibly meaning a hit at the rib.If there is any injury to the rib, then he will be out for 2-3 weeks.Tomorrow or later tonight Fergie will know.If we had put away 2-3 glorious chances, then we wouldn’t have been this nervous about Rio.Wenger was smug because he feels that they can take heart from getting away from jail tonight. And if they have RVP and we miss Rio at the Emirates,it could be a different game.

  98. Pat says:

We were downright dominated in the 1st 30 minutes, but then we were pretty even. The game was dull in the 2nd half and Arsenal failed to create. Most of your attacks came from the left and with Clichy back we still have a chance. RVP’s creativity will come in handy as well since Arshavin and Rosicky are out. Fuck me. From Hleb, Cesc, Flamini, Rosicky to Theo, Cesc, Song, Diaby. Thats fucking awful. Last year, I don’t think there was a more intelligent midfield than ours. Now we have average cunts playing for us. If you lads score 1 at the Emirates we’re done imo. Unless we produce some magic and score 3 which is unlikely, although an “all-out attack” Arsenal is dangerous. I want Vela to be given a chance against OShea. Diaby is just awful.

Congrats United. Played very well tonight, especially in the 1st. I’m still placing my bets on Barca to win in.

  99. Big Goon says:

Congretulations mancs, u totally deserved to win tonight.

It was a pathetic Arsenal performance, Wenger went for the cautious approach (dont know why b/c thats not the Arsenal way) and played most of our players out of position (Cesc, Nasri and Diaby in particular) which is really annoying.

But a 1-0 loss away at OT in the CL is a decent result i think. With Clichy and RvP coming back next week, a fully fit Eduardo and Djourou, i do fancy our chances of going through to the final.

  100. costas says:

Barca i believe have a tough job.Last night really exposed the difference between the Premiership and the rest of Europe. As i said above,if Rio makes it,i like our chances.

  101. keanesmagichat says:

    pat

    magnanamous in defeat, fair balls…
i reckon ye will need to score 3 also as we will definitely have one

  102. corea says:

    yes, my friends.
famous Arsenal played with the high balls into the penalty area.
who would have though. shit happens.

  103. keanesmagichat says:

    big goon

ya cant be serious?? good result.. with all yer harping on on this blog earlier today.. that was a battering and will have dented your confidence no end.. toothless… its uniteds im afraid… shat the course on the big stage….

  104. costas says:

Thanx Big Goon. Are you certain RVP and Clichy will make it?I see RVP starting but Clichy i think has been out as long as Brown has. It’s difficult coming back and getting thrown into such a game.

  105. Mahesh says:

@costas, drew et. al. – next week is a different game – the only thing we take from this is the 1-0 win. Let us not assume the pattern of the game will be the same next week as today. Arsenal could have had a shit day today, and we had a blinder – and we could have a shit day next week, and arsenal have a blinder. Its a different day and lets not forget consistency hasn’t been our forte over the last month or so…so lets just calm down, be satisfied (not happy) with today’s result, and see what goes down at the emirates…preparing for rome is premature…

  106. Pat says:

Corea and Costas, you are heavy favorites, but Villareal outplayed us even more than you guys did at El Madrigal. We will cause you problems at the Emirates, I’m sure of it. Although I also have the gut(obvious) feeling that United will be the first team to score at the Emirates this season(in the CL). If you don’t score, I think we’ll go on through, but what are the odds? Gallas has been worldclass for us, fucking brilliant but ex-manc Rossi helped you guys out ;P. Ex-manc Rossi also injured Clichy and RVP.

And why should us Gooners hide? The starting XI out there today was assembled for 24-25 million pounds. Berba, Rio, and Rooney were all individually more $$.

Once again, disappointing from the Gunners, but we’ll give you a hell of a game at home. As long as we give it a go, I’ll be happy.

Great performance by Tevez and Rio. Almunia as well.

  107. gotta hate tiny tears says:

100/1 giggs to score and take his jersey off

i think that lino owes me 500 nicker

what a fantastic strike by oshea
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTnbqOT3Yho&

  108. corea says:

If we won’t go through i will hang myself. :D DDDD
    Pat, it’s impossible and improbable.
I don’t understand what is happening with football nowadays. A semi with one team on the field. Who cares what amount of money your team costs ? You are in the semis of the europe’s greatest cup.

  109. Mahesh says:

GHTT – good point on the o’shea strike…that was almost no back lift and well hit – almunia almost saved that as well – i thought i was going to be one of those days, honestly…

  110. Little Miss says:

FINALLY!!! It took me ages to get on here – thought it was took over by Arsenal fans… glad I’m wrong :)

  111. Pat says:

Rosicky started training with the team already, just 2 days ago I think. This isn’t confirmed, but I have a source. Play him! Surely he can’t be worse than Diaby.

I want Nasri to shift to the right and Cesc to go into the midfield. RVP up front. Nasri and CLichy absolutely have to pressure the United RB from the 1st minute as that is their weak link. I don’t care that OShea had a good game today, he wasn’t tested at all.

Also, I have a question for the United fans. How do Rio/Vidic deal with pacy strikers? Will they drop deeper? If so, I would like Theo up front to give us more space in the middle. If the backline gives Theo a lot of space for the throughball, who knows. I’m grasping here. We were awful in attack today.

  112. costas says:

Almunia’s save from Tevez just before he goal was world class. That’s when i thought that it wouldn’t be our day.

  113. costas says:

Rio and Vida could have a trouble with pacy attackers, but that’s when players like Evra help out by shifting inside.

  114. Mahesh says:

@costas – I thought exactly the same thing – I thought if we don’t score of this corner, it will be one of those nights…luckily we did!

  115. corea says:

you are running out of ideas my friends. try to be generous with Arsenal FC and their supporters and i understand why.
let’s just go to sleep. i think i am maybe a little bit greedy after all but we don’t kill the teams nowadays.

  116. Pat says:

Our Carling Cup team would cause United more trouble today. More motivated and great work rate.

Barca have their 2 CBs out for the 2nd leg, one which is out for the season. BUT, once CHelsea open up and attack, I think Barca will score easily.

Caceras is not a bad CB and Pique did well with Drogba yesterday. Only thing is that they’re inexperienced, but I don’t even expect them to be in danger for 75% of the game.

  117. costas says:

Corea that’s right. This year we haven’t taken our chances. It has happened once too often. As i said above, had we done that,we wouldn’t have been desperate for Rio to be ok for the Emirates.

By the way guys, why isn’t JOS celebrating goals against Arsenal? Is his father a gooner or something like that?

  118. Pat says:

At least it was O’Shea that scored, not that cunt CR. My God, have you ever seen a more petulant footballer? He’s a big boy now and he was stomping, pouting, etc. for 45 seconds at the start of the 2nd half.

  119. costas says:

Pat Barca really disappointed me last night. They were exactly like the side we contained easily a year ago.I don’t believe that Hiddink will open up the game.He is too smart for that. But he knows that one route 1 ball will be enough for Drogba to expose Pique and whoever his partner is. Personally, i feel Chelsea are already in Rome.

  120. costas says:

Pat don’t get me started on Ronaldo. When he yelled at Rooney for a ball long pass be tried,i wanted to smack his face on the TV.But i payed too much for my TV and this ain’t worth it.

  121. corea says:

    costas

just try to imagine us not going through to the final after this kind of game. ;) it’s impossible but if it happened SAF wouldn’t have been tactical genius, eh.
With or without Rio we will go through.

  122. costas says:

After the Milan game, everyone was saying the same thing. That United would go throught because they totally outplayed Inter at their own ground. And at the second leg,we were lucky not to be at 1-1 at halftime. As Mahesh said, it will be easy for the roles to reverse in the second leg.

  123. Pat says:

Costas, I watch Barca every week and they didn’t play their football yesterday. I could easily tell they were terrified of losing the away goal. The display at SB will be much more attacking.

The thing with Barca this season, is that Iniesta or Xavi are the WPOY. Its not Messi, just like last season it wasn’t CR imo. Iniesta and Xavi rarely attacked yesterday, in order to help out the defence. This was a very cautious Barca team. At the Bridge, Xavi and Iniesta will work their magic and one of them will score. They are the best midfield duo on the planet and have been for some time. With no away goal worries, they will join the attacking onslaught in the 2nd half. mark my word, one of them will produce a magical performance.

I’m backing Barca to hit 2 at the Bridge. Maybe concede 1.

  124. Mahesh says:

Corea – I think most of us here (including the gooners) know we are favs to go through. But all it takes is one little slip up, or a piece of luck for the other side for the tide to turn…things go wrong sometimes…so i’m just going to be calm and hope we negotiate the 90+ minutes next week safely…

  125. costas says:

You could be right Pat.I also highly rate Xavi and Iniesta. Maybe they were protecting their goal.It goes without saying, that 0-0 at home is not a bd result for a first leg.I hope you are right.Because whether it is us or you,i don’t want to see Chelsea in another final.

  126. Pat says:

Not to mention Wenger is a stubborn cunt. Our worst performances of the season(Villareal, Chelsea, United today) all came due to his obsession with the 4-5-1 in away games. We’re an attacking team who cannot defend. Why not go with our strongest tactic? He nullifies the offensive quality of the side when he puts out this ridiculous 4-5-1 and Ade never plays well in that system.

  127. costas says:

There was no one for Ade to drop the ball to.He should have tried Walcott as a second striker.

  128. Red Dave says:

ive been at the pub all night watching the match, those pussies would wet thesmeslves at facing the man u squad man to man
what a bunch of bitches! john o’shea could hammer them all 11 to 1

  129. Pat says:

I can agree with that Costas. It’d be a shame IF Chelsea were the 1st London team to BUY themselves the CL final. Not that they’d get past Arsenal/United though.

Mahesh, I think all it takes is an early Arsenal goal. No matter who you are, that will make the opposing team nervous. The best idea, when scoring early, is trying to grab another one while the other team is still recovering.

That is the 1 flaw United had today. they sort of dropped off after taking the lead. We were there for the taking, but United didn’t really test us to their full potential. Hopefully, just hopefully, it comes back to haunt them.

Congrats United and the fans(real ones that is). I’ve got to get going.

  130. corea says:

Mates, you didn’t get the point.
I am still nervous about the lack of goal difference today. That’s why i think if you call Fergie tactical genius we have to go through. It’s absolutely impossible for Arsenal to get to the final.
We scored the goal and then gave possession away. if we do it at the Emirates we might have the problem. but why we gave the ball to gunners and didn’t change Еумуя for Berba in order to have the ball ?
I don’t read Fergy’s mind that’s why no comments. Let’s hope he caculated everything to perfection but if we see the reaction to the disallowed goal we can see that he wanted this 2nd goal. He wanted to play it tactically and somehow nail some goals without risking anything.
he wanted 1-0 scoreline before the game and he got it.
i am not in the position to judge him.

  131. corea says:

    * and didn’t change *Tevez for Berba in order to have the ball ?

    sorry.

  132. keanesmagichat says:

    corea,

    BELIEVE

it was men against girls tonight. theo flaytters ti decieve all the time.. so unarsenal like.. poor decison making 9 times out of 10.. he was dreadful, poor technique.. he will never be a top player.. aresnal are spineless and rudderless, cesc is not a captain.. he was hiding tonight

  133. Pat says:

    Last little thought.
We absolutely dominated Roma at home, but only won 1-0.
All the Arsenal fans thought it was impossible for Roma to get anything from the tie.
They score early, and Arsenal are dominated in Rome and win on penalties
After all, football is a funny game.

  134. haha says:

Tonight was another prime example of Arsenal having no bottle, they can’t be happy with that result. I can’t see their shite defence stopping us from scoring in the second leg. The lack of an atmosphere at the Emirates will surely make it even easier for us to roll over the soft French bastards.

  135. Red Dave says:

fuck arsenal, those bitches barely made an effort tonight, when we beat them
    we can beat barcelona too
back to back cups, easy for a team as good as united

  136. keanesmagichat says:

    haha

spot on lad. they are spineless weeds…
i would hate to support them, pure fags… as the say a team is in its managers image… with his packet of sweets….

  137. Mahesh says:

Pat – point taken, I (like most of us here) in our heart of hearts know its still game on next week…job done tonight, even though it could’ve been better…a lot of beer talking here right now, in addition to a truly uplifting performance.

  138. corea says:

    good night to all.

“it was men against girls tonight.”

    that’s why i’m sad it’s only 1-0
love you all, mates. see you tomorrow.

  139. keanesmagichat says:

    goodnight corea lad

  140. costas says:

    Goodnight corea.

  141. arsene wenger says:

men against girls?? if you can mistake ade for a girl you best check your sexuality

  142. haha says:

    Evening keanesmagichat,
The entire Arsenal team is effemiante and I imagine it comes from that faggot Wenger. They have no fight about them and it shows when they get bossed all over the pitch. They can talk about how the result isn’t bad but they must know that they have very little chance of getting into the next round. Being an Arsenal fan seems to just be one humiliation after another.

  143. arsene wenger says:

im so dissapointed with wengers big game team selections, adebayor is either shyt or injured,id say a perfect mix of both, and cesc is no gerrard why does that dopey twat think he can play him behind the forward, thats hardly gonna help the useless oaf upfront

  144. keanesmagichat says:

    aresene wenger

i thought u would be busy cruising all those child porn websites you have bookmarked

  145. arsene wenger says:

bossed all over the pitch?? you lot dream,we came to play an played shyt thats all, you lout play 3 dm’s at home in every big match

  146. arsene wenger says:

oh keane thats not very funny really is it? what if i was to say did you record air crash investigations on discovery channel, but im not foolish like that

  147. haha says:

Arsene Wenger – you’re named after that dirty bugger Wenger who favours the youngsters. Maybe you should check your sexuality.

  148. arsene wenger says:

    haha ,really funny

  149. Red Dave says:

fuck you wenger, nobody cares for you bitches
do you wonder why were the most popular club in the world?
its because were good, while playing attractive football
all you can do is suck and fail
how about that for a quote from a manchester lad

  150. haha says:

keanesmagichat- i laughed my ass off at your last comment. good man

  151. arsene wenger says:

because of glory hunters?? red dave

  152. arsene wenger says:

manchester lads support the real manchester club though

  153. haha says:

This is what it’s like to be wenger,
This is what it’s like to be vile,
This is what it’s like to be hanging out the back of a child.

  154. keanesmagichat says:

    haha

as always you hit the proverbial nail on the head…

they dont have the fight, infighting abounds their captain is a little bitch, their manager is a smug french twat.. they look with envious eyes at old trafford, see all the toff londoners on here now… giving it loads after a night of getting having homosexual orgies in north london… green with envy the cunts

  155. Red Dave says:

yeah, were the only club to have glory supporters?
    be realistic you paedo

  156. arsene wenger says:

envious eyes lmao green with envy, just support your local teams you essex twats

  157. keanesmagichat says:

    aresene wenger

im from manchester ya twat.. you spout stereotypes dickhead… thats rubbish and every manc knows that… only fags like piers morgan et al support your queer club… how long without a trophy aresene?? tick tock

  158. arsene wenger says:

the whole paedo comments are quite rediculous

  159. arsene wenger says:

ohhh im from manchester, what part of essex is that? or ireland?

  160. Red Dave says:

isnt it your bedtime? surely your step dad wants to cop a feel after hes had a pint
leave football to those who actually give a damn
its a great game, and you lessen it wiht yout stupidity

  161. keanesmagichat says:

    arsene wenger

you cunt, come up to manchester/salford/moss side and see how ya get on.. where are you from? africa i bet… or are u a soft london cunt.. ever seen the inside of that disgusting stadium of yours? know ant aresenal chants? they only have one.. aresenal aresenal arsenal

  162. arsene wenger says:

i have a season ticket and have for over 14 years

  163. arsene wenger says:

ooooh salford, come over to salford, how petty, stop killing each other an support the real manchester team

  164. haha says:

Arsenal wish they could achieve enough to have glory supporters. Instead their they’re doomed to be also rans because that Lanky French freak is happy making money for the club rather than winning trophies. We’ll give ‘em the proper hiding they deserve in the second leg. Cesc was in Anderson pocket again tonight and I didn’t even notice Nasri on the pitch.

  165. arsene wenger says:

red dave your stop your sick fantasys mate, its not very nice

  166. Red Dave says:

wow, isnt it amazing how little we care?
    get your own website
this is a site for winners, and you certainly arent one
keanesmagichat is one, youre just a knobhead whos bitter that they went one nil down
you should be grateful its only one

  167. keanesmagichat says:

    aresene wenger

im proud that my LOCAL team attracts supporters worldwide and we have manchester lads involved.. is ur team a representation of where your from? it is like fuck, no identity, unless your french or african.. or like viera the turncoat who loves senegal, both

  168. arsene wenger says:

you lot seem quite unhappy,i have not said a bad word about your great club but you lot just dont seem happy

  169. arsene wenger says:

manchester lads??? who?????? name them? and no tevez is not from salford

  170. haha says:

It might not be past his bed time but I bet its past his young lovers bed time. Sleazy old pervert

  171. keanesmagichat says:

wenger is a paedoohile.. what were all those trips to thailand about before he became manager of grampus 8?

  172. arsene wenger says:

actually my team represents where i am from, our stadium is in islington not africa

  173. costas says:

Guys lets calm down a bit.Even though there have been some Arsenal fans coming here and being disrespectful, arsene wenger has conducted himself pretty well.

  174. arsene wenger says:

keane see thats just some childish talk

  175. Red Dave says:

God its like trying to argue with a block of stone, it knows fuck all
we have no interest with your in a club that likes to sexually assault minors
we like clubs that like football

  176. keanesmagichat says:

welbeck, scholes, wes brown, giggs (salford), neville (greater manchester area) eckersly (both) now u tell me any londoners in your team ya cunt, of all english teams in the top 4 united have the highest percentage of homegrown players 44%… same as barca.. platini complimented us on it tonight

  177. haha says:

Do those soft gooner cunts even speak english during training?

  178. Mahesh says:

oh c’mon lads – lets talk football, or lets not talk at all…

  179. arsene wenger says:

these guys are classless, i didnt identify decent supporters with such low level, you sound like bitter spuds not happy trophy cabinet full type of people, thats the most honest view i have

  180. keanesmagichat says:

i know where your “stadium”is, ive been there… but do not tell me its a representation of london how can it be??

  181. Red Dave says:

compliments to costas and keanesmagic hat
for taking this discussion up a level
    thank you

  182. arsene wenger says:

welbeck has done nothing, the rest were playin when most of our players were not even teens

  183. Jonny says:

Got outfought by Fletcher, Anderson and Carrick, Ade was isolated and thus useless. Defence was very shaky but Gibbs and Toure were great. But this isn’t over, the return leg should be a cracker.

  184. arsene wenger says:

how is it not a representation of london? have you been around london?? arsenal stadium is where the decent bunch are found lol

  185. keanesmagichat says:

you werent disrespectful eh? calling us essex twats.. when i replied i was from manchester you retorted “stop killing yourselves then” etc… jog on ya soft london cunt… fuck off to a arsenal blog, if there is one…

  186. Mahesh says:

ah finally, some football talk – now that’s a debate worth having! cheers, enjoy the debate lads! I’m off!

  187. arsene wenger says:

diaby was invisible, theo tired himself out with all the talkin he has been doin , i feel sorry for the useless plank ade @jonny

  188. keanesmagichat says:

    red dave,

its only dippers and arsenal fans whoever come on here giving it the big I am… arsenal???? what the fuck.. they are not even in our stratosphere

  189. Jonny says:

Diaby was strong at the very least, Theo just couldn’t get in the game. Adebayor and Bendtner cannot play alone up front, Wenger must know this by now. In fairness don’t think Theo and Nasri supported Ade well enough, but he didn’t contribute much tonight.

  190. arsene wenger says:

essex twat which is kinda banter seen as the average numbers in essex drop by 50 thousand every time united have a home game,i didnt call no one a paedo, think about those words next time you see a disgustin report of child abbuse, then call an entertaining guy such as wenger that kind of name

  191. costas says:

If Rio doesn’t make it, then that second leg will be most interesting. As someone said before the Roma-Arsenal second leg was a good example f how this tie can change.

  192. keanesmagichat says:

    no smoke without fire…

  193. arsene wenger says:

why does darren fletcher have his 2 best games of the season against arsenal every year?

  194. arsene wenger says:

no smoke without fire, well rio must be a dopehead?

  195. haha says:

Wasn’t he caught in a fake Sheik sting trying to purchase a childs soiled underpants in Thailand? What a sicko, he should be buned alive or left to rot in the Bangkok Hilton with the rest on the nonces.

  196. Jonny says:

    And Evans is a rapist?

  197. arsene wenger says:

i cant see man united not scoring at the emirates, thats the main thing costa

  198. keanesmagichat says:

rio is a dopehead i would guess.. but thats not the same as having an interest in children

  199. arsene wenger says:

evans was only a rapist because he didnt wanna give her a tip

  200. arsene wenger says:

    you sound more interested keane

  201. Mahesh says:

In fairness, Arsene Wenger, darren fletcher has had a pretty solid season throughout with a number of stand out performances…but he (along with Carrick and Ando) did a real number on the arsenal midfield tonight…

  202. keanesmagichat says:

rapist eh? wasnt rapist van persie locked up for a week in amsterdam? then got the charges dropped after giving the girl 100,000 pounds

  203. Jonny says:

Why are you United fans so obsessed with this idea of Wenger as a paedo. Jesus youre like children sometimes. You moan about people singing nasty chants at you and then you go and do it right back.

  204. Red Dave says:

united are going to win simple as, im so confident im going to put a bet on
    now stop crying arsenal fans
    you picked your team
    now live with it

  205. arsene wenger says:

fletcher always plays well against us,i dont think the game is over yet and if rio misses the next game i think it could get interesting, what i wanna know is if we win 1-0,and then extra time ends 2-1 to us,2-2 on aggregate do you go through on away goals?

  206. Jonny says:

I’m quite happy actually, considering the performance we put in and the decimmated defence you should be embarrased your £100 million attacking force could only score once.

  207. arsene wenger says:

lol van persie, babbel was his allaby or whatever it is, an look where he ended up,in a worse place than jail

  208. costas says:

Guys we should focus on the football tonight.Besides, nothing is won yet.

  209. ROME_09 says:

    YES we do!

  210. Mahesh says:

Okay, can we stop descending into mediocrity here with our ridiculous debates which have nothing to do with football?

@arsene wenger – No the tie’s not over yet, especially if Rio’s out. But we do go in with the advantage, and arsenal have a loooot of issues to resolve which I’m not sure they can. Defensively you lot look at sixes-and-sevens, so I think you biggest concern has to be how not to concede. Because if you do, its over!

  211. keanesmagichat says:

    coatas

nothing is won yet indeed… but we have started very well and arsenals main players didnt play… we will score in the 2nd leg.. then they will have to score 3

  212. arsene wenger says:

almunia kept us in it, typical tweety pie gettin a mun u asist,i said on here earlier theo would do fuck all

  213. keanesmagichat says:

    jonny

    what perfromance?? smug arsenal again

  214. arsene wenger says:

mahesh i said earlier i think united will score at the emirates, but we will have to see what happens, clichy will be back and we wont need to play diaby to cover gibbs, thats a great start for us ,and i thought gibbs did well, playin diaby was a waste of time

  215. costas says:

keanesmagichat , if we score first, then i think that will be the tie. Let’s just beat Boro first. Those cunts will probably have their first full house this week and they will be kicking us all over the pitch.

a.w. asked about away goals.2-1 at extra time takes UNited through.

  216. arsene wenger says:

keane you just love a fight, maybe its the name eh

  217. haha says:

I’d be more embarrased that your apparent great footballes got played off the park and looked like total shite. Fancy your chances of keeping us out in the Emirates? After that limp wristed performance I hold no fear. Might book my flihts to Rome now to save a few quid, anybody else booking a flight?

  218. keanesmagichat says:

    wenger

i thought gibbs was solid, looks a player… nasri was non existent.. its only halftime.. would the rweal wenger have taken a one nil defeat? i think he knows the value of an away goal and fancied ye to grab one

  219. arsene wenger says:

2-1 during extra time?? ,do away goals count after the during extra time, thats pants

  220. arsene wenger says:

nasri was playin a strange role next to song ,at least the ref didnt book everyone,a couple players will be bottling challenges in the emirates tryin to avoid the bookings, gibbs is a manchester lad i think lmao

  221. Jonny says:

The word performance doesn’t imply it was good. And yeah I do fancy our chances of keeping you out at the Emirates, christ if you couldn’t finish tonight then you’re gonna find it harder away in a stadium where we just beat the record for consecutive home clean sheets.

  222. keanesmagichat says:

    wenger

i felt you were taking liberties when you came on here.. if you say you were not then i am sorry about those paedo remarks.. im pretty sure haha and red dave felt the same

  223. arsene wenger says:

wenger wanted a goal, but i think conceding early in a way meant we had to hold back, if we could have kept it at nil nil united would have come out a bit more, so in the end a 1-0 aint so bad considering it could have been 4-1 if everyone took their chances

  224. arsene wenger says:

yeah right, you thought i was lookin for grief lmao, i prefer rival fans, whats the point of reading what arsenal fans have to say when most of them on blogs come from beeeeermenem and yarkkkkshire

  225. Mahesh says:

I think away goals do count even after the 90 arsene – I’m not sure though, but I did think something was, as you put it, ‘pants’ about the rule and I think this was it…

  226. arsene wenger says:

check out news now, every blog is currently slaggin off adebayor to the max, but cesc is golden, thats why i prefer man utd blogs lol

  227. keanesmagichat says:

ok thats fair enough no hard feelings…

  228. arsene wenger says:

imagine this, man united can have an extra 30 to get an away goal an take the game if we win the original 2nd leg 1-0 against you guys,i always prefered 1st legs at home, nothing better than killin your enemy off in their own yard

  229. keanesmagichat says:

i would prefer the 2nd at home as we are good at strangling games and eeking out a 0-0… ala barca last year

  230. arsene wenger says:

we need an anfield 89 performance,at the emirates,i can see a 1-1 draw though

  231. costas says:

Away goals count guys.Even in extra time. Fabregas truly was anonymous. But he has just got back after 4 months hasn’t he?

  232. arsene wenger says:

barca to me look weak, that spanish league is just stronger than the scottish game, and bayern were in turmoil when barca duffed them up, i think barca were better last year , that defence is a year older, puyol and marquez, i think compared to ronaldo messi is just a myth

  233. haha says:

he scored two at the wk end costas so he should be sharp enough

  234. arsene wenger says:

i wonder if fabregas is even still partially injured playin in that role, its almost like a lack of faith playin your best player out of his best position

  235. haha says:

messi is a myth? be serious wenger. he was shite the other night but he’s magic.

  236. keanesmagichat says:

    costas

he is just back alright but he played well against the boro.
i think fletcher was key tonight, his energy for the big game is immense

  237. arsene wenger says:

middlesborough are shyt though, those goals were gifts, he looks slower than usual

  238. costas says:

Boro is different than United though haha. I saw him at Anfield and he was also not good.Well, let’s hope that SAF plays with the 3 midfielders again. They form and impenetrable secind line of defence.

  239. keanesmagichat says:

messi is the best there is in my opinion.
ronaldo is amazing but messi can do things that even ronaldo cant do. i agree that la liga is not as strong as the premiership but i feel barca will score at chelski

  240. arsene wenger says:

i dunno haha, i think chris ron will run defenders into the ground over in the spanish league, not just messi, the whole spanish league is suspect,he has good balance and is exciting but chelsea just stood infront of him

  241. arsene wenger says:

i think we need to play a 442 against you lot, theo upfront with ade, eboue on the right, nasri on the left, song and cesc in the middle if were gonna have a chance we have to take a serious risk and hope man united just have a bad day infront of goal

  242. costas says:

keanesmagichat did you notice some petulance creeping back into Ronaldo’s behaviour? I said it above. That moment when he made gestures at Rooney for an inaccurate crossfield pass, i wanted to break my TV.

  243. arsene wenger says:

eto is a strange forward he rarely hits a ball cleanly and gets about 6 chances a match and usually takes 1, but same as ade he could trap a bag of cement most of the time

  244. Mahesh says:

Why is Wenger smug? Well, because arsenal were shit and still didn’t get stuffed out of the CL. AW knows (or at least believes) that Arsenal can’t play any worse and if they get better, there’s a chance. We need to hope that Arsenal were shit BECAUSE we made them look it, and that we can do that again in a weeks time…

  245. arsene wenger says:

i watched a game the otherday and he was havin a go at o’shea

  246. keanesmagichat says:

    coatas

thats his nature no doubt, he is a narcissist… i dont really mind the giving out to teammates, its not a tickling contest out there.. but when things dont go his way he can give out like stink instead of rolling up his sleeves.

  247. arsene wenger says:

he might be smug on the camera lense but i guarantee wenger went balistic in the dressing room, if diaby isnt wearing his patience thin he should quit

  248. haha says:

I know the Spanish league ain’t what it used to be but I think you might be giving it too little credit. Chelsea had to put their backs to the wall and they just about got out with a scoreless . You’re right about him being dealt with easily by Chelsea but they sacrificed any hope of scoring themselves to contain the front men.
Im off to bed, see you boys later.

  249. arsene wenger says:

ronaldo is gettin a bit like henry, when he has a sulk, just dont make him captain lol

  250. costas says:

He is a narcissist but even he has to realize that at the moment,Rooney is the person that is making everything click for us.I believe Berbatov tracked back more than him.

Arsene ypour namesake’s style is smug but i don’t envision him as the haidryer guy.He has to realise that it was his decisions that failed Arsenal.

  251. arsene wenger says:

chelsea pla like that nearly every week though, and that ballack always beggin referees with his german captain status, it was the nou camp which frightened chelsea, not so much the barca team

  252. arsene wenger says:

no he is a man of trust, he tells them what to do on th pitch, if you believe that they did today what he wanted then your mad costa, diaby nasri cesc theo ade will all get a great rollicking, dont be fooled by the i didnt see it i am happy with the result type image wenger presents to the media, behind closed doors things happen, players get told , there will be some real kicks in the ass

  253. Mahesh says:

Ronaldo does act like a petulant child, and that is disrespectful to his teammates, but I really don’t know whether to complain about it or not…that is just how he is, and always has been – rooney does that, but not as often though..what it does say is that both of these lads want the fucking ball more than most players do…they want it all the time…and to be honest I think tonight ron was frustrated by the ref who gave him absolutely nothing…I didn’t see him tracking back much like you said costas, but I wonder if his instructions today were to stay up top so we could exploit his pace on the break..

  254. keanesmagichat says:

haha goodnight lad, sleep well lad

    costas

i think ronaldo did alright, he tracked back a bit.. he is never going to be a rooney.. i was happy berba did ok when he came on.. i gave him grief after the penalty but said i would be delighted if he proved me wrong.. he did well against spurs and had a few nice touches tonight… just waiting for him to really have a stunning game or pull an amazing goal out of the bag

  255. arsene wenger says:

costas i think smug is something that is noticed by others, not admirers, fergie is smug, but you would disagree, see but theres method behind smug, is he meant to go on tv an say our season is probably over? no he has to present confidence, which yeah is smug

  256. arsene wenger says:

rafa benitez is a smug cunt, dirk rat faced kuyt was smug talkin about their mistakes after our 4-4 draw, that pissed me off worse than today,im still pissed off more by that

  257. costas says:

Sometimes players do deserve the hairdryer. But at the same time, this is the best 90 minutes United have played ever since we beat Chelsea 3-0.On such a form it isn’t easy to cope with us.The problem is that we are a chain and Rio’s health can be the weak link at times.Tomorrow’s test results may decide the second leg to a degree.

  258. arsene wenger says:

lmao costa at least you got rid of silvestre so no chance of him being in for rio

  259. keanesmagichat says:

benitez is a different league when it comes to smugness… i actually think wenger is a decent bloke, he doesnt play the blind card anymore and has mellowed a bit…
rafa is a complete dickhead… got the poxsiest cl ever and fa cup… delighted he has signed on for another 5 years

  260. arsene wenger says:

silvestre didnt do a lot wrong today though,i think toure gets a lot of credit which he doesnt deserve, the only time he looks like a centre back is when he has the ball at his feet

  261. costas says:

Fergie stopped envisioning him as a central defender though.he used him on the left in the last few years.Evans will be ok for the Riverside.

  262. arsene wenger says:

i just cant wait for liverpool to have no money, that will be benitez’s get out of jail card, he will quit

  263. Mahesh says:

Rafa is the most irritating fucking manager on earth – I like AW, I do think he is somewhat of a genius and has done fantastic with limited resources…Rafa is just scum, like his team…

  264. keanesmagichat says:

lads its been interesting and i have to say i have mellowed a bit myself!
but im off to the scratcher… good night lads, gooners and reds

  265. arsene wenger says:

silvestre is the only player at arsenal who doesnt let the ball bounce, i think he is the only player who enjoys defending, like vidic that guy loves defending

  266. costas says:

I think it took some real smugs like Rafa and Jose to make us realize that Wenger is not that bad.Personally, i sort of made peace with AW after watching him and Fergie making jokes at thay gala.

  267. arsene wenger says:

kenae ,laters mate, when we throw you out of europe next week me an you will fight lol

  268. costas says:

    keanesmagichat goodnight.

  269. keanesmagichat says:

you will be waiting i hope, im saying my prayers before bed!

  270. costas says:

    Pray for Rio keane!

  271. Mahesh says:

costas – what gala is this – and if its worth a watch I wouldn’t mind being directed to a youtube video..cheers!

  272. arsene wenger says:

i tell you what, the press in a way make wenger look bad, he will answer any question, like can arsenal win the league, he will say yes because he is a mathematical man, he is not andy gray, so they portray him as mad, its like rafa’s rant was brave, if wenger did it it wuld have been a sulk, the media love playin with arsene, fergie reigns the media with an iron fist, rafa just refuses to speak, the media decide how people are seen

  273. arsene wenger says:

i tell you what if we dump you lot out of europe next week it will be the greatest night of arsenal in europe lol

  274. keanesmagichat says:

    mahesh
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXAljmnaH7c

i cant get away….. dont worry about rio costas, divine intervention lad

  275. arsene wenger says:

i think fergie and wenger always liked each other really, but the players were so aggressive and footballers were such cryin bitches after every tackle in them days, the times have changed, even roy keane had 3 mobile phones, one for his wife, one for his agent, and the other was the patrick vieira line, the managers are presentin a better image now, apart from rafa but his team cant back up his rants

  276. arsene wenger says:

werent such cryin bitches i meant, like now

  277. costas says:

keanesmagichat that video always makes me smile.Who knew SAF was this funny!

  278. arsene wenger says:

yeah thats me,i dont think il get a good nights sleep tonight , guys have a good night/day,il be back when adebayor scores a hat trick next tuesday lol

  279. arsene wenger says:

the classic line was wenger sayin trust him to seduce ronaldo’s mother but not the player lol

  280. costas says:

    Yeah goodnight AW

  281. Der Hollenlarm says:

So Good We fight We Win!!! United Ever…. Keane You spirit in united leave…

  282. misterq says:

Chaos Red, this is obviously a joke. But for the people who don’t speak Bulgarian-Berbatov talks about something completely different and by the way, very humble

  283. misterq says:

And why the hell did SAF not play the fantastic 4?

  284. wazza says:

misterq: it was not a desperate situation to go all out attack to play the Fab4.
it was important not to concede the away goal.

  285. corea says:

I think you exaggerate Ronaldo’s actings. Yes, he has his share of negativity but it is happening in the heart of the moment and i don’t think Wazza will punish him for that :)
He is like he is and as long as he doesn’t cross the line it’s ok.

Oh. I could only imagine what we would have been saying right now if the score was 2-0. Such a big difference. We would have talked about how we can get Rio fit for the CL final.

  286. wazza says:

more than aluminium that shite linesman kept arsnl in the tie.2 borderline on side decisions went against us.
