    Wow, what a boring video

  4. FletchTHEMAN says:

Top stuff from Anton as usual. But prefer the action shots to be fair.

United have won the last 3 EPL games v Liverpool at home. Tasty!
The home EPL Record back to 2003 WLWWWWLWWW.

In these fixtures: United have out scored ‘pool 20-10

Plus, can’t recall ever loosing to Liverpool at Old Trafford when Howard Webb was the ref. Has done at their yard, but not at OT…… Anyone?

  5. Hans says:

We need three great preformances from the lads in a week that can define the season!

Win all three and No20 and probably FA Cup becon! I am quite confident we can beat the fascists as well.

  6. dannysoya LOVES USAIN BOLT says:

This is one of Five MUST WIN games i mark on my calendar every year. the other four are City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Everton. Hopefully we go out there and give them an absolute BATTERING. We are all behind you lads. Do us proud like you have this year so far.

  7. Themufc1999 says:

What the fuck is this about Lampard? First Owen now Lampard. Fergie is only doing this to wreak their legend status at previous clubs ha ha.

  12. dee says:

any1 know if nani and anderson are available for the game on sunday?

  13. sam says:

Haha brilliant Gaz, you need a joint mate

  14. FletchTHEMAN says:

    Dee,
Sir Alex said Nani and Anderson were back in training last Friday. Rooney still a little way off. Anderson has been training with the full squad for a couple weeks. Nani was supposed to start this week.

We will know a bit more about game fitness after the Friday presser as Sir Alex usually makes a point of talking about this. Sometimes he plays his cards close to the chest but that’s another mater. Cheers

  15. FletchTHEMAN says:

Here’s a proper video to get your heart pumpin..

Hope there are few chances for Gerrard to kiss the badge or show us that he was indeed born with all his fingers… Just saying ;)

    Come on you reds!

  16. FletchTHEMAN says:

BTW, if Anton or any of the other techno geeks are listening….
A compilation of the sending offs and firey banter would be good fun !

Vidic hasn’t played since 2010 or so, but has been sent off 3 of the 5 times he’s faced Liverpool!

Gerrard was sent off by Webb (the ref) for a nasty tackle
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XFaCJLkOn4
Jon Joe was sent off for about breaking Evans leg back in Sept.

Anyone remember a lower life form named Mascherano lad had a mouth like Suarez but without the skills? HA TASTY!

Robbie Brady sold to Hull. crazy from us, let’s hope that if the lad developes into a star, we haver a buyback-clause, until that, good luck son!

  21. King Eric says:

Rooney WILL play on Sunday IMO. Fergie is keeping cards close to his chest.

  22. belfast red. says:

@king eric at 20:22. I hope your right mate.

  23. RedAllTheWay says:

@King Eric i was thinking along the same lines tbh. I know i may get slated for this, but while RvP is the better striker, Rooney, imo, is the better player. He can really lift our performances, ala against Citeh.

anyway, with Nani & Anderson coming back, i think we’re looking really strong again. hopefully the extra competition is a boot up Valencia’s arse..

  24. markdegea says:

My prediction is man utd 3 vs 1 loserpool. Another 3 points in the bag

  25. markdegea says:

We are utd and we’ll make them walk a clown

  26. WilliamAR says:

    mismatch united 3-1 easy

  27. WeAreUnited says:

@fletchthe man you really got me pumped up

WE HAVE TO WIN THIS GAME, trash them at OT!!! I have high confidnce!

“come back when you have 19!

    what a joke.

    UNITED WE STAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  28. King Eric says:

As Samuel said do not underestimate those scouse cunts. Won’t be an easy game. Never is.

  29. tom c says:

all I want is our lads to play with fight, pride and passion. win or lose, fight to the fucking end and play with our hearts on our sleeves.

    time to step it up.

  30. lordrt says:

beware of the cheat named suarez… utd need to up the game for this one and kill those scouse-shits early on by scoring as quickly and as many as possible
another rumour on the way – cashley cole to utd from thesun

  31. FletchTHEMAN says:

Morning lads: Interesting report in the Telegraph. Essentially saying that Levy feels we have already done a deal for Zaha, presumably 12m to come in the summer. hmmmm, Don’t really go for this type of silly season nonsense but it has a few fingerprints on it. What ya think?

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-united/9789050/Manchester-United-in-prime-position-to-land-12m-rated-Crystal-Palace-striker-Wilfried-Zaha.html

    @WeAreUnited Cheers son

  32. FletchTHEMAN says:

    Wowzer….
    – Times says Reading have approached United asking to take Danny Welbeck on loan
    – Sun follows with similar story but go on to say Reading has received positive response from United.

    No quotes…. grain of salt?

    http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/sport/football/article3651733.ece

  33. Costas says:

No reason for Welbeck to go on loan. The situation up front won’t be any better for him next season, so he might as well stay and fight for his place now.

  34. FletchTHEMAN says:

Costas, seems a crazy story if you ask me, but Times usually base stories on better info than Sun.

Facts: Danny just renewed his contract, he has already played more minutes than ever before and has the second most appearances among forwards this season. Only questions are about games and competition: if we stay in the FACup (which we will know by Jan 31) and CL (which we won’t know by Jan 31).

On Jan 31 we will have a minimum of 16 games left. Rooney will be back and we will have some idea of how he will hold up and we will know about the outcome of the other significant rumors (Zaha) which are floating out there.

    My bet, Danny stays.

  35. Bobby Charlton's combover says:

Welbeck won’t improve by moving to Reading on loan. If he’s good enough he’ll stay and fight for his place and take his chances when they come but if he goes to Reading those chances are not going to come now are they?

As for cesspool, these games are never easy no matter who they have on the pitch. They are always tight affairs and very often don’t reflect their respective league position. I remember in the 80′s when they were winning everything but we hardly lost agaisnt them. If you look at the two line-ups we should win 3 or 4 nothing but seeing as it’s cesspool and looking at our season so far, I can’t see that happening.

  36. kk says:

If Welbeck goes that will be a step in the wrong direction. He has already proven himself. Now he has to fight it out, if he has no heart for the fight then he can jump ship.

  37. kk says:

I respected Liverpool but now I kind of hate them. The way they painted Evra, that was very bad and now whenever they lose it just feels so sweet. A thumping will do for me. I hope we win with a clean sheet.

  38. FletchTHEMAN says:

Sport Witness take a look at the Welbeck rumor and are not much impressed

  39. ( . )( . ) says:

big plans for this sunday, after the gf goes out i’ll get myself all messed up and watch some adult art films for a while before some nice televised football

hopefully sturridge wont get to do his “I’m trying on a big invisible overcoat” celebration even though i do love a good laugh at that cock-end

oh yeh and… come on you gooners :s

actually maybe it would be sweet to see sturridge doing his guff wafting moves…. just before he sees the linesmans flag

  40. zigoo says:

i for one hope welbeck goes out on loan…hes doing nothing of any importance at man utd as i quickly becoming a useless player with useless finishing…no harm in going on loan twice..

3 strikers would be fine considering we have kagawa n young who can play in the hole

  41. mara says:

“The same newspaper says Reading want to sign Reds striker Danny Welbeck on loan until the end of the season and makes the bold claim that Sir Alex “is considering letting the England striker go.” The Royals hope to conclude the deal by the end of the week, having apparently made an initial offer which has reportedly been well-received by United.”

This don t have to be true…but i think it is going to happend

  42. Costas says:

    @Fletch

I think he will stay too mate. Like you said, it might also depend on how we do in other competitions. Depending on that, this season has from 20 to 30 games left. At the same time, Welbeck has moved past that stage of his development. It’s not easy with RVP and Javier’s form and Rooney’s presence, but that’s why Fergie often uses him as a winger.

  43. samuel - united WE stand says:

Welbeck on loan is the mosf unfounded and pathetic rumour of the year. It has no foundation nor platform. Why on earth would fergie send him on loan when he knows and claims united need four strikers? Welbeck is an important member of the team and although he has a lot to improve on (which i hope his talent and good attitude will make him do) but he adds variety to the united attack. He’s heading NO WHERE. add this to the many lies the toilet tissue aka the SUN has invented whilst fellow useless papers have followed.

  44. samuel - united WE stand says:

And as for those cunts trying to drag frankie lampard to united, claiming it could be a coup like henrik larsson. you can all fuckoff as wel.

  45. Bobby Charlton's combover says:

@samuel – I agree about the 4 strikers but if we bring in someone in January then it’d make more sense. Not much sense but a little more. I can’t see it happening to be honest. I think it was Costas who said that he was past that stage of his development and indeed he is. If he went to Reading I couldn’t see him coming back.

  46. Costas says:

    @Samuel, Bobby Charlton’s combover

That would be like sending Ole on loan after Yorke joined United. Obviously I am not saying that Welbeck is as good as him, but that time has past. I realize it hasn’t been easy for Danny, especially after he managed to establish himself last season. In terms of steps, in 11-12 he went from A to C. So far in 12-13 (due to RVP’s arrival), he’s moved back to step B. A loan move would send him back to step A. Don’t know what the ideal solution is. Welbeck (in contrast to Chicharito’s knack for sudden impact) is a striker that that needs regular starts to get into the groove. And it’s not happening at the moment. But he still has plenty to learn at the club and from these players. I’d rather just have him train with RVP and Rooney each day than play regulary for Reading.

  47. Bobby Charlton's combover says:

There’s a lot to be said for first team football but maybe playing at a lower level than United and without the same pressure players might lose a bit of their edge. I couldn’t see it being a good move for his progress. In fairness he’s been out of position a lot and still made a decent impact in most games with some very good movement and he has got a few goals both for United and England.
The only thing he needs to sharpen up is his finishing.

  48. King Eric says:

Absolute bullshit. Danny has eanrned his stripes by going on loan and does well at United. Won’t happen.

  49. dee says:

aah thanks for the update @ FletchTHEMAN says:..good good news
