With just two minutes remaining, Danny Welbeck scored the equaliser for England U-21 in their first game of the European Championship in a 1-1 draw against Spain. Sheffield United’s youth team product, Kyle Walker, who currently plays for Spurs, created the goal.
Spain dominated the game and kept possession well, however, their early goal was scored thanks to a handball from Ander Herrara.
Current team mates, Tom Cleverley and Chris Smalling also played in the game, with likely future team mates, David De Gea and Phil Jones starting too.
