Vidic is, in my opinion the best centre half in the premier leauge and is up there in world status.But his defensive ability is not his only strendth, his attacking ability and the amount of goals he gets is amazing.Vida will be recalled by united as serbia’s game falls outside the international period meaning united have the final say on wether or not he plays for his country.

I think Pique will get the nod in centre back while Brown will continue as left back.

I think Pique is ahead of Brown in that position now. Pique is going to be great for us! He just need games to develop further. I think Sir realizes this and is prepared to give it to him.

He is not unlike Solskjaer in his attitude to playing, his abilities and the fans.

That is probably the reason he is so well liked.
