You are right but Real Madrid under the Franco regime were guilty of match fixing where they paid off referees and officials to guarantee the correct result. In that light Real Madrids 5-in-a-row European titles can be viewed in a different light and the most annoying aspect is the fact that Madrids appeal and standing globally is bourne from that injustice. From a Manchester United point of view of, who have won their 3 European titles legitimly, it is particurly disapointing that we lose our best players to a club whos success is founded on corruption. In a nutshell Ronaldo’s old man poisened his mind with the wonders of the Real Madrid and that is why he took the step down (even though he was a supporter of Benfica…I think). I just hope that Vida wont, after say this, went to Barcelona. One thing is important to remember….Spanish league is very attractive becuase of weather and the way they play. They play tehnicaly on very high level and lot of players like that.
BUT I personally can t imagine to play for any other club but ManUnited, and the english football is the greatest in the world. I like in English football, fighting spirit all 90 minutes and pesure they makeing on the opponent team.
I personally dont understand what happend to all these players in their head when Real Madrid calls…they just go crazy. And they go in Real even when they know that they wont treat them well, or when they are 7th choise BUT on the other side, who is guilty to as, that we didn t use all chance we had to win the champions league. Last year was great chance, but nothing…i just knew when we get a first goal that we gonna loose….Even SAF said that he only regret one thing..THAT HE DIDNT WON MORE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE TROPHY..HE IS OBVIOUSLY AWARE THAT HE MADE SOME MISTAKES…
