Nemanja Vidic has sung the praises of his team mate Wayne Rooney, claiming our young striker loves the club, has a relationship like a “marriage” with the fans and that no amount of money would convince him to leave us.
“He loves United and the club loves him,” said Vidic. “The relationship he has with the fans is like a marriage and he won’t break that. You have a few players in the world with Wayne’s ability, but players with that ability don’t usually have that work-rate. One second he’s scoring a wonder goal, the next he’s back defending in his own half. He is a real team player and never gives less than everything. I’m sure he will be at United for life – no amount of money could prise him away.”

I agree with everything vidic is saying nowadays. He’s bang on right, there isn’t a player like rooney around, he’s like a unique jewel that we’re so lucky to have. he has so many qualities that other strikers lack. there is a player similar to ron, it’s messi, but there isn’t another rooney in this world.

Vida wont stay in ManUnited for a long, we can bet that. For me, only one good, realy good player, who loves this club is Rooney! When i see how he was sacrifising for the team, when Ronaldo was here, played left, right, back….everywhere you needed him. I think that if golman would have to go out, that he would take gloves on first! I think that any place he plays in the team, he play s with all his heart, beacuse he just enjoy play for the club. He could score many more goals, that he was selfish, when Ronaldo was here, but no, he played everything SAF wanted from him, he played for the team.

@mara – Fletch? Evra? Giggs? Scholes? Rooney is without a doubt my favorite player on the squad, and he’s top fucking class, but he isn’t the only player that loves this club and will stay here for life. When you’ve got Pat saying he’ll boo Tevez along with the rest of us, that’s something special.
And don’t forget about the players on the up like Evans. And I feel if he’s given a good run Gibson could be a great player for us as well.
