Now for the record that truly counts,i.e.the retaining of the champions lge and the epl. another thing is that with that record now gone the likes of chelsea n l´pool can see that altho conceding against newcastle we still came from behind and won which would have struck a cord with them. while not getting carried away,i would say that utd are in a unique position in that they have the players like:giggs,scholes,neville aswell as van der sar. then we have:ferdinand,vidic,brown,carrick,etc then the "new" breed rafael,fabio,evans,posseibon,welbeck etc. so the set-up is fantastic for the present and the future!
