Although Rudd changed the focus and style of our team it was a period of transition and trophioes were tight, however you cannot dispute his quite unique scoring feats. His goals kept us up with Arsenal in their potentially most dominant period of the ‘invincibles’ Glad to see the back of him towards the end but will be classed as a goal scoring legend OT forever more in my eyes.
To think it was Ronaldo and Rudd arguing that helped seal his move away from OT – thankgod it wasnt Ronny who went!!
On last years form he is worth far more gaols per season than Rudd ever was, regardless if he is baggin them or laying them on.

ITS true….with all the genius on show and the total domination utd showed over 2 decades..yet scholsey, keano and giggsy havent didnt even had a look in….and players with 1 % of their talents and acheivements did. WERE they not ‘CELEBRITY’ enough????????

How the fuck is Drogba in the top 30?! he was sent off in last years football club showpiece the ECF, scored 8 league goals and won fuck all, when Rio was by far the best defender in Europe last season lifted the league and European cup, it completly amazes me.

the fact that rio wasnt in the shortlist is a joke, he is the best centre half in the world, why the hell is ramos there? coz he is young and wears white boots? And another shocker is the fact evra is no where to be seen…. whats going on?
Going to the point about Owen, i cant believe he has won the ballon d’our! I was going throught the list of players who have won it in the past and i still dont know how owen has won it. When u think of the likes of Giggsy, one of the greatest ever players in english footballing history winning more than any other footballer in this country and he has never won it. Not to mention Stam, Beckham, Keano, Scholesy, Cantona and Schmikes. Its just a joke how roanldo is the first united player in 40years to win it, saying that im am very glad he wiped the floor with everyone in the voting and won it. Lets just hope he gets the fifa one aswell
