Where To Put Your Money vs Norwich

Wayne Rooney is still doubtful for Man United trip to Carrow road this weekend, but they still look a solid bet at 1.57 with Paddy Power to beat Norwich.

with or without Wazza, United have a formidable record on the road and have lost just once in their last 13 away games.

They have won 8 of those, and despite not being at their best in midweek against Ajax have made it through to the last 16 of the Europa League and can now firmly concentrate on the job in hand.

Adimttedly their opponents are in good form, having lost only on of their last six games and managed to keep clean sheets in the last two.

However United themselves have also been very solid in defence having kept the most clean sheets in the Premier League this season, and their formidable striking power should prove too much for the Canaries.

Chicharito got a much needed start and the opening goal in United’s 2-1 home defeat against Ajax, and will surely be in the staring XI once again.

Five of his 8 goals in the Premiership this season having been the opener, so that makes him am obvious starting point for those that like to play in the first scorer market.

He is a 5.5 chance with Boylesports and Paddy Power to net first, and that looks solid value, as does the 2.25 with Boylesports about him netting anytime during the 90 minutes.

I think there will be more goals in this than many pundits are predicting, and over 2.5 goals at 1.66 with bet365 is also worth a second look from a betting perspective.

United to win 3-0 or 3-1 is my idea of the outcome, and those scorelines can be backed at 11 and 12 with Paddy Power and bet365 respectively.

Manchester United being linked to James Rodriguez of porto in the last few days and apparently scouts were sent to watch him against city(how do these guys know who the agents have been sent to watch?)
Anyway he’s a terrific winger who can use both legs but mainly his left, loves to beat defenders and is likened in style and looks to Cristiano Ronaldo…… well looks mainly :) havent seen much of his play, unless you count youtube.

    Morning all

Just realized 2 things (Talk about being slow! haha) We actually have the best away record in the league so far this season, great improvement from the last campaign to say the least! Plus, the bitters have yet to drop a point at home and I stress on the word YET! Must be their amazing home support….

    Come on UNITED

    Cedars- Morning sir!

Our away form has improved, but I miss our home run of last year.

On another note, was VDS’ cock-up that game the only big mistake he’d made for us?

  7. theboogeyman says:

Ha, didn’t see your post! Just seen it!

  8. CedarsDevil says:

    theboogeyman

Aha, at last some life to the blog….. How are you young man and what was wrong?

Sorry I forgot to mention you.

  10. theboogeyman says:

Cedars- I’m fine, thanks for asking. How are you, sir? I had a shit couple of days, had some issues with my girlfriend, then I got my results where I found out I failed 4 out of 6, then went out, got drunk and lost my phone that costs quite a bit of money lol.

Anyway, none of that matters once United kick off! Can’t fucking wait!

Sorry, went to give my dog a bath and realised I didn’t hit the “send” key lol

Shit! Talk about a series of bad luck!

The VDS mistake you mentioned came in a 2-2 home draw right? Cannot for the life of me remember who it was against…..ha ha

  12. theboogeyman says:

Cedars- Yeah the 2-2 home draw against West Brom. VDS dropped a dolly and Tchoyi tapped it in from a yard or two out.

    Excited for the game yet?

  13. CedarsDevil says:

    theboogeyman

Yep that was the one, cannot remember VDS making any other mistakes though…

Excited for the match? ha ha going mental my friend, cannot wait…. I am the last person you want to meet on match days unless you are a United fan of course…..

I do not take life seriously, United on the other hand I do!

  14. theboogeyman says:

Cedars- Yeah I told you. What a keeper he was. Absolute legend. Will never forget his weird neck dance after saving Anelka’s penalty in Moscow.

I reckon I’d love to meet you on a match day, it’ll be brilliant fun! Haha.

Any predictions for today? Lineups/scorers/final score? Argh another 8 hours till KO, is it?

  15. CedarsDevil says:

    theboogeyman

‘His weird neck dance’ ha ha ha Brilliant and so accurate!

Not one for predictions or line ups, any 11 the boss puts out gets my vote… I hope Wazza is on, I have missed the wee scouser…

Lay off the weed pal, its only 5 hours to kick off

I am looking forward to the game today, hoping we put in a better perormance than Thursday night. Blackburn pissed m off yesterday, was it me or did they just roll over for the shit?! I swear teams try sooo much harder against us. We are by far the most hated team in England but i get strange kicks outa that haha.

Happy Birthday to my main man Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, 39 today!!! What a ledge!!!

  18. CedarsDevil says:

Happy birthday Ole indeed……. Fucking love the man with all my heart….

    OT awaits you Ole

  19. King Eric says:

Morning Cedars. Hope you are well mate. Also most clean sheets in league my man.

Hey up boogeyman. Shit that’s some bad luck mate. Bathed the dog! Ha.

Heatchez. Texted a pal yesterday saying same thing. Every fucking team is rolling over for the bitters. Showing this to bit club FAR too much respect. Look at the Geordies. Play out their skin against us yet shite against other sides. Squandering a two goal lead against fucking Wolves.

Talking of the bitters Collymore REALLY is a clown. He was at the wastelands yesterday and said you can tell City have a few bob as they had SEVEN mowers on the pitch after the game. Ha ha ha. MASSIVE! “They’ve got seven lawn mowers to cut the grass, they’ve got seven lawn mowers to cut the grass , oh City are a massive club”. What an absolute shit comment by Stanley.

    Come on United!

Not that anyone gives a fuck but reckon Madrid will stretch their lead tonight as Barca got a tough away game at Athletico Madrid.

Anyway fuck those cunts we NEED the 3 points today.

Right back to bed for an hour.

    Laters lads.

  20. tom c says:

    GET FUCKING IN UNITED!

  21. CedarsDevil says:

    King Eric

Another stat well spotted pal (Not Costas in disguise are you? haha)

Enjoy your nap mate and get your arse up before kick off and cheer the lads on….

    Come on UNITED

  22. theboogeyman says:

King Eric- Seven lawn mowers. Wow. How can we compete with that?

  23. theboogeyman says:

Right folks, off to play football, be back before the match!

  24. Heatchez says:

    King Eric

Im glad im not the only person who has noticied this. It just really pisses me off. I feel for the fans though cuz they see there team beat us and then next week they go and loose to QPR or summit. Use to it now mind.
