As a Cardiff Manc – i’ve seen Ramsey a few times last year and at 17 this kid has some much composure its unreal – dont forget that the championship is a more frantic game and Ramsey will blosom in the Premiership where a lil more time and better quality players will allow him to show off his eye for a pass and right option. Great signing if made, continuing in the tradition of attracting the best of british talent to OT

I’m excited about him. Best case scenario: he makes a great impression in the reserves, trains with the first team, and becomes a great midfielder for us. Worst case scenario: he languishes in the reserves for a few years before being sold on.

I agree that he seems to have a lot of potential and could be a great asset for us in the future. However,I believe that the point about Ryan Giggs being his ‘all-time Welsh hero’ doesn’t necessarily mean that we hold the advantage. I know we didn’t end up making an offer for him in the end, but Gareth Bale said something similar when we were linked to him prior to him joining Spurs. The point I’m trying to make is that although we have the legend that is Ryan Giggs, it may not be a contributing factor to his ultimate decision.

The more I read about him, the more I do want him. Especially with him being so young, I think he’d be a great purchase for us and definitely worth the fee posted so far
