To be in the running all you have to do is know the answer to these following questions:

1.) Who, in 1999 became the first player since Norman Whiteside in 1984 to score a competitive goal for United on Italian soil in the 1-1 draw with Inter Milan?

2.) How many appearances has that player (answer to question 1) made for Manchester United?

3.) How many goals has that player (answer to question 1) scored for Manchester United?

Know the answer? E-mail mancunia@footballbikes.com before September 15th 2008.

Oh my God – how cool would I look riding that bike around my town??!! :) Unfortunately, I would guess that shipping overseas is not an option, since it would cost more than the bike is worth. But’s it’s cool, in such a geeky way.

We’re talking about the treble season? Scott, are you sure the game you’re thinking of was 1-1 in the San Siro? If my immediate memory serves me correctly it was 1-1 at home and we won away.

Mind you, it is 7am and I’ve just woken up.

  7. Scott the Red says:

7Bestie7 – I think you’re thinking of the Juve games which came later…

  8. 7Bestie7 says:

Yeah, you’re right! Inter 2-0 at our place, 1-1 theirs. Juve 1-1 at us, 3-2 there.

Told ya I was tired! Keep up the great work though, this journal is one of my stickies whenever I crawl out of bed.

i know a few of you like that bike but it seems a bit cringeworthy, take the huge logos off the wheels and its perfect. Reminds me too much of the Glazers and the merchandising otherwise
