Duncan – if I was going to make up a mate who worked at Carrington, I’d be far more inventive with my stories. Ronaldo being unhappy about the Viva John Terry chant is hardly headline news. Punch ups and affairs would be far more entertaining, if I was in the business of making shit up. I was just sharing some inside knowledge, if you don’t wanna know about it, that’s up to you, but I know I was fairly interested when I heard.

Gary – I’m not asking you to believe me, that’s up to you. I know it’s true because my mate isn’t going to make up a lie, particularly over something this soft lol. Her exact words were “Ronnie has seen his arse over that John Terry chant and was asking us why they weren’t singing for him anymore.” If you don’t wanna believe it, that’s cool mate. I’m just telling you what I know is true.

Hardly a reliable source. How can we take it seriously when its just from someone who works at Carrington. No one witnessed this apart from them so I doubt very much it happened.

Agreed Craig….what about a song/chant for Evra. He is one of our best and most consistent players, and in my personal opinion the best left back in the league, if not the world. (Although i admit Clichy is pretty good also)

Most United fans have to take a share in Ronaldo’s conceit anyway. If he has got an ego, we have sure made him hone it up. The other players were busting their guts to, sweating blood to bring the double to OT. Yet all you could bloody hear, home and away all last season was Viva Ronaldo. Where were the songs to encourage all the other lads. O yeah, Anderson got a few, and Tev and Rooney now and then. On the whole though Ronaldo was glorified to the rafters. Didn’t he make mugs out of the United Faithful too. A lot of the lads feel feckin fools to chant his name now, because of the stick from opposing fans and their laughter. Ronaldo should NEVER get all the adulation again. I am all for singing his song now and again, but only as a share of singing the other lads praises too.
