for all his quality which is undoubted torres is way too injury prone for a 26 year old. Its almost as if he has been the reason for liverpools condition this season because they look an average side without his magic. Probably the 'spanish connection' that resulted him in going to anfield.

I know man. It's an unbareable feeling. Hopefully we can beat Spurs and Stoke can get something at the Bridge and rid us of the need to cheer on the dippers!

It's not the first time though. I remember cheering on Arsenal like hell when they were playing Chelsea at the Emirates in 2007. They got the draw and that sealed the title for us.

AIG - If you think back to the last world cup, it was us that were being linked with Torres and not Liverpoo. Maybe Athletico were asking us for more money and Fergie wouldn't pay it.

yea that was one ocassion but the number of times we have had to do that this season has been more than any other season i guess.

Right about that but as soon as we were linked and the rumours intensified immediately he signed a new deal which was surprising. I can only think it was because of FSW that he joined Liverpool, no other reason comes to mind. I dont think we didnt have 20 odd million to pay for a highly talented striker especially given that we had sold rudd.

@ AIG I agree mate, I raised it a bit back, about there mentality now at the club, i think the fans see there Club sliding into the abyss, but I also believe he wont be there after the end of this season, in fact I know this a groundsman told me.
I read a post on another thread, from a lad Dog something, he said it brilliantly a double edged sword for them, IT'S a question of how much the hate is, to keep there Perch for another year. Pure 6 fingered inbreds like Stevie me and Carragher, dont trust they cant plot something mate, filth and vile.
I fail to see this Stoke thing, are they not on holiday in Ibiza, nothing to play for. lol

Well AIG, in February or March I am not watching the games of our rivals. When we enter the final phase of the season, then I become a Spurs, Wigan, Liverpool or even City fan, lol.

Spurs won't be easy. We haven't had an easy game against them at OT since 2004.

I don`t think the scousers will help us overtake Chelski. They know that by doing so we will be overtaking them in league wins apart from the rivalry between both clubs. We also need to get full points from our final matches .but that can be achieved. Come on Red Devils !!!!!

Seems d dippers finally want to finish on a high, just hope villa keep the pressure on them for that europa spot as even that can be another outside nodge we might need for them to put up a slightly spirited fight against the rentboys...hopefully we concentrate on our games and keep d pressure on the chavs.
