After Signing Kaka, Will Real Give Up On Ron?

Real Madrid have confirmed their signing of AC Milan’s Kaka for £56 million. Just days after repeatedly claiming that he was going to stay, the deal has now gone through, with a medical being completed in Brazil last night.

So, does this mean we no longer have to worry about them coming in for Cristiano Ronaldo?

Unfortunately not. Whilst still claiming they want to stay on our good side, it is clear Florentino Perez is keen to add Ronaldo’s name to their summer transfers.

“We’re always thinking about great players, Cristiano Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic are among other great players around the world,” said Perez. “We all know that these are players that we would like, but they all can’t come. Ronaldo is a great player who we’d like to bring to the club, but first we have to speak to Manchester United because the important thing is for us to maintain a good rapport with everyone.”

No matter how much the ABU press stir it up there is no way Ronaldo will leave Manchester United for Real Madrid whilst Fergie is still the manager.

it's plain and simple.
i rate Kaka and i'm really upset he has gone there. My love with the player pretty much ended because i can not support him in the Real Madrid shirt.

If Ronaldo wants to go we don't have anything else todo than to let him go. Or we'll lose him for cheap in a years time (he will buy the rest of his contract). If he stays he should sign a contract extention in order to 1) to stay at the club for some more years; 2) to move on and to make Real pay the money we need for him.

But this Perez saga annoys me. I know many of us say that sold them players only if we wanted to do the business but Ronaldo is always an exception of this rule.
I can't say i am afraid of Real but it's disgusting. If we consider ourselves a big club we should behave like that. But all the way Cristiano will be an exception. Let's hope Rafael brothers etc love the club regardless the bad weather, culture and other issues.
If not they can go anyday and we never sign this brazilians, latinos

Doubt it if MAdrid will give up for ronaldo, read somewhere that they got about £250m to spend on players, and ronaldo's price will fit in their bills, even after buying Kaka and concluding his wages

Today's Daily Mail is reporting that UTD will accept payment for CR7 over 5 YEARS!!!

Madness. Complete madness.
It should be money up front - all of it in one cheque.
The arseholes have been saying for 2 years that they've got the cash to buy the player. Well if the Mail is to be believed, they haven't. So tell them to fukc off.
And under no circumstances should Fergie be prepared to take any of their players in part payment. I can't think of a single player who meets UTD's standards, except perhaps the GK.
Gill and Fergie should quote the bastards £120m plus 50% of his promotional earnings for stuffing the club around during the last 2 years.
