Ben Amos has joined Steve Bruce’s Hull on a season long loan and is set to join them on their pre-season trip to Portugal. Bruce had initially gone for Tomasz Kuszczak but the Pole agreed a deal with Brighton instead.
Amos signed a three-year deal in May at United and is set for his third loan period following stints at Peterborough and Oldham.
The fee paid for the loan is reportedly £250,000 and Amos will be their first choice.
