Anderson: After Arsenal Performance We Are The Big Favourites

Anderson put in a good couple of performances for Manchester United in the semi-final against Arsenal, helping us command the midfield and dominate our former title rivals on their own pitch.

The young midfielder has today claimed Sir Alex Ferguson was very impressed with how he played and now he can’t wait to see our fans take over Rome.

“He congratulated to me in the dressing room on my display and that was very important for me,” Anderson said. “I think this was one of my best matches since my arrival in England. Now our supporters will invade Rome and with their help it will be impossible for us to fail in the final. We are not worried about our opponents because if we show the form we did against Arsenal we are the big favourites.”
