Ryan Giggs has probably enjoyed the best football career ever, with his only disappointment being Wales’ failure to compete on an international stage. He has played more games for Manchester United player than anyone ever, he’s won eleven league titles, two European Cups, four FA Cups, two League Cups, amongst others, and just last season was named the PFA Player of the Year, seventeen years after he won the PFA Young Player of the Year.

Arsenal’s young forward has claimed he is aspiring to be as successful as Giggsy, although when Walcott’s age, Giggs already had a league title, FA Cup and League Cup to his name.

“I want to look back on my career and the number of trophies I have won,” said Walcott. “Ryan Giggs is the perfect example of that – he has won everything out there. I want to be remembered for that so I can show my kids and grandkids what I have won in my career.”
