Theo Walcott has confessed that he is missing Robin van Persie since he left Arsenal for Manchester United this summer.
Van Persie has scored 5 goals in 5 starts for the reds this season, helping United to secure their position of 2nd in the table.
“You always miss your best players and he’s a great man and great professional,” Walcott said. “I wish him good luck at Manchester United. He’s always looked after me and always backed me up. I do miss him but you’ve just got to get on with it and wish him all the best.”
