Axel Tuanzebe has been named the Denzil Haroun Reserve Player of the Year. Nicky Butt, who won the award as a player and is now the U-23 coach, presented the award. He left the envelope on the table though before getting on stage but thankfully he had already read the winning name!
Two years earlier, Tuanzebe won the Youth Team Player of the Year. He says his dream is to come back in another two years to win the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award.
