Berb: People Should Feel Embarrassed About Writing Us Off

Dimitar Berbatov reckons that the people who wrote United off at the beginning of the season, and those that continue to do so, should feel embarrassed.

“With the goals we score it’s stupid to say that Manchester United is not a contender for the league,” he said. “It’s a statement that if someone is going to make then they should feel embarrassed because it’s Manchester United, and you have the best players in the world playing there. It’s open but anything can happen. The football Arsenal are showing is great. I like watching them and how they play, because they control the ball and try to play a beautiful game. It’s happening for them, but there are bigger tests to come now, they need to play us, so like I say it’s going to be a great game.”
