The first leg of the League Cup semi-final has been postponed for two weeks because of the snow.

The fixture, which was due to take place tomorrow, will now take place on January 19th, meaning the return leg has been moved back to January 27th. This has consequences for our Premiership match against Hull which was due to play this week.

Gutted.

Negatives
– This match could have been a perfect opportunity for United to bounce back after the dreadful result against Leeds.

– Within the space of four days we now have to play City and Arsenal.

Positives
– The extra time before the game could now mean players have more time to return from injury.
