Following the stick that came for his first couple of appearances, David de Gea has shut up his critics after pulling off some great saves in our games this season.
Kenny Dalglish sang the praises of our goalie following his performance at Anfield yesterday, questioning why the press had targeted the Spaniard, whilst Javier Hernandez has spoken highly of De Gea today.
“David is an unbelievable player,” said Hernandez. “He is working day by day and the good thing is that he wants to work. He knows that to play in this shirt, first of all, you need to enjoy it. But also he is aware that it is a big responsibility. He is handling it very well. He is only 20. He could play for 20 more years if he wants.”
