Manchester United threw away two points in the final 15 minutes of our game against Aston Villa at the weekend. A comfortable lead, thanks to goals from Bruno Fernandes, was frustratingly lost after what had been a good first half from Ralf Rangnick’s side.

His methods are wildly different from what was employed before, as well as an overhaul in the coaching staff, but time is running out for the German manager to bring out effective displays and points on the board if United are going to qualify for Champions League football next season.

Brentford have lost four of their last five games in the league with their only win coming against the team United just drew against, Villa. However, City only managed a narrow 1-0 win against the London club, whilst Southampton thrashed them 4-1, so it appears as though their performances are as erratic as ours!
